I don't see one in the pics. I see a Deluxe Ring and Cage but the pic of it makes it look like a standard size. I don't see any evidence of a super huge RSR ring

yeah that's what I figured but it just does not look big at all. Maybe because the cage is so tall. The WWE RSR is huge and you knew it was huge by looking at the pics. This one just appears small

Ive just noticed that, that is the small toybiz ring but as a larger pic exactly. Maybe the thing isn't even a proto yet and they just showed a pic of the smaller ring. Without a doubt, that IS NOT an RSR.
