Okay for those who collect the DCU figures know about the whole BAF thing. For those of you who do not, BAF stands for Build a Figure, each figure comes with a piece to larger scale characters.
Any way my Prediction/Theory on the up coming WWE line is similar to that, and no I don't mean BAF Big Shows and Khalis. (Although I can't say that would be intriguing.) But what I'm expecting is something similar to the Build 'N' Brawl figures, coming with Prop pieces, though these not as shoddy and not things like rings and such. Maybe smaller things like each would come with a piece to make, like a Money in the bank ring attachment instead of having to buy a new type of ring for each match type like Jakks does. I would end up buying more figures that way and not keep passing up on so many awesome ring attachments, where as with Jakks I really don't want half their figures and don't bother with the different style rings because it's to costly.

I would say no as it would require me to first find all the figures in the set to build whatever its is i need to build. secondly I probably dont want all the figures in the series and thirdly i dont have the money to splash out on all the figures.

Yeah DC Collectors have to go through all that, and I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they did that.

I think that's a cool idea and WAYS cheaper than buying a new Real Scale Ring every year only for the equipment. And if you don't like some of the figures, you can still resell them on ebay or trade them here.

I think it's a nice idea, especially with the added bonus of knowing the MiTB or HitC set ups wont have left legs or right arms. In theory you'd be able to purchase mutiples of figures for the support posts or what not. Like three Hardy's (for custom face paints) with cell walls and one Orton for the cell door.
The down side though is a scaled MitB support post would be huge. Way more than say an arm or head of a figure. It'd cost a fortune, and I'd think it'd end up like the Hulk Marvel Legends Fing-Fang-Foom wave at 15 bucks a pop. Plus the more it costs for the Collect and Connect piece the less likely we are to get decent accessories with the figures. Unless of course they made 10-12 figures per wave.
I like the idea of BAF, but I think Marvel Toys had the best attempted use with Traci Brooks from the TNA line. She's a figure that would not have sold unless they really short packed her, so they planned on letting you build her if they ever released series nine and you bought it. I'd like for Mattel to do the same with announcers/refs/EMTs.

Where I see your point, I also think it should be like you have to collect like 3 series to make up the whole Cell for example where as like a money in the Bank set though would be able to come out in a single set. And when it comes to accessories, I think those should be released in bulk packs, something like you know a box that has say like 5 chairs in it, another with 20 knee and or elbow pads, another with say 4 tables another with 4 ladders and so on for like $7 each
