Yeah, having seen the preview, I expected the brawl to close the show... and for Impact to go off the air, after the police arrived - not for it to be in stuck in the middle of the broadcast... That's TNA for you though... they everything up.. It being in the middle is part of what made it great. It gave it the anything can happen feel... The issue was the way things were booked after it. Everyone else who came out later should have been looking around making sure it didn't start up again. Or at least it should have continued to be brought up... Also, they shouldn't have had more happen at the end. Especially with the story that 3D and Beer Money were arrested. Why weren't the rest of them? It should have been explained that everyone not booked for the rest of the show were kicked out. Then maybe the ending would have worked, to an extant... Maybe had only the heels come back, and only Hernandez make the save. The heels coming back would have made them more dastardly, because they were kicked out, but didn't honor the decree. The brawl itself was perfect though. I really hope that Cornette handles the book more, he's amazing. Not just because of the brawl, but I've always been a fan of his work, behind the scenes included.

I thought it was one of the coolest segments on any wrestling show on television, in quite a long time.

It had me entertained. I think that you had to see it in the context of the entire show. You can't just watch the clip of it on the net

The segment didnt do much for me.Guess it could have been good but brawling was a little lackluster and it all seemed a little ridiculous. And having it in the middle of the show was stupid.

To be exact I don't think it was necessarily his idea, he just put the whole thing together like Pat Patterson did the Royal Rumble matches. Still, kudos to one of my favorite guys in the business. I think you have it kind of backwards. Patterson invented the royal rumble. He didn't just put the matches together, it was his idea. Thanks for being "exact" about an assumption for a company you aren't connected to, though. And kudos for using the term business. You are a true wrestling expert

Wow, way to be a dick for no reason. Starting out a post with "to be exact" and then following it up with a completely baseless guess is not very exact. Following it with a completely inaccurate statement about the Royal Rumble doesn't help. After that, saying that Jim Cornette is one of your favorite guys in the "business" just makes me laugh. How is that "no reason"

But being a dick for THAT? that doesn't justify being a dick at all.

How is that "no reason" Um...it's still not a reason, really. It's pretty obvious that the "to be exact" line was directed at it being soley Jim Cornette's idea....which it probably wasn't. Not to mention putting "I don't think" before it clearly states that it's in his opinion, not a fact. Hundreds of posts on this board go unnoticed with errors out the wazzoo when it comes to wrestling trivia or history. Were you really that put off by someone getting something "backwards" as you call it? No where did he claim he was a wrestling expert......and lord forbid he be a Jim Cornette fan by messing up a Pat Patterson fact. I'm just saying....it seemed uncalled for.
