Earthquake vs Andre The Giant This match happen or not all I remember is Jimmy Hart was trying to get Andre in his group but Andre didn't want to so Earthquake attacked him thats all I remember

Andre wasn't healthy anymore at this point. Jake Roberts was the one feuding with Earthquake during this.

I think the plan originally was to bring Andre back as a face and as a wrestler, but was then notified that Andre's knees were shot, so they decided to shoot the Earthquake sneak attack angle. They kept Andre around till just after Summerslam but after that Vince must have saw that there was no long term future for the giant so was told he was no longer needed, hence why he vanished after the UK Rampage tour.
My question is why did Andre vanish for a year between the Wrestlemanias 6 & 7 after turning face on Bobby Heenan & Haku?

I think Andre turning face at WM 6 was kind of his swan song.

I think Andre's body was giving out on him pretty heavily by WM 6. As I recall Haku wrestled the entire match with Andre just on the apron. When Andre came out at WM 7 didn't he have arm crutches or something?

No the crutches were from the Earthquake attack, he didn't have them at WM7, only Summerslam 1991

I loved the "Hard Time" theme. I remember when Bossman turned face at the end of one of the RAW'a during 1999 and then the next episode of RAW he came out to "Hard Time" and a face pop and then turned straight back heel by saying "I love you guys" to the McMahons and rejoined The Corporation.
