RAW time, well nice way to kick off the show with Vin Diesel. Only to be interrupted by the WWE Champion CM Punk, then Vin Diesel pulls Punk over with somebody, I wondered who Vin Diesel got, BATISTA!. BATISTA!. BATISTA!. he's back, Batista's going to be in the Battle Royal Match too and glad Triple H brought him back cause it was best for business. Wade Barrett gets another victory over Dean Ambrose but this time it's by countout, is Ambrose afraid of Barrett or is Ambrose trying to play some mind games against Barrett, hopefully Barrett gets a decisive match against Ambrose, likely a No DQ and No Countout Match for the Title. But I don't see Ambrose and Barrett's feud lasting long. Stephanie and CM Punk backstage segment was kinda interesting and Triple H coming out too, I'm wondering if Triple H and Stephanie are trying to have CM Punk wrestle Batista and Jeff Hardy because if they want him to be the new face of the WWE. I really don't know cause last year, him and Punk were at each other's throats when John Laurinatis ran RAW and SMACKDOWN all together, and now he's trying to screw Punk out of the WWE Title cause he still has a grudge with what CM Punk did to Triple H last year at Extreme Rules. Nice win for The Prime Time Players and a little teased breakup between The Kings of Wrestling, here's hoping Cesaro and Ohno break up with Cesaro becoming recognized as a fan-favorite. This Jeff/Wyatt feud is going to get very interesting soon, but loved the way that you had the Wyatt Family lay Hardy out again in 24 hours. I wonder who Ryback's partner going to be against The Usos. Nice win for Dolph against Cody just hours after losing the ladder match against Bryan Danielson. Hopefully Ziggler gets another chance against Bryan, Well surprised Ryback's partner is Drew Mcintyre lol. Ryback and Mcintyre as a team may not mix but at least The Usos got the win by defeating Ryback and Drew Mcintyre in a non-title match. And after Ryback's brutal attack on Mcintyre will that turn Mcintyre face in the near future. Great Non-Title Victory for Danielson against Mysterio in what I thought was a good contest between the two. Maybe Mysterio could be next in line for a World Heavyweight Title Match in the near future but who knows. Nice segment with Batista and Vin Diesel as well. Vin's worked with the best WWE Stars like The Rock and Batista. That is very epic for Vin to work with two of the greats. Nice Battle Royal victory for Batista in his return, whenever you get a big win in your return by eliminating 19 superstars that is huge and at Battleground. CM Punk should watch out or his title will be taken away but like Jeff Hardy, I really don't see Batista winning the WWE Title as well. And the last segment between Roman Reigns and John Cena was interesting, hopefully we get to see another great match between Roman Reigns and John Cena and it will be a Last Man Standing Match, great job with RAW, the buildup to Battleground looks very good though we have two great matches on tap. Keep it up,

RAW
The RAW after Extreme Rules was awesome, a thing of beauty with Vin Diesel the guest host opening up RAW and Punk interrupting him only for Diesel and Punk to almost go at it but setting up the return of The Animal Batista, BATISTA IS BACK!!!!!!!!!! THE BEAST HAS BEEN UNLEASHED!!!!!! Batista is back and now we all have to deal with it, Batista in the battle royal later on tonight for the WWE Championship #1 Contender's spot, if Big Dave is in it then he is the odds on favorite to win it!!!
Barrett beating Ambrose the WWE United States Champion again this time by countout again, Barrett the only time he can ever beat Ambrose is if by either DQ or countout but when it counts when it is all said and done can Barrett really get the job done against Ambrose? Because Ambrose still has that WWE United States Championship and Barrett doesn't but I think both of these men will be in tonight's battle royal later on tonight and if they are then either one of them could also be seen as favorites to win it
Punk is acting like a complete crybaby, acting like a bitch when you think about it because he is complaining about both Jeff Hardy and The Animal Batista being back that he is failing to see the bigger picture, the bigger picture being that this is what it is best for business and that by bringing back Hardy and Batista, business is booming but Punk I think personally he is just acting paranoid because he fears that his time as WWE Champion that his days as WWE Champion are numbered especially with Batista being back and not to mention other superstars gunning for him, Punk will even be lucky if he makes it to Battleground
Prime Time Players beating The Kings of Wrestling, I wonder if this means the Prime Time Players will now become #1 Contenders for the WWE Tag Team Championships? If so then PTP are long overdue for a title match and here is hoping that they finally get one whereas Cesaro and Ohno I see dissension forming, I see one of these 2 turning their back on the other one with one staying heel and the other turning face but just who can I see turning face out of these 2? Most likely I can see it being Cesaro turning babyface with Ohno staying heel but as for PTP facing off against the WWE Tag Team Champions The Usos, I can see that match happening at Battleground
Jeff Hardy laid out again at the hands of the Wyatt Family, can't say that I am surprised but Jeff did have this coming because he called them out and he got the holy hell beat out of him by the Wyatts for the 2nd straight night in a row...I don't think Hardy stands a chance of going up against the Wyatts
I wonder who Ryback will get as his tag team partner
The WWE Tag Team Champions The Usos beating Ryback and Drew McIntyre, can't say I am surprised especially with the choice of Drew McIntyre as a tag team partner you had to admit that Ryback was bound to lose this match but I guess he can't really be blamed I mean look at who he was teaming with but then Ryback after the match basically beats the holy hell out of his own tag team partner McIntyre, hopefully this is the start of Ryback's babyface turn or maybe this is the start of Ryback's meteoric rise back to the top back to the main event where he should be
World Heavyweight Champion Bryan Danielson beating Rey Mysterio, this was a great match and it is always great to see these 2 go at it either in a ring or just fight because of the fact that their chemistry in the ring is not only so great but their matches are always entertaining that I can never get bored but seeing Danielson go over Rey wasn't really all that surprising but I wonder what's next for Danielson? Who will be the #1 Contender for the World Heavyweight Championship?
Fandango's debut was nothing more than a troll, I guess I can't say I am really surprised considering he did this in real life but sooner or later Fandango is going to have to compete in this ring
Orton's promo, can we say chilling right here? Orton is my pick to win this Battle Royal to become #1 Contender for the WWE Championship and if anyone can end the reign of Punk it is definitely Orton, and hopefully Orton and Batista's paths cross if not now then sooner rather than later
AJ Lee the new WWE Divas Champion beats Layla by making her tap out like how she did to Kaitlyn the night before, I can't say I am surprised because AJ has been on a roll lately and it culminated in her winning the WWE Divas Championship last night at Extreme Rules in a Submission Match of all matches made Kaitlyn tap, so I would say who is the better technical wrestler? Either Kaitlyn or AJ? I would definitely say AJ but now AJ she is going to be a marked woman in the division because everyone is going to be gunning for her now
Seeing Vin Diesel and Batista joke like this, hanging out together I love it considering how they are both in Riddick together
Batista winning the Battle Royal becoming the new #1 Contender for Punk's WWE Championship last eliminating Orton to get the job done, I would say Big Dave was the favorite all along and tonight it showed by lasting all the way up to the end and now it will be Punk vs Batista at Battleground for the WWE Championship, should be a slobberknocker
Roman Reigns vs John Cena II, the rematch at Battleground but this time in a Last Man Standing Match, this is actually a perfect way for them to settle their rivalry once and for all or for it to end in a Last Man Standing Match, this is perfect, their Extreme Rules Match last night at Extreme Rules was a classic, it was a war which saw Reigns come out on top but can Roman get the job done again beating Cena again at Battleground? Or will John Cena get his win back?

