Obviously these are from wrestlezone, there were pics but you know what aj and jericho look like anyway
I posted it to see what you guys think of it
Basically 2 guys from rival companies, in a fantasy match etc.
Chris Jericho vs AJ Styles
Great wrestling? Of course.
However, when you think about a great program, there's simply more to it than the technical aspect. And where one comes up short, the other excels. Chris Jericho would be able to help compensate for Styles' limited ability on the microphone by handling most of the talking.
THE NUMBERS:
Chris Jericho AJ Styles
Height : 6'0 5'10
Weight: 226lbs 215lbs
Experience: 19 years 11 years
Titles (inc indies): 28 35
Finisher: Codebreaker Styles Clash
STRENGTHS:
Chris Jericho :Unbelievable microphone ability, Great ring technician, Believability and Experience
AJ: Extremely quick and mobile, Innovative, Underdog effect and Fan favourite
WEAKNESSES:
Chris Jericho: Um, not applicable?
AJ: Limited mic skills
THE STORY:
You don't want to change a thing Chris Jericho is doing right now.
Although Jericho has some high-flying type of moves in his repertoire, I would push him as the ground technician during his program with Styles. Jericho could insult and discredit A.J Styles for relying on his aerial attack to win the crowd over, stating that he really doesn't have the "phenomenal" wrestling ability people claim he does.
In fact, Chris Jericho believes that A.J. Styles is overrated.
Styles wants to convince to everyone, including Jericho, that his more than that. I would say that their final match (after Jericho wins the first and Styles wins the second) should be with Jericho challenging A.J. to a match where the top rope and turnbuckle can not be used. In other words, everything must stay in the middle of the ring without highflying maneuvers.
Styles would take the final match, but Jericho gets the post-match beatdown and moves on.
FINAL THOUGHTS:
Chris Jericho is a great compliment to A.J. Styles. Not only would the in-ring work be exciting and innovative, the storyline possibilities are promising. While Styles may not have anywhere near the ability on the mic that a Jericho does, he's definitely not unbearable.
Styles can talk, but needs to keep it simple. Additionally, I recommend Styles being in the ring interacting with Jericho the majority of the time he does talk. This way he can feed off of Jericho.
If you guys liked that, ill post more on here when theyre up on wrestlezone
