It happened when I was 11. Believe me or not, but I ended but literally 'beating the living daylights' out of the guy who caused it. He was in hospital with a broken nose, arm and a shattered rib. Yes, I used a hammer. I'm very sad to hear about your problem. Now, you'll get over it eventually, quote me on that. Hey, double christmas anybody? A hammer?? Your cool

My parents divorced when I was very young, so the divorce itself wasn't too hard really.
But I have also been through a divorce myself.
The only advice I have is, don't insert yourself as the problem. Odds are, their problems with each other are in no way related to you. I know it's natural to think it is somehow your fault, or something you did to cause it, or something you could have done to prevent it. That isn't the case. There is nothing you could have, or can do to fix it.
And you have to face that maybe, getting divorced is fixing the problem, and that both of them will be happier afterwards. I have known many people who are and become good friends after divorcing.
I can't say the same, because my ex is a whore who deserves to die in hell, but that's another story.