May 23, 2013 from the CenturyLink Center in Omaha, Nebraska
The opening video for Smackdown airs and the cameras pan inside of the CenturyLink Center in Omaha, Nebraska! Michael Cole welcomes everybody to the show, alongside the newest member to the broadcast team - John Bradshaw Layfield. The two talk for a short while before getting to what is coming up tonight, including a rematch from Monday between Cody Rhodes and Dolph Ziggler as well as the Smackdown debut of the man who has taken the WWE by storm: Roman Reigns.
The crowd is looked over and the theme music of Randy Orton hits to somewhat of a surprise to everyone. The Viper emerges from the back and makes his way down to the ring slowly, looking all around the arena carefully as he does so. He finally ends up in the middle of the ring, microphone in hand. "Last week here in this very ring on Smackdown I pinned the World Heavyweight Champion, Bryan Danielson. That alone should have given me a title shot... then this past Sunday at Extreme Rules I not only defeated, but I destroyed, Cody Rhodes in a Texas Bullrope Match... that should have given me a title shot." He gives a short laugh, "Then this past Monday I get put into a battle royal to determine the number one contender for the WWE Championship and I get screwed by the returning Batista? First of all, Dave shouldn't even be here and second of all I should have been handed a title match on Raw rather than have to fight for one but since I can't do anything about that now besides bitch and moan I might as well do it some more... so, with that said, I think I speak on behalf of everyone that I have no clue who truly is in control between Stephanie McMahon and Triple H, but whichever one of you is, I'd like to have a word." He invites either one of them to come down to the ring and steps around a bit in anticipation. The theme music of Stephanie hits and the Commissioner brings herself down to the ring, getting a solid reception from the WWE Universe.
Stephanie and Randy stare down momentarily before McMahon asks Orton who he thinks he is. "You've made very valid points, Randy, but what really irks me is that you think you can just demand that title shot. Maybe if you hadn't barged into my office in demand at Extreme Rules this past Sunday, you could have received an automatic bid for a world title match but instead you put me in the position to make it an open field. I don't answer to demands, Randy." She glares at him as he laughs, telling Steph that he thinks that is funny seeing as how Jeff Hardy got to come back and immediately get a title shot and he had to have gotten it one way or another. Meanwhile, he hasn't had an opportunity in quite some time. "But I'm willing to forgive all of that and even forget about the whole Batista thing as long as I am given what I truly deserve: A World Heavyweight Championship match against the man I beat last week!" Stephanie asks if he heard a word she just said, reminding him that she doesn't answer to demands. She takes a moment to think before smiling, "I tell you what, Randy. I'll give you a World Heavyweight Championship match against Bryan Danielson at the upcoming Battleground pay-per-view... as long as you can beat the man you just mentioned here tonight: Jeff Hardy!" The WWE Universe pops as Orton is livid, storming around the ring while yelling at Stephanie that the decision she made isn't fair. McMahon just smiles and heads out of the ring as Hardy's music hits, the Charismatic Enigma making his way out to the ramp while waving his hands about in signature fashion. He remains atop the ramp with a smile and gives a salute to Orton, whom leans over the ropes in frustration.
Returning, Wade Barrett's music hits and the British superstar makes his way out from the back. He brings himself to ringside and joins Michael Cole and JBL on commentary for the upcoming match involving his recent rival, the United States Champion Dean Ambrose. He tells the two he already knows who Ambrose's opponent is and he believes it'll be a fun watch.
United States Champion Dean Ambrose defeats Mark Henry via pinfall in a non-title match As soon as the bell rings, Ambrose avoids every single move Henry makes as quick as he can. The World's Strongest Man catches him by the hair, however, and drops him to the mat. Henry dominates in the opening minutes, getting multiple near falls off some very strong slams, splashes and clotheslines. As Henry goes for a splash with Ambrose on the mat, the United States Champion manages to roll out of the way and begin a beat down. He keeps Henry grounded and goes for the Swinging STO, only for Henry to use his strength to slam him into the corner. Henry gets fired up and starts to send Ambrose to the mat over and over again once again, going for the World's Strongest Slam - Dean managing to find a way to get free. As Henry goes to slam himself into Ambrose in the corner, however, Dean drops to both knees and table tops Henry! He hooks both legs up and puts his feet on the ropes, getting the three count.
Ambrose rolls to the middle of the ring and sits up, pumping both fists into the air with his tongue sticking out in cocky fashion. He rises onto his feet and turns to get his United States Championship from the referee, only to see Wade Barrett standing on the apron with the belt. He flashes a smile and enters the ring, Ambrose backing down with his hands out, calling for his belt. Barrett puts it out and Dean cautiously takes a few steps forward, Wade tossing the title in the air. Dean looks up and is blasted with a huge big boot! Barrett pulls Ambrose right back up and delivers The Wasteland right in the middle of the squared circle! He scoops the United States Championship up and charges to the ropes, swinging his fist with a roar in celebration. He pumps the belt high up over his head before laying it across the chest of Ambrose. Barrett exits the ring with a smile across his face.
Returning, the cameras are backstage as Stephanie McMahon is walking down the halls. She stops as a shorter, older man with a very thick handlebar mustache walks up to her. "Stephanie McMahon, you're a fellow American! Let me ask you a question!" He twirls away at his mustache, "Why is it that clear illegals such as Rey Mysterio are in this industry? Why is it that clear illegals such as Rey Mysterio get matches against a World Heavyweight Champion in Bryan Danielson? Why isn't it that a real American like the likes of Jack Swagger gets an opportunity to face the World Heavyweight Champion!?" Jack Swagger steps up with a cocky smile across his face, patting the man on the shoulder. Stephanie shakes her head, bewildered asking who the hell he is. "Who am I? I am a real American, such as Jack Swagger here, and my name is Zeb Colter! If you have any dignity, if you have any love for your country, you will open your eyes and not be so blind and realize what is so called best for business, and what is best for America." He puts his hand over his heart and Swagger follows, the two shouting simultaneously, 'We! The People!' They head off, leaving the Commissioner in confusion.
