Thanks for asking my question about Elite accessories. Some good, new tidbits in there - including props from storylines or things that relate to the wrestler. I also liked that swipe at Jakks with that line about "getting away from things that don't make sense". Good to know that Mattel won't be releasing a Sheamus with a safe or exploding dumbell.

That guy that Tim mentions at 1:19 on part 3 is awesome

Everything looks great. I will be picking up both basic and elite. It would have been hard to choose between the two, but since they are all the same scale, problem solved.
I have loved mattel since the 80's. He-Man was the first thing i ever collected, and it is still a favorite to this day.
I have all original, New Adventures, 2000, and classic He-Man figures
I was so happy to hear Mattel got the rights to the WWE line.
They are an Excellent company.
Cant wait til 1/1/10

Looks great. Honestly, it seems like Mattel is solving all of the major problems we had with JAKKS.
The scale issue is fixed. Also, all of the figures are in scale so no issue with deluxe not being able to wrestle with basics, etc. It also seems like appropriate molds and torsos are used. Its not like we see insanely stupid parts choices. We see individual molds. The detail on the attires is WAYYY superior to any attire detail we saw w/ JAKKS. I'm psyched!!!!

A great insight.
Im really glad my question was asked, theres obviously a decent portion of us in the international market and to know we will be treated well is a big plus.

Don't be glad to early, I've asked MATTEL Germany some weeks ago if there are any plans to distribute their WWE Line in Germany and their answer was a "NO" Let's see if they change their minds in the future. Best thing: try to write your MATTEL headquarter in Australia and ask.

Obviously the same situation isnt applicable to all countries but distribution with mattel seems more likely than jakks but it obviously differs. At least for once we have been addressed and know that we wont be left out in the dark from the get go.

I watched these interviews today and while the guy who was there from Mattel seemed passionate about the line, I felt he danced around questions and continued talking about how Mattel wants to "celebrate" the entire roster over and over. Whatever though, he seemed okay (just very corperate) and he just wanted to keep the conversation on the current first wave and didn't want to discuss future plans (which is to be expected). I cannot wait to get my hands on the basic and elite line, those are the only two lines I am interested in at the moment.
