The Wrestling Observer is reporting that Sting may have forgotten the finish to his match against Samoa Joe at last week's Victory Road PPV. According to the report, the finish was supposed to see Sting pinned by Samoa Joe as opposed to a submission finish. However, it took two attempts from Samoa Joe to get Sting up for the Muscle Buster, and when Sting was not helping which resulted in him being dead weight more or less, Samoa Joe changed the finish of the match in the ring and decided to go with the submission.

Everyone has an off day. But if it continues I think it's time for the stinger to call it quits.

The submission finish worked better in context, so it all worked out for the best.

Sting is getting old so it could be time for him to stop

Submission worked better than a muscle buster would have imo.

oh well, it still was a good looking finish, i mean Taz debuting, he always did the Tazmission so Joe doing it doesn't surprise me as it is in the gimmick
but yea I guess it is time for Sting to give it up

I doubt he just 'forgot'. He was probaly snubbing Joe. Oh, and Sting will most likely be done at BFG this year.

Maybe Sting should re-evaluate his career come Bound for Glory.

Yeah I really think its time for Sting to just lay off wrestling, although I'd like to see an actual legit roster of Main faces for the ongoing feud, I'd like to see Sting go but at the same time not, TNA really needs to sort things out at the moment, Its getting confusing with all the complex feuds going on at the same time, this wrestler could be feuding with two other guys at the same time ect..

I would love to see Sting retire and sign a legend contract with WWE. He could go to the Hall of Fame and have a real nice DVD of Sting. I hate to see him job to the overrated Samoa Fatty Submission Machine!

I doubt he just 'forgot'. He was probaly snubbing Joe. How does that make sense.. If Sting was being "omg old guy that don't put over" that all of you think he is, I think he would have took the pin.. A submission is more "Degrading" than a pin..

You just made my head hurt. I did'nt mean snubbing him in a bad way. He just made Joe work more. Sting has done this many times in the past. By the way I'm one of the people that think Sting puts people over all the time.