Ryback defeats Drew McIntyre via pinfall The bell rings and McIntyre storms up to Ryback and he drops Drew with a back body drop. Ryback completely dismantles McIntyre with multiple clotheslines and hard slams, eventually dropping Drew with the Meat Hook Clothesline. After getting a little fired up, Ryback drops McIntyre with Shell Shocked and hooks both legs up for the three count.
The crowd boos as Ryback gets up, trash talking the WWE Universe. He takes a microphone from ringside and tells the Omaha crowd to shut up. "Clearly 'The Big Guy' didn't pick the right partner this past Monday. Everybody makes mistakes, and clearly Drew McIntyre was one!" He gives a laugh and sticks his tongue out, strutting around a bit. "So Usos, I'm looking for another match on Monday. This time, Ryback is gonna pick a much better partner." He throws the microphone down as his music hits, 'The Big Guy' exiting the ring still laughing.
The cameras transition backstage to Cody Rhodes and Goldust, as Cody will look to redeem himself for the cheap loss to Dolph Ziggler this past Monday in a rematch.
Cody Rhodes with Goldust defeats Dolph Ziggler via disqualification The bell sounds and the two go back and forth early on with some fast paced action. Ziggler gets a couple of roll ups in the mix while grabbing the tights, infuriating Rhodes as it is how he lost on Monday. Cody sends Ziggler down with a huge flapjack and proceeds to take total control of the match. After a missed Disaster Kick, however, Ziggler takes back the momentum. He drops Rhodes with all of his signature moves before applying the Sleeper Hold, to which Rhodes responds by slamming him into the corner back first. Cody gets the crowd behind him as he starts to get fired up, sending Ziggler down repeatedly. He delivers Cross Rhodes but Ziggler slips out of the ring before the pin can be made. Rhodes follows after him and pounds the head against the ring apron before sending Dolph back in. As soon as Cody gets into the ring, however, Dolph hits a huge low blow!
Rhodes drops down onto both knees as Ziggler hops right up and plants him with the Zig Zag! Goldust charges into the ring but Dolph manages to get out of the ring before a finger can be laid on him. Ziggler laughs while holding his head as Goldust checks down on his brother, Cody slapping the mat in pain and frustration. Ziggler struts his way up the ramp as he may of lost this time, but it was via disqualification. Goldust helps his frustrated brother back onto his feet.
Returning, Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins' music hits. He makes his way out from the back and marches down to the ring, taking a microphone from ringside. "Well, well, well... weren't expecting me, were you? Look, I've come out here because it seems to me that everybody keeps on booing me but doesn't realize what I've accomplished! None of you respect what I have been able to do! I have been the Intercontinental Champion for 213 days straight!" He hoists the belt high up above his head and continues to get some heat. "That is the fourteenth longest reign of all time in the history of this industry and I don't plan on having this streak end any time soon! Before you know it I will surpass The Ultimate Warrior! Randy Savage! Tito Santana! Pat Patterson! The Rock! Even one day, I'll get past the likes of Mr. Perfect and, yes, The Honky Tonk Man." He clutches the belt close and gives a big laugh, saying that on January 20, 2014 he will stand in the middle of the Monday Night Raw ring in celebration of surpassing the longest reign of all time held by Honky Tonk Man. "There is nobody! And I repeat! Nobody that has or will stop me from reaching that point!" He raises the belt up once again and starts to make his way towards the ropes, only for Sheamus' music to hit! Rollins backs up in frustration, clutching his belt close as The Celtic Warrior makes his way out from the back with a smile across his face. He makes his way to the ring and steps right in, marching around Rollins a couple of times.
Sheamus laughs before speaking up, "Ay, fella, let me be the first to say... nobody really cares how long ya been champion if ya just gonna gloat about it. Second, let me say that there is somebody that can stop ya from breaking that record and you're looking right at him." Sheamus grows a huge smile across his face as Rollins shakes his head, telling Sheamus 'no' repeatedly. "I don't think so, Sheamus. Nobody is going to be able to take this away from me, especially somebody like you. You think you're big and bad and sure you've been World Heavyweight Champion before but ever since you lost that belt you've been nothing but a loser... and like me - a winner - you'll never change." The two stare down and Sheamus says that Rollins should have no problem taking him on one on one then and he drops Rollins with a huge clothesline! He drags the Intercontinental Champion up by the hair and slams him right back down with a powerslam. As Sheamus backs up and starts to pound on his chest in preparation for the Brogue Kick, Rollins takes his title belt and rolls out of the ring in a panic. He starts to back up the ramp, holding onto the back of his head in anger. Sheamus moves over to the ropes and spreads his arms out with a huge smile, as it seems he is coming for Rollins and the Intercontinental Championship.
Returning, a video airs for the WWE Be a Star program featuring the likes of John Cena, Bryan Danielson, Sheamus and Kaitlyn.
Darren Young with Titus O'Neill defeats Antonio Cesaro with Kassius Ohno via pinfall The bell sounds and Cesaro takes Young down early, keeping him grounded. After a couple of near falls, Young fires back with some vicious shots once back on his feet. He sends Cesaro down numerous times and gets some near falls of his own before delivering a snap suplex that causes Cesaro to roll out of the ring. The Kings of Wrestling get into an argument and Cesaro gets back in, dropping Young with a huge clothesline. Darren gets up and drops Antonio with a series of clotheslines, Ohno tripping him from the outside. The crowd boos as the referee charges over, tossing Ohno from ringside. Cesaro charges over in frustration, leaning over the ropes - arguing with his partner. Young takes advantage and rolls Cesaro up for the three count.
Young rolls out of the ring and is immediately joined by O'Neill. They back up the ramp with smiles across their faces, beginning their signature "Millions of dollars, billions of dollars" dance and chant along with the WWE Universe. Ohno steps into the ring and puts his hands on his head, Cesaro slowly rising up with his hands on his hips. The tag team starts to argue with each other just as they did on Monday. After getting in each other's faces they back down, shaking hands before exiting the ring together.
The cameras cut backstage to show Roman Reigns and Paul Heyman heading down the halls as Reigns will be making his Smackdown debut - next.
Roman Reigns with Paul Heyman defeats Christian via pinfall The bell rings and Reigns overpowers Christian in the opening minutes, only for Captain Charisma to blast him with a bulldog out of nowhere. Christian gets some momentum going and even hits a sunset flip, leading to a two count. He keeps the momentum going but Reigns blasts Christian with an absolutely ferocious clothesline. Instead of going for the pinfall, however, Reigns continues to dominate the match with all of his might and power. He finally gets fired up and drops Christian with the Superman Punch! Reigns gets into the corner, giving a loud yell to the crowd. He kneels down and as soon as Christian gets up, Reigns blasts him with a spear. He hooks both legs up for the three count.
