For the past week ive been having trouble sleeping Ive been waking up at 2-4:30pm and not being able to go asleep till 6am the next day I cannot for the life of me fall asleep at a reasonable time, I just lay there trying to fall asleep but cant, Its really annoying me now because im missing most of my day due to it.
Any suggestions on how to stop it/why its happening

Stop drinking caffeinated drinks. Work out hard and eat a big meal before bed time. Whack off. Turn off the TV/Radio. Go to bed at the same time every night.

I suffer from insomnia and have to take meds to help me sleep . They still dont really help so Im not really sure if it becomes habit and you do it constantly you may wanna see a doctor bro.

I'm having the same problem, but I think it's because for a while I was busy at night, until around 4 or 5 AM, so now even when I do try to go to bed, I'm used to staying up. I think the solution is to do what Dr. Hulk says. I've had this problem in the past and it's easy to overcome.

All it take is waking up early one day, make sure you stay up all day, and you'll most likely fall asleep early.
Even if you went to sleep at like 3. Set your alarm for like 8 or 9, and you shouldnt have a problem sleeping that night.
Nothing like a full day to help you fall asleep.

You're body is probably used to staying up late. It happens with a lot of people when summer arrives. I suggest doing a lot in one day to tire yourself out or just set your alarm to wake up earlier. You'll be tired by the early evening.

I've worked swing shift for five years. Not to mention my son has a hell of a time going to sleep. Try using Melatonin it is over the counter and doesn't cause a hangover the next day. The doctors have suggested it for my four year old son, so you know it is safe. They have it in pills or liquid.

I'm not trying to be insensitive... but cmon seriously. I'm just waiting for someone to make a thread about their STD breakout and ask for prescription advice.

Yup, same here.. I always wait til about 5 or so and jerk off and finally get to sleep.. If I jerk off anytime before then, I don't go to sleep, it's weird..
