Never said it was RIGHT to have an 8 year old in his bed. But there was nothing proven that he touched any child sexually. A weird act to do, yes. R.I.P Michael Jackson.
He was an influence for millions and millions of people and if it wasnt for him alot of bands wouldnt even exsist.
I'm shocked and sad about his death.

Say what you will about his personal life, but the man was one of the greatest musicians of our time, possibly ever.

You know what really bothers me? The fact that people still find the need to make "jokes" about him even after the fact of knowing he has passed. You don't have to like him to feel for the loss of a human being and show some respect. At least for his childrens' sake. What I find even more sad is when people feel the need to say "oh well I don't care". Well so what? Is that really necessary? Because clearly there are people that do. Far more actually.
Right when the news broke out that he had this attack I took my mom to the store and stayed in the car and the radio was playing some tracks of his and that's about the time I heard the then rumor of his death. And some random lady pulled up and got out the car and asked me if he was dead. I said "I don't know yet". And she goes "Well at least there is one less child molester in this world". I simply said "WoooW. Nice" and I guess my tone alone gave her the hint. She took her child and walked away.
Point being; you don't have to like the man to feel sorry at the very least for his friends and family. Especially his children. It's times like these that you really find out a true persons' character. And some of the things that I have heard and read are just sad.

If you don't believe our justice system then so be it. But that has zero to do with him. He was proven innocent so I'm not sure what more anyone can want out of that. |