The crowd boos as Reigns rises back up onto his feet, pumping both fists up into the air. Heyman comes into the ring with a microphone and applauds his client. "Ladies and gentlemen my name is Paul Heyman and this is the man who defeated John Cena at Extreme Rules and this is the man who will defeat John Cena in a Last Man Standing Match at Battleground... John Cena called for this match and he now has it... and at Battleground, John Cena's legacy will officially be destroyed." He smiles and lets Reigns take the microphone, the big man telling the WWE Universe that he plans on doing even more than he did at Extreme Rules. "I promised to destroy and dismantle John Cena at Extreme Rules and I did just that... and at Battleground I vow to destroy and dismantle John Cena once again." He gives a big grin and drops the microphone, raising both fists in the air with Heyman holding the nearest arm up.
Returning, the commentary team talks about how this past Monday, Vin Diesel was a special guest star. CM Punk would interrupt him and there would be a shocking return. They go back to a replay from Monday with Vin Diesel announcing the return of Batista. 'The Animal' would come down to the ring and tell Punk he came back to enter the number one contenders battle royal, win it and take the WWE Championship away. Later in the night, Batista would go on to win the battle royal by last eliminating Randy Orton. Punk would attempt to attack Batista only to be hit with the spinebuster and Batista Bomb. JBL and Cole proceed to talk about Batista and how excited they are to have him back. "CM Punk better watch out!" JBL states, "Because Batista is fired up and back with a purpose! He might take the WWE Championship away very quickly at Battleground!"
The cameras cut to Matt Striker backstage and he introduces his guest at this time to be Jeff Hardy. He thanks him for his time and asks if he can keep his focus tonight after dealing with The Wyatt Family this past week. Hardy shrugs his shoulders, "I can multi-task, Matt. I'd be more than happy to get a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship as well as take out The Wyatt Family. All I want is what is best for me and to be the best I can be... I want to entertain these fans as much as I can and if I have to get through Bray Wyatt, Randy Orton and anybody else to do that... I don't care. All I know is, I'm going into this match tonight with the intent of becoming the number one contender for the World Heavyweight Championship." Hardy heads off - the main event coming up next.
Randy Orton defeats Jeff Hardy via pinfall to become the #1 Contender for the World Heavyweight Championship The bell sounds and the two go back and forth early on with tons of near falls and hard slams. Orton completely runs through Hardy and gets a surge of momentum. He goes for the RKO, only to get shoved away. Hardy hits the Whisper In The Wind and gets a near fall once again. The two yet again get into some back and forth action, Orton eventually missing a clothesline - sending him over the ropes. Hardy launches himself over the ropes and sends the two of them into the barricade. A commercial break interrupts, and upon the return Orton has control of the match yet again. After dominating for a short while, he delivers the Rope Hung DDT. He pounds on the mat and prepares for the RKO once again only for Hardy to shove him away, kick him in the stomach and drop him with the Twist of Fate in the middle of the ring. Hardy hooks the leg up but only gets a two count. Hardy once again gets some momentum going and after ducking a boot to the face, he nails the Whisper in the Wind once again. Jeff goes to the top rope and prepares for the Swanton Bomb, only for the signature of The Wyatt Family to hit! The lights flicker a bit in the arena and go out, coming back on after a few moments with Hardy staggering on the ropes - Orton leaping up to drop him with the RKO! He hooks both legs up quickly, getting the pinfall.
Orton rises up onto his feet quickly, raising both fists into the air. He storms around the ring with a sick grin across his face. He stares into the main camera and puts both his fists up before motioning for the title belt. Bryan Danielson's music hits and he makes his way out to the ramp, undoing the belt from his waist. He hoists it up over his head and begins the 'Yes!' chants with the Omaha crowd while staring down Orton. The Viper leans across the ropes with the same menacing grin, as he will get his title shot at Battleground in just three weeks time! Smackdown comes to an end.

Good opening promo as Randy Orton makes some valid points and the main event sounds fun. Dean Ambrose winning was important to keep him strong. I like the rivalry between him and Barrett. Love the Real American gimmick and Zeb Colter, so happy to see him. Ryback over McIntyre was obvious and I like how he stuck his tongue out at the crowd. Nice touch. A Cody Rhodes/Dolph Ziggler feud is always something I've wanted, so I hope this continues. Rollins seems to have had an impressive run as Intercontinental Champion and Sheamus is for sure a tough contender. Darren Young over Cesaro makes me sad, but I understand it. Roman Reigns over Christian was obvious as it's another pretty big win for Reigns. Awesome main event and glad Orton won. Orton/Bryan is nearly always a great match and should be awesome at Battleground. Good show as usual.

Rollins has been WWE Intercontinental Champion for 213 days straight, that is a little bit over 7 months that he has been WWE Intercontinental Champion and Honky Tonk Man was WWE Intercontinental Champion for 454 days but the actual record for the longest WWE Intercontinental Championship reign was Pedro Morales 619 days and then it was Don Muraco at 541 days with Honky Tonk Man in a close third at 454 days but can Rollins keep up this awesome run he has been on as WWE Intercontinental Champion? I think he could but against Sheamus who is a former World Heavyweight Champion I don't know it will be hard but hey Rollins has proven himself time and time again against all-comers and he mentioned all the greats who wore the title he has now like the late great Macho Man Randy Savage, Ultimate Warrior, Honky Tonk Man, Pat Patterson, Tito Santana, The Rock of all people but he forgot to mention other greats in there like Mr. Perfect, Bret "The Hitman" Hart or even Stone Cold Steve Austin or even Triple H, Rollins he could be better than all of them
Rhodes/Ziggler feud brewing, I like it and I see it all coming to a head at WWE Battleground soon enough
Love that Swagger is now a "Real American" and that he is in his "Real American" gimmick but now that he has Zeb Colter in his corner here is hoping Swagger ends up getting a push, a push right back into the main event
Ryback destroying McIntyre yes was all too obvious and to think at one time McIntyre was proclaimed to be The Chosen One, what a crock, but I wonder who Ryback's tag team partner will end up being? Something tells me that it will be a debuting Curtis Axel also known as Joe Hennig 3rd generation superstar the son of the late great WWE Hall of Famer Mr. Perfect Curt Hennig grandson of NWA-AWA legend Larry the Ax Hennig
I wonder if we are headed for a Kings of Wrestling break-up because you have teased at it so I wonder if one of these days either Cesaro will turn on Ohno or if Ohno will turn on Cesaro or if both of them will just call it quits and go their separate ways because it is like they have been on a major downhill turn especially with Cesaro losing to Darren Young
As for Ambrose and Barrett with these 2 I see them going at it again at WWE Battleground with the WWE United States Championship being on the line again but this time it will be No DQ, No Countout or to determine who the better man really is why not have a 2 Out of 3 Falls?
