Money and market usually decides where a player goes, not who's on a team. Always has and probably always will. That's why I don't really buy into him going to Chicago as much as the media does just because there's a couple of good young players to grow with. I especially don't buy him going to Miami, why would LeBron want to play in somebody else's town?

I agree with you pretty much 100%. The media is the one pushing the Chicago thing but whatever, it is what it is.
I'm waiting til July to find out what it is.
If it's LeBron in Chicago or Cleveland and the Knicks get some good players, it's good for the NBA. I would think LeBron on Miami is pretty much too strange to ever be true.

I don't see how New York doesn't nab at least one All Star-caliber player in free agency. Even if it doesn't turn out to be LeBron.
I still believe he'll be back in Cleveland, but I hope I won't be able to say the same for Mike Brown and the exact roster as it stands for the team. There are changes to be made, because I can't see LeBron putting up with the team if he cannot at least make the Finals in 2011.
Oh, and I can't wait for the Draft Lottery tomorrow night; it's one of my favorite nights of the year for pro basketball.

The more I think about it, the more LeBron going to Chicago doesn't make sense. Rose and James just wouldn't complement each other right. Rose is a score first PG, but still is more of a PG rather than a SG. LeBron is a PG/SF. It just looks messy.
2 great scorers wont get you anywhere. Just ask the Nuggets. Even though Rose and LeBron are better passers than AI and Mello.
I think the 2 teams that I see as good Basketball options are Cleveland, and New Jersey. NJ has a lot of talent, and will most likely have a top 5 pick. They also have some players with very good trade value, and have enough money to get another great player.
If Cleveland can get a good HC, and a good #2 player via trade obviously, I don't see why LeBron would leave Cleveland.

I don't see Lebron in Chicago. I think you can pretty much chalk up Joe Johnson as a Knick.

Although I don't know if they can afford it, Joe Johnson would be a great fit in Utah. If I was Utah, I'd let Boozer go and try to spend that money on JJ. Highly unlikely I know, but D-Will and JJ would be one of the best guard combos in the NBA.

I want to see LeBron go anywhere just so Cleveland will riot and I can watch all the idiots on the news.

"I'm not giving him no hype right now; he had a lucky game in Game 1," Stoudemire said after Suns practice Tuesday at Staples Center. "We just got to make sure we box him out. I think I focused so much on [Pau] Gasol and [Andrew] Bynum to where he snuck in there and got 19 boards, so now we just got to make sure there's three guys out there that can rebound well [when] adding Odom. So, we got to do a better job on them."
As right as Amare is referring to Odom... you still don't come out and say it like that. Although I completely agree about Odom not being focused on as much as the other two.

My God it must suck to be a Nets fan. The draft is a crap shoot, nothing was guaranteed for them. Gilbert Arenas tutoring John Wall! AWESOME

Arenas can teach him how to load a ratchet, while Howard can teach him how to roll a doobie.

I was ecstatic to see Washington win it, although I wish this would have happened last year with Blake Griffin.

I'm really mad because they Timberwolves failed yet again to win one of the top two draft spots.

Howard is a pretty rudimentary offensive player and that's putting it kindly. He's painful to watch sometimes.
Rondo is becoming one of my favorite players to watch. The guy is just slick and crafty.

Just a head's-up, Charles Barkly's on The Tonight Show tonight. Should be good to see how they rib his prediction of the Cavs winning the NBA Championship on The Tonight Show from a month ago.
