I hate the head. It looks more like John Hackleman (Chuck Liddells cornerman) with hair. On the back of the left arm it looks like there are some black spots..might want to clean that up. The black seems to have run a little bit on the legs as well. Also I don't know if it is a manufacturing error by JAKKS or if you did this but the tongues on the boots seem to be different sizes. I also would have went with a much more bulky body for Scott Steiner.
But with all that said it is still nice seeing so many Scott Steiners lately..I just wish more people would do Rick Steiner =/

Since you went with the short hair, I would have just painted a Steiner head and maybe sanded the point of the goatee a little. From the profile it actually looks a little more like Rick. The painting is very clean and the sculpting looks great.

Simple but works. This was almost the look I went with with my latest classic Steiner, but I went just a couple months before when he still had a ponytail instead. Should have used the actual Steiner head, but I know you did it with what you had to work with.
As far as accuracies, I would paint one boot white with black laces, and the black boot should have white laces. Weight belt should be silver entirely. I can't complain about the accuracies though, as I didn't put the little black frillies on the one I mad a while back(he got rid of the frillies before this look).

Not bad, but at that time he was mirroring Rick. So if Rick was wearing a white boot on his left foot and a black boot on his right foot. Scott would have a black boot on his left and white boot on his right.

I like the head. I would have added a ponytail, which he had at that point. The weightbelt is a great accessory. I like it.