Roman Reigns wins yet another match this time beating Christian, it is like Reigns has been on a major roll ever since Extreme Rules after getting the biggest win of his career by beating Cena but can he do it again at Battleground this time in Last Man Standing?
So glad that Orton won to become the new #1 Contender for the World Heavyweight Championship and now that it will be Danielson/Orton at WWE Battleground their match will end up becoming a classic that's for sure
As for Jeff Hardy I see him taking on Bray Wyatt at Battleground

May 27, 2013 from the Scotiabank Saddledome in Calgary, Alberta, Canada
The Monday Night Raw intro video airs and the cameras swing into the Scotiabank Saddledome in Calgary, Alberta, Canada as Michael Cole, Jerry Lawler and John Bradshaw Layfield welcome everybody to the show. Tonight, not only will we hear from Batista further on his return, but he will be teaming up with John Cena in the main event to go up against CM Punk and Roman Reigns! Also tonight, new World Heavyweight Championship number one contender Randy Orton will be in action.
The WWE Universe is scanned over and the theme music of Batista hits, the fans exploding. 'The Animal' emerges from the back with a smile across his face and he gets the crowd fired up, going through his signature entrance. He makes his way down the ramp and gets into the ring, taking a microphone from ringside. "Oh, man, I can't tell you how good it feels to be back here in this ring!" The crowd pops yet again as he laughs, "Last week I came down to this ring and I told that loud mouth CM Punk that I was gonna win the number one contenders battle royal and that I was gonna go to Battleground, kick his ass and take what I came back for: the WWE Championship. So when we get to his home town of Chicago it won't matter if he is getting cheered or not, all I know is that everywhere else the WWE Universe is gonna be cheering with Punk laid out on the mat seeing stars as I stand over him with that title raised over my head... and if you don't like it Punk, too bad. Deal with it!" He drops the microphone down and puts both fists in the air, preparing to exit the ring only for Punk's music to hit. The WWE Champion comes out to a loud mixed reaction and he makes his way down to the ring, circling it a few times before getting in. He marches to each corner and hoists the belt up high while looking over his shoulder at Batista. Punk finally stops himself, microphone in hand. Batista scoops his back up and the two stare down, Punk raising both eyebrows up.
"Congratulations, Dave, you managed to win that battle royal last week like you said you would. You beat nineteen other men... very impressive." He gives a sarcastic clap, "But those nineteen guys you beat last week aren't the best in the world. You know who the best in the world is? The guy you're staring at through those stupid sunglasses. The guy you think you actually have a chance to beat at Battleground! But guess what, Dave? You don't have any chance to beat me because just like Jeff Hardy, you've come back after being gone for far too long and you won't be able to keep up with me." He gives a cocky smile, to which Batista returns. He reminds Punk of how he won at Extreme Rules with a little help from the lights going out and 'some weird crap' happening that he had nothing to do with. "As you know later on, we're in a tag match against each other and I'm gonna warn you right now... if I get the opportunity to put my hands on you and snap you in half... I won't hesitate to do so. Y'know, last week you asked why guys like me and Jeff are coming back and getting title shots against you. Not only is it 'best for business', it is in our best interest to come back and try and shut you the hell up, take that belt away and make the WWE a much better place... I'll see you later, Punk." He drops his microphone and heads towards the ropes, staring Punk down. As he goes to get out of the ring, Punk attacks him from behind - pounding across the back! He drops Batista onto the outside and hits off the opposite side of the ring, charging right back with a suicide dive. He gets onto his feet and puts both hands in the air, shouting to everyone that he is the best in the world. As Punk drags Batista up, however, he is lifted right up and slammed back first into the steel post! Dave prepares for the spear but Punk manages to throw himself over the barricade. He backs through the crowd as Batista leans down in frustration, staring across the arena at Punk as he will get the chance to get his hands on him again later on tonight.
Returning, a replay airs from last week on Smackdown with Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins bragging about holding the belt since last October and that nobody would ever take it away from him. Sheamus would interrupt and come down to the ring, saying that he could be the one to take it away. Sheamus would drop Rollins to the mat and prepare for the Brogue Kick, only for Seth to escape from the ring and hurry away from The Celtic Warrior.
Sheamus defeats Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins via pinfall in a non-title match The bell sounds and the two lock up, Sheamus overpowering Rollins early on by jamming him into the corner and tossing him to the mat repeatedly. Rollins gives a thumb to the eye and drops Sheamus with a huge clothesline from behind. He swings some momentum in his favor but Sheamus blasts him with a huge clothesline that flips Seth right upside down! The Celtic Warrior gets a surge going and gets a couple of near falls, setting up for the Brogue Kick only to be rolled up for a two count. Rollins hits a huge superkick and gets another two count. The Intercontinental Champion gets frustrated and starts to argue with the official, giving Sheamus enough time to compose himself and hit the Brogue Kick! He hooks both legs up for the pinfall.
The crowd pops as The Celtic Warrior rises onto his feet, taking the Intercontinental Championship belt away from the referee. He raises it up over his head and grows a huge smile, dropping the title right down on Rollins' chest. He heads out of the ring as Seth rolls onto his side, clutching his head in frustration as Sheamus has put himself into title contention with the win.
Returning, WWE Tag Team Champions The Usos are backstage talking with each other as Ryback heads up, tilting his head in cocky fashion. "You boys think last week was a good win? Nuh-uh. Perhaps you saw what I did to Drew McIntyre last week on Smackdown... don't worry, I won't have to do that again. Because tonight, I got me a better partner. A partner that is a former champion, just like the Big Guy!" He laughs and heads off, The Uso brothers just shrugging their shoulders at the conversation.
Cody Rhodes and The Prime Time Players with Goldust defeat Dolph Ziggler and The Kings of Wrestling via pinfall The match starts off between Rhodes and Cesaro, the two going to the mat early on. They go back and forth with submission holds and Cesaro starts to get aggressive, sending Cody down with a vicious uppercut out of nowhere as they both get up. Cesaro starts to make frequent tags with Ohno, only for Kassius to get hit with a huge Disaster Kick. A hot tag is made on both sides to Young and Ziggler, with the prior getting the upper hand early on. He ends up sending Ziggler over the ropes and both teams break into an all out brawl, leading to a commercial break mid-match. Upon the return, chaos still ensues with frequent tags and fast paced action. Things finally come to a halt as Cesaro drops O'Neill to the mat and gives him the Cesaro Swing. Rhodes comes charging in, the legal man, and sends Cesaro down with the Disaster Kick. Ohno comes into the ring and starts to fire off at Rhodes, ducking underneath a charge by the PTP. He goes for a huge clothesline to the two of them, but they duck and Ohno hits his own tag partner! Kassius is tossed to the outside on top of Ziggler as Cody hits Cross Rhodes on Cesaro and gets the pinfall.
