There really aren't any obnoxious Giant's fans that are like "GINTS R TEH BEZT SOUPERBOLE CHAMPZ WE'RE GUNA BBBEEEE!!!!!" I mean i'm sure some of them will pop up during the season if they're doing well, but that happens with every team. I'm a huge Giants fan, I just don't feel the need to come on here and praise them. Every now and then I'll post something about them.

What a strange argument this has been. Take a look at his post in the MLB thread when he ranted about Shane Victorino being hit in the face by a bottle, but it was nowhere near his face...and said his mom knows a lot about eyes

Do you know my family? No you f***ing don't. Do you know my mom? No you f***ing don't. Do you know where she works? No you f***ing don't. What's the constant here? Oh yeah, YOU F***ING DON'T KNOW S**T ABOUT ME OR MY FAMILY!!! You need to stop with your f***ing a**hole assumptions.

Words to live by in football, any given sunday. What a team does in pre season is some what of a reflection of how they could do in the regular season. Hell, any team can beat any team at any given time.

I agree 10000%, but all I was saying, was the Tom Brady looked great and took apart the Eagles first team...that is all, nothing about the teams, the coaching staff, the futures etc. Just what Tom Brady did in his first game in a year

Last thing we need on here is another Giant fan. Do we have a fan of every NFL team on here? I never see Bengals or Texans fans on here. Unrelated note, I'm out for the Vick News Conference. Should be interesting to see what everybody involved has to say. There are no Bengals, Texans, Jaguars, Seahawks, or Cards fans here. Come to think of it, other than K.J.V. who posts here once every couple months, there isn't a Packers fan here either. Nor a Colts...I could be wrong though. No, I know that there were Colts and Jaguars fans on here last season. I think there might have been a Cardinals fan on here too... though that may have been because they were making such a run in the playoffs.

Wooooo! It is official, the press conference has started, Michael Vick is officially a Philadelphia Eagle! I really say this, F**k all the haters! This day belongs to us Eagles fans! And allow me to defend Mike for a second. He admitted to his wrongdoing. He paid his debt to society, he's served his time that he was sentenced. Allow him to get back to what he does, and stop trying to tear him down. And a 2 point loss is NOT, in any way possible, a "shredding" as it was called. If that was the case, why didn't anyone say how the Eagles "shredded" the Cardinals when the Cardinals were up 24-6 at the half, and the Eagles came out with a 19-0 run to take the lead? Would you be saying that if Vick signed with The Cowboys, The Redskins, or The Giants?

Michael Vick kills dogs and gets a year or so in jail.
Donte Stallworth kills a man, gets a month in jail.
Plaxico Burress shoots himself, could get 3 years in jail.
Seriously, that's jacked up.

Almost 2 for Vick. 20 months, I think he ended up serving. And it's because Donte and Mike owned up to it, not saying Plax didn't own up to his wrongdoing, but their cases are basically behind them. Vick is playing [well, will in 2-3 weeks], and Donte has been suspended for the entire 2009 season without pay. Donte is paying his dues now, his debt to society with his suspension. Also, the biggest reason why Donte didn't get a larger sentence is because he plead guilty to a reduced charge, AND the pedestrian that he hit was right out in the middle of the road, nowhere near a crosswalk from the reports that police issued. I still am not advocating drunk driving, or carrying guns, or dogfighting, so please don't twist it around and say that I am.

Intent obviously has a lot to do with it. Donte Stallworth wasn't trying to kill anyone, Mike Vick did try to gamble on dogfighting. In the Burress case, one of the biggest problems is that he possessed the gun illegally.

But we don't live in a perfect, AND the incident happened in NYC. So he was at a disadvantage from the start. Different places, different policies on that kind of thing.

Yea but Peirce took the gun and hid it..
Does that not count for Tampering with Evidence or something?
How did he get off so scott free?

I just don't get how shooting yourself gets 36 months and killing a man while driving drunk doesn't even get 36 days.
