'taker jacket doesn't look like it would come off though I believe all the Elite clothing is removable.

With talk of a "Legends" line Im in hopes for an awesome 80s Hogan figure. Dont get me wrong, I love the Classic 8 one (only figure I kept when I sold of my collection), but I want to see a Hogan in this style.

The entrance figures looks like normal figures and not statues.

I'm stumped about the removable trench coats as well. I guess they're some kind of rubber? Not sure how you're going to get them over the hands. That and rubber doesn't like to glide across plastic.
I also like that they included a "manhole cover" belt in honor of the TMNT 25th Anniversary for Triple H. Nice cross-promotion.

I think its just a random created belt for the 1 of 1000, not meant to be any WWE championship

And if there´s still someone saying Jakks is better - please visit a good psychiatrist or optician! And to all who think Mattel figs are too expensive: Put on your glasses or learn to read! The Mattel basic figures (=RA) will be 9.99 and the Elite series (=DA) will be 14.99! As far as I know those are the prices that are currently paid for Jakks crap! So you´re saying that you rather like to pay 2 or 3 dollars less for crappy, half a**ed and half finished Jakks junk than investing 2 or 3 dollars more for an (in my eyes) perfect Mattel figure... And you wonder why this world is going down with so many idiots living on it...

I believe all the Elite clothing is removable. Do you know what type of material Taker's jacket is made of? I have no idea but it looks great! The only complaints I have with these figs would be in the Basic series and the Two-Pack series. The head scans are all really good, but the skin tones and exaggeratted muscles are sort've a turnoff. But these figs are heavily photoshopped so the actual figures are sure to look 1000 X's better. *I hope* Alot of people are dogging the Force Flex's but I sort've like them. Since I play, I'll be picking some of these up. But most of my money will be invested in the Elite, Force Flex, and of the newer guys that come out in the Basic or Two-Pack lines. Until they come out with the Legend's Line of course, then it will be Heaven.

My thoughts.........
First of all, is the prices. There is no way, I will pay $14 and $21 for a single figure. That is totally off the charts.
Second, they have too many lines of figures that look exactly the same. They are going to over-extend themselves. Eventually the quality will go down.
Third, I dont' see them looking all that good. I prefer the current JAKKS RA product look.
For people who do like these, I hope you plan on spending some money. However, I will be one of them that does not switch over. Even if they do come out with a Classics line, they will be way high and they will not be able to sign anyone to a contract that JAkks hasn't. So, all you would be doing is "re-buying" the Mattel figures for a much higher price. Makes no sense to me.
My final and only hope is, that Jakks does decide to make TNA RA style and have a Classic Line.
Bottom line......I WILL NOT be collecting the Mattel figures....I can say that with certainty.

Yea dr, but theres also another big difference. 22$ for mattels, and 10$ for jakks. I don't know how many people are gonna spend 22$ for 1 figure.

Maybe that's what the new design of the WWE title will look like?
I came into this really skeptical, but Mattel has really impressed me. I really like the look of the figures. I think the shoulder joint is what is throwing everyone off, because it looks a lot like R3, but I'm willing to give these a shot. I know the Austin and Jericho/Michaels 2 pack are a must buy for me. I also like the fact that they are smaller, since they'll fit well in a spring ring and I don't have to rush out to buy a new ring.
Flex Force is great for what it is. I agree with trying a line aimed strictly at kids. Plus they come with a DVD, which I know as a parent is a good selling feature. My 2 year old son loves wrestling and has a ton of my LJN's, and I could see myself collecting this line for him.