Rhodes rises onto his feet and the Prime Time Players hop right up with him, the trio high fiving each other and celebrating. Goldust comes into the ring and joins the group. As they come to the middle of the ring, Ziggler comes rushing into the ring and flies right at them - only to be dropped to the mat with a huge punch from Goldust! The group gangs up on him and tosses him out of the ring as Cesaro slowly rolls out, staring at his Kings of Wrestling team mate in disappointment. The four continue their celebration in the ring.
Returning, Matt Striker stands backstage and introduces his guest at this time to be Jeff Hardy. He thanks him for his time and proceeds to ask what his thoughts are on The Wyatt Family and why he thinks they are targeting him. "I dunno, Matt." Jeff shrugs his shoulders, "I couldn't tell you why they are targeting me and quite frankly I don't give much of a damn. I came back here to the WWE to become the WWE Champion... now I have another reason. To kick the asses of each and every member of The Wyatt Family! I don't understand what their problem is with me, but I don't care one bit. I'm coming for you Bray Wyatt! I'm coming for you Luke Harper! Erick Rowan! Big Show! All of you! And if y'all want a fight, I'll be out there waitin' later tonight." He heads off, a message sent and a challenge made.
The cameras transition into Stephanie McMahon's office and she is talking things over with Triple H in regards to the main event later on tonight. Batista walks in and gets a solid pop from the crowd, thanking them for the opportunity tonight to get his hands on Punk, warning them that he might destroy him and force them to vacate the title. Hunter laughs, "We'll see about that, Dave. But what I want you to understand is that I gave you this opportunity and I need you to do me a favor by not completely destroying Punk... I want that match to go down at Battleground because it is best for business." The crowd boos in the background as Dave snickers, patting Triple H on the shoulder, telling him that is funny. Hunter stares him down with a serious look and Batista puts his hands back, "Seriously, Hunter? Come on, man. You know how things work for me... whenever somebody crosses my path that I have a problem with and I get the chance to lay them out, I'm gonna do it. You may think it is 'best for business' to have that match at Battleground and it probably is. But if I happen to snap CM Punk right in half tonight... you're just gonna have to deal with it." He puts his sunglasses back on, stares the COO down and heads out of the room.
WWE Tag Team Champions The Usos defeat Ryback and Damien Sandow via pinfall in a non-title match The bell tolls as Ryback starts things off with Jimmy. He dominates early on until Jimmy ducks the Meat Hook Clothesline and nails a huge bulldog. The tag team champions start to make some frequent tags and rock Ryback. They get a couple of near falls, the 'Big Guy' eventually getting up to smash both men with back body drops. He gets fired up and makes the tag to Sandow, telling him to get some work in. Sandow comes in and gets a little bit of momentum going, only for Jimmy to drop him with a huge flapjack. The Usos make some quick tags back and forth and Jey ends up dropping Sandow with a huge superkick, allowing Jimmy to hit the Big Splash and hook both legs up for the pinfall.
The Usos hop right up into the middle of the ring and hug each other, the referee retrieving the tag title belts. He hands them off as The Usos celebrate along with the crowd before exiting the ring, Ryback stepping into the ring over Sandow slowly. He breaths heavily and lets Sandow get up, slapping him across the face! Damien rubs his chin and goes to swing a punch, only for Ryback to catch his arm and whip him across the ring - blasting him with the Meat Hook Clothesline! Ryback hops right back up and forces Sandow up once again, stalling him in the air before nailing Shell Shocked right in the middle of the squared circle. Ryback rises up and smacks himself in the head a few times before yelling out to the crowd, having not found the right partner to dethrone The Usos for the second week in a row.
The cameras pan backstage to Matt Striker and he introduces his guests at this time to be Jack Swagger and Zeb Colter. He thanks them for their time and asks about their presence and targeting of Rey Mysterio last week on Smackdown. He refers to the television behind them as a replay airs of Colter appearing for the first time, talking about Mysterio getting a match against the World Heavyweight Champion - Bryan Danielson - while a 'Real American' in Jack Swagger gets nothing. Colter twirls his facial hair, "Why do we target Rey Mysterio? Because Rey Mysterio is not a Real American... he isn't one of the best, just like all of these idiotic Canadians!" He gets some heavy heat from the crowd inside of the arena, "It's Real Americans like Jack Swagger that deserve opportunities, not scums like the problems we have coming from the North and South of us. As a Vietnam Veteran, I've seen what America is all about and everybody seems to forget that. But myself and Jack Swagger are here to fix the problem, because it is a mess. And it is a mess because of the likes of Rey Mysterio as well as Canadians everywhere!" He glares into he camera and once again gets some heat, placing his hand over his heart along with Swagger and shouting 'We! The People!' before leaving.
Returning, the theme song of Bryan Danielson hits and the WWE Universe explodes. The World Heavyweight Champion makes his way out from the back and leads on the very loud 'Yes!' chants as he hops his way down the ramp and to ringside. He takes a headset and joins Cole, JBL and Lawler on commentary for the upcoming match.
Big E Langston defeats Randy Orton via pinfall The bell rings and Orton controls things very early on, only for Langston use his strength to get some momentum going. He slams Orton around and gets a couple of near falls before attempting a military press, Orton managing to slip down and hit him with a huge dropkick. The Viper takes control of the match and keeps staring down Danielson at the announce table. He throws Langston to the outside and slams him shoulder first into the announce desk, leaning right over at Bryan. He takes Langston back up towards the ring and hits him with the rope hung DDT, preparing for the RKO right after. As he rises, however, Danielson hops up onto the announce table and begins a loud 'Yes!' chant with the Calgary crowd. Orton pushes Langston down to the middle of the ring and leans over the ropes, ordering Bryan to sit down. Frustrated, Randy turns right around to a huge splash into the corner from Big E! Langston proceeds to pull his straps down and drop Orton with the Big Ending! He hooks both legs up and gets the surprising three count!
The crowd pops as Langston rises up onto his feet, pounding on his chest and roaring to the crowd in celebration of his huge victory. He gives a point to Bryan and turns it to a thumbs up before exiting the ring, Danielson coming in to stand over Orton. The World Heavyweight Champion laughs and raises the title belt up high, leading the chants once again. He marches all around the ring as Orton slowly rolls underneath the ropes and up against the barricade in anger over his new rival costing him a match here tonight.
