I just started watching Impact again this month when I heard Raven was coming back but my question is why does Kurt have a Rose on his attire?

The rose is supposed to symbolize his "MEM"/mafia affiliation as it is prototypical for a "hitman" to leave a single rose sometimes on their victims. It's kinda stupid.

The rose is a nice touch, and probably a nod to The Godfather.

that makes sense I thought of that but wasn't sure. That's pretty cool seeing as how if he had hitman on his attire that might cause some tension

The only odd thing about the rose is that it's on an Olympian, otherwise I think it's pretty cool and certainly makes sense.
