Good win for the Hornets, coming off of wins against the Heat and the Rockets, good streak for them.

I read off NBA scoop on Twitter that Antawn Jamison could be traded for Big Z to the Cavs or T-Mac to the Rockets.
That could be a nice move for the Cavs but dunno if it makes them a drastically better team in terms of competing against LA. Against Boston and Orlando it will make a significant difference.

I'd do that trade 10 times out of 10 if I were Cleveland, especially since Washington would probably immediately buy out Ilgauskas.

Arenas has been suspended indefinitely without pay by David Stern. And there goes Washington. I predict at least one of Jamison and/or Butler is traded before the deadline. Hopefully Arenas never plays in the NBA again.

Worth a second look: Brandon Jennings' Kid N' Play haircut Milwaukee Bucks rookie Brandon Jennings(notes) debuted his new high-top fade during a 96-78 win over the lowly New Jersey Nets on Tuesday, "effortlessly blending the past and future of the NBA together." Kyle Koster of the Chicago Sun-Times has more: The brand new 'do is attracting a lot of attention and Kid N' Play googling, but it's nothing Jennings hasn't done before. Back when he was a wide-eyed high schooler who figured out he could make more money in Europe than in college, he had the same thing going on. For more photos of Jennings' epic hair, check out the Twitpic links here. I pray he keeps this look. its official im in love with Brandon Jennings

The Bulls should be trying to get Jamison in my opinion, if they are still cracked out enough to move Deng (I wouldn't). Bulls should also at least consider what it would take to get T-Mac and if him being a vagina is going to ruin them. They need a one-on-one scorer, as seen last night in the closing seconds.

I watched some of the game last night with Jennings and his flat top... the announcer for the Nets said "Jennings, 6'1"... 6'4" with the hair"

triple post because I'm bored.
If there's one thing I've noticed while watching my fantasy players, it's that Chris Paul and Rodney Stuckey usually get most of their points at the end of games.

Yeah, Paul did it again tonight. Hitting a clutch layup. I find the Hornets really turn it on late in games, and close it out with good defense and nice shooting. 4 game win streak and over .500 for the first time this year, woo.

I really thought Miami won against Boston win Wade stole the ball from Ray Allen and dunked it to put them ahead by 2 with 0.6 seconds left. Then Rondo gets an alley oop to tie the game. The Boston Celtics win the game. Wade had 44 points. The Heat dissapoint me. I heard Miami traded Chris Quinn for Rafer Alston.

Chris Quinn was traded for cap space, Rafer Alston was bought out of his deal by NJ, which will probably lead him to Miami

Sooo the Knicks won again and Galinari had two back to back clutch three pointers to close it out. That kid is turning out to be a good move.
Al Harrington didn't even play.

I just got done watching Rajon Rondo give away the Celtics game to Atlanta.
People need to stop kidding themselves about this kid. Sure, he's improved, he puts up numbers and probably always will around all-star team mates. But he has a terrible FT% (does that even happen for starting PG's in the NBA?), can't guard people when the game is on the line, wastes too much shot clock for stupid crap and misses assignments such as defensive rotation or Doc Rivers calling out for them not to foul with 45 seconds left so he does at 37 (great).
Put him on Philly from the start of the year as their starting point guard and we'd see the real value he brings as a PG.
Speaking of Philly, that team boggles my mind. They have so much talent there, a big man, a great swing, some guards and even Elton Brand off the bench. They just roughed up Detroit two years ago in the playoffs. What happened?

I think ATL is a really bad match up for the Celtics. If there's one team they don't want to face in the playoffs, it's no doubt the Hawks.

I think I read somewhere that Rondo has a worse FT% than Dwight Howard. Might not still be the case, but if so that's pretty sad.
I think he's an elite level PG though.