Returning, Jeff Hardy's music hits and he makes his way out to a big ovation from the crowd. He makes his way down to the ring after not giving his usual energetic entrance. He takes a microphone and circles around the ring, clearly as frustrated as he was earlier. "Alright, y'all already know why I'm out here... I want The Wyatts! I want Big Show, I want Luke Harper, I want Erick Rowan and I definitely want Bray Wyatt! All of you! So let's go!" He marches around the ring and the signature of The Wyatt Family finally hits, the lights going out in the arena. The foursome appears on the titantron illuminated by the lantern Wyatt holds. He chuckles loudly, "He loves me... he loves me not... he loves me... he loves me not... he loves me... Oh, he loves me not! Jeff Hardy! You are the perfect example of flaw!" He continues to laugh, moving around slightly. "You call yourself... a Charismatic Enigma! You are no enigma of mine! I have solved you! You are no riddle, no game, no puzzle... no match... for us." Another loud chuckle comes from Wyatt as he calls Hardy out on leading these people to believe he is a mystery and unique, when he is just like all of them. "You're just another soul, another victim... of society! You're a liar... you're a special liar, however, Jeff Hardy! You're a liar that has influence for God knows what reasons! Liar, liar... world is on fire... now, you call for a battle. You call for a war!" He proceeds to tell Hardy that he is going to give him a gift, a gift of a battle to put him out of his misery. He calls upon Luke Harper, whom leans into the lighting with his head turned and eyes bulged. Wyatt laughs and gives the warning, "We're here."
Wyatt blows out the lantern and the theme music of the group hits as they emerge from the back slowly under the small light. They march down the ramp very slowly and eventually reach the bottom, Wyatt taking a seat in his rocking chair. He gives a long glare into the ring before blowing the light out once again, it slowly coming back on with Harper standing on the ring apron. He stares Hardy down and goes to enter the ring, only for Jeff to run forward and throw fists across the back before he can get completely in. Jeff takes the hair and runs to the corner, slamming Luke face first off the post! Show and Rowan begin to march towards the ring, only for Bray to call them back. He gives a loud laugh at Hardy as Harper staggers back up, the referee holding Hardy back as this match looks to get under way next.
Jeff Hardy defeats Luke Harper with Bray Wyatt, Erick Rowan and Big Show via pinfall The bell sounds and Hardy rushes forward, only for Harper to drop him with a huge clothesline. The latter dominates early with his power, dropping Hardy all around the ring. He sends him shoulder first into the steel post and starts to work the arm. Jeff puts up a fight, however, and sends Harper down with multiple heavy slams of his own body. He gets a couple of near falls before going for Whisper in the Wind, only for Harper to catch him on his shoulder and slam him face first into the turnbuckle. Harper continues to work the shoulder and hits a vicious powerbomb into the corner, leading to another two count. He keeps working away at Hardy but gets blasted with a huge kick to the gut. Hardy begins to go off with shot after shot and ends up nailing Whisper in the Wind, followed up by the Twist of Fate. He climbs to the top rope and taunts to the rest of The Wyatt Family before hitting the Swanton Bomb! He hooks the far leg up for the pinfall.
Hardy rises back up and pumps both fists into the air above his head, turning to see Erick Rowan. He comes rushing at Jeff but he ducks underneath the arm and hits Whisper in the Wind! He pops back up and runs to the ropes after Wyatt, only to get blasted with the Knockout Punch from Big Show! The crowd boos as Wyatt laughs, walking right up to Hardy as he leans between the ropes. He drags him to the floor on the outside and hooks a hold of the head, kissing the top of it. He delivers Sister Abigail right on the hard floor! The crowd continues to boo as Wyatt gets onto both knees above Hardy with his arms spread, laughing as the other three slowly emerge behind him. "Follow! The Buzzards!" The signature of the Wyatt's hit.
Returning, ballroom music plays as Fandango emerges from the back with his dance partner Summer Rae. He makes his way down to the ring and dances his way right into it, taking a microphone from ringside. "Tonight... the debut!" He breaths heavily and sways his hips, "The debut of Faaaaahhnn..." He takes a deep breath and tells the crowd to say his name along with him. "Faaahhhnnnnnn... Daaahhhhnnnnnn..." He shakes his head, wagging his finger. He tells the crowd 'no' over and over again and gets frustrated, pulling back on his hair. "Failure! Failure! Poor execution! Not acceptable! I will not debut to the ignorance and disrespect!" He throws the microphone down and starts to head toward the ropes, only to be stopped by Jerry Lawler standing up at the announce table, saying he thinks he can help. Fandango raises his eyebrow as the Hall of Famer laughs, "We all know your name! Fan... Dingo! Yeah!" He throws his arms up as the crowd gives a small reaction, Fandango shaking his head in anger. He storms out of the ring and makes his way up the ramp, Summer Rae in tow. Lawler laughs as he sits back down.
A promo video airs for WWE's Be A Star program featuring the likes of John Cena, Bryan Danielson, Kaitlyn and Sheamus.
Kaitlyn with Layla defeats Diva's Champion AJ Lee via disqualification in a non-title match The bell rings and Kaitlyn drops AJ multiple times and gets multiple two counts on pin attempts. AJ slips out of the ring on a powerslam attempt and she takes her title belt. Kaitlyn comes after her only to get blasted right in the face with the title! The referee calls for the bell immediately.
AJ quickly rushes around the ring and makes her way up the ramp as Layla hurries over to her friend, checking down on her as she lays unconscious. The referee calls for help as AJ just laughs sadistically as she has knocked her rival, Kaitlyn, right out cold.
Returning, the theme song of Wade Barrett hits and he makes his way out to a solid reception from the crowd. He takes a microphone and smiles, "Alright! It feels real good to be here in Calgary and it feels like a good night to beat the crap outta somebody!" He snickers as he gets a pop, "So let me get straight to it! Dean Ambrose, get yourself out here and put 'em up because I want my fair and square United States Championship match against you." He steps around and waits, Ambrose's music eventually hitting. The champion makes his way down to the ring slowly and gets right in, laughing in Barrett's face. He asks Barrett if he is serious. "I've faced you enough and I don't have to face you again, Wade... hell, I shouldn't have to face you any time, any where and especially not tonight in Calgary, Alberta, Canada! I'm the United States Champion, not the Canadian or British champion. So why don't you just shut up and get out of this ring and just forget about it?" He raises his eyebrows and smiles, Barrett wagging his finger. He tells Ambrose he didn't like being disrespected in his country a little over a month ago, so he knows how these people feel. He also knows how one certain person feels. Barrett grows a huge smile as Dean looks at him in confusion, the very recognizable theme music of Bret Hart hitting!
