The white needs at least two more coats. There are black splotches on the arms from where you painted the shirt. If you are going to use decals, I would suggest waterslide. That way you can blend them better.

The vision for the custom was good, but the painting and application of decals are very sloppy. There is black paint that has run over to the arms. From the side view you can see the front decal is not even connected to the chest. You have a a good eye for what would make a good custom, just take your time and you will definitely improve.

THe painting on the shoes look kind of sloppy. I also dislike the head.
