He posted it awhile back. I'll just post his PM to me
It works great, everyone should use this method.

So basically, to make one figure, you have to destroy another. Yeah... that makes sense.

Who can afford to thow out a figure every time they want to switch a torso? I'd also like to know Pilko's method. I've just sent them to him in the past and said, swap it please.

They look good. Glad it worked out for you. So basically, to make one figure, you have to destroy another. Yeah... that makes sense. Yes, it DOES makes perfect sense...Especially if someone is constantly throwing out figures because the torso they were trying to crack broke in a way that was wrong and couldn't be salvaged. They were throwing 1 (and sometimes more than one out) anyway without getting the figure they wanted fixed. So this way yes they still throw out a torso, but it's only the one they were getting rid of anyway. And they get the figure the way they wanted it. A nice looking figure with all it's articulation intact. What's the other option sending it to someone else to crack for you? Then I'm sure you have to pay the shipping to and from...plus the cost the person is charging to crack a torso. That's still going to run someone the cost of a figure or more. But Of course if you don't want to "waste" a half of figure you can just snap both figures in half and reglue the new parts together at the waist. Sure you lose the waist articulation, but you'd still have 2 figures. Personally with my method I don't care if I'm losing a torso everytime in the process, because I was removing it for a reason. The reason being I don't like that torso. And I'm getting a nice looking figure without any stress marks and a nice tight working articulation point at the waist. But to each their own.

when i first started swapping torsos, i would crack them. sure some would turn out better than the others, but when i say PJs method, it made things a tad bit easier but at times you loose articulation. im not one with plays with figures but it sometimes does bother that the waist is loose. i only use PJs method with the torsos i find impossible to crack with out killing it. plus i save all my parts too. the crotch pegs crack into pieces but you can always glue them together. if anything i am open to different methods. i would like to hear J Pilk's method as well.
but other than that i am really digging your Booker T fix up man. the parts you used just go so well together man.