The Canadian crowd explodes for their WWE Hall of Fame countryman as he makes his way out from the back with his arms spread out. He works the crowd up for a couple of minutes as he gets down to the ring, shaking hands with Barrett. The two talk things over and Ambrose asks Hart why the hell he is here, adding to the 'waste of space' in the ring. The crowd continues to go against the U.S. Champion as Hart takes the microphone away from Wade, "The only waste of space in this ring... is you, Dean! And if you want to disrespect my home of Calgary, I feel like it is in my best interest to stand up for it!" He tosses the microphone down as Ambrose gets in his face, Barrett hitting a huge kick from the side! He proceeds to drop Ambrose with the Wasteland and Hart immediately follows up by putting him in the Sharpshooter! The crowd goes wild as Dean struggles in the hold, eventually tapping out with Barrett leaning over him. Hart lets go of the hold and lets Ambrose roll out of the ring, Barrett raising the arm up of the Hall of Famer! The crowd breaks into "Hitman" chants as Ambrose lays up against the barricade in anger.
The cameras pan backstage to show Paul Heyman and Roman Reigns as it will be the big tag team main event coming up next.
WWE Champion CM Punk and Roman Reigns with Paul Heyman defeat Batista and John Cena via pinfall The match kicks off with Punk and Cena, the two going back and forth early on with surges of momentum each and near falls all over the place. Cena ducks underneath a huge kick and starts to take total control of the match. A tag is made to Batista and he comes in and takes charge, dominating Punk. Batista and Cena make frequent tags with each other until a hot tag is made to Reigns, and he comes in and seems to be ready to take over but Cena sends him right over the ropes with a clothesline. A commercial break comes in and upon the return, Reigns is in control of the match with Cena. He dominates him in the corner with his power and brings him to the mat until John avoids the spear, allowing Reigns to hit the steel post. He makes a diving tag to Batista and he comes rushing in, dropping Reigns multiple times. As he gets momentum going once again, Cena makes the blind tag and comes storming in with him. The duo completely take over until Paul Heyman gets on the apron, Cena storming over and taking him by the back of the head. Batista rushes to Punk as he tries to get in and goes over the top rope with him. Cena turns right around to an absolutely vicious spear from Reigns! Roman hooks both legs up and gets the three count.
The Canadian WWE Universe boos at the result as Reigns rises back up, spreading his arms out and giving a roar. Batista comes into the ring and prepares for the spear, only for Reigns to move out of the way. Batista spins right around and goes to charge forward only for CM Punk to come diving in and blast him with the WWE Championship to the face! The crowd continues to boo as Punk slowly rises back onto his feet, standing over Batista as Reigns stands over Cena. Monday Night Raw comes to an end.

- Reigns beats Cena yet again this time in tag team action with Reigns teaming up with another Paul Heyman Guy in CM Punk as they beat Batista and John Cena in the main event, this just goes to show us that Reigns he simply just has Cena's number that he is that much better than Cena and as for Reigns/Batista I can honestly see that match happening one on one at some point in the future but Reigns beating Cena over and over again gives Reigns an elevated push like Reigns is already a main eventer now especially by associating himself with Paul Heyman and not to mention Punk has momentum now heading into Battleground when he has to defend his WWE Championship against Batista
- That whole Barrett/Ambrose/Bret Hart segment really elevates their feud it actually makes it mean something more especially with Bret interacting with these 2 and it ending in Ambrose being laid out by Barrett with the Wasteland and then Bret locking in the Sharpshooter on Ambrose, what a seal of approval for Barrett especially from Bret Hart of all people
- AJ & Kaitlyn's rivalry seems far from over especially after AJ got herself DQed against Kaitlyn, yes I say this rivalry continues and I see them going at it again at Battleground for the WWE Divas Championship
- Fandango's debut I see his debut coming at Battleground with Fandango's first major feud being with someone but as for who? Now that remains to be seen
- Jeff Hardy calling out all 4 members of the Wyatt Family calling out Wyatt, Harper, Rowan and Big Show that takes some guts on his part especially to do that and then Hardy beating Harper in singles action only to get the holy hell beat out of him after the match by all 4 members of the Wyatts, yes I see Jeff Hardy having to either run the gauntlet against Harper, Rowan and Big Show before getting his hands on Bray Wyatt which I see Jeff Hardy taking on Bray Wyatt at Battleground
- Big E. beating Randy Orton, now this I have to consider a major upset because Orton being the veteran he is being a former World Heavyweight Champion being a former WWE Champion this kind of win can elevate Big E. and not to mention he had a huge assist from the World Heavyweight Champion Danielson in order to get the job done but I can see Orton returning the favor on Smackdown by beating the holy hell out of Danielson
- It seems Jack Swagger's first major feud now that he has Zeb Colter with him will be with Rey Mysterio which is a feud I can actually get behind and I see the 2 of them also going at it at Battleground
- WWE Tag Team Champions The Usos beating Ryback yet again and then beating his tag team partner who turns out to be Damien Sandow, yes Ryback should just give up on this search for a tag team partner and focus his sights on singles gold but Ryback destroying Sandow for failure it makes me wonder if Ryback will just go on a full on rampage just destroying whoever whenever he wants
- Batista interacting with both Stephanie and Triple H, I can see Batista feuding with Triple H at some point in the future and you can base it off of the fact that Triple H has never been able to beat Batista one on one not once but as for Batista he seems dead set on becoming WWE Champion and I can see him doing it sooner or later but as for Batista I can see him turning heel too with him becoming Heeltista again but Batista is what's best for business as the new face of the WWE and I will tell you why? Batista is not only a mega star a former World Heavyweight and WWE Champion but the man is a bonafide Hollywood movie star now especially in your diary because he was in The Man with the Iron Fists and now Riddick and then he is going to have Guardians of the Galaxy Marvel Comics blockbuster movie coming out soon so Batista now that he is back in WWE ratings are probably as good as they have ever been

Last time I replied to this I think when I had finished you had just posted Extreme Rules, which I have now read so I will just reply to what I can remember or just generally on how things are going...
First Jeff Hardy returned and now Batista and both have gone straight after the WWE title and CM Punk - Don't feel to excited about Batista's return maybe because its too similar to Hardy's return and in turn makes Batista just look like another obstacle to over come.
Reigns over Cena was the right call
Bryan is still World Champ and now heading into a rivalry with Orton while Ziggler is facing off with Rhodes, they've switched. Maybe I am wrong but I also feel like you maybe setting Rhodes up for a heel turn.
Rollins and Sheamus would produce great matches I think but you seem to have fallen into a pattern with Rollins he loses the Non-title match just to win the title match later on first RVD, then Morrison and now Sheamus nothing wrong with that if you only do it once and then wait a while to do it again.
Overall you have alot of things going you are currently stuck in a after Mania lull if that's a fair comment. What is obvious also is that you book exactly like the WWE in that when your on no one does it better but when your not it's just kind of there. Things are heating up and the slow build for this HHH/Stephanie explosion is still on going.

May 30, 2013 from the Rexall Place in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
The opening video for Smackdown airs and the cameras pan inside of the Rexall Place in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada! Michael Cole and John Bradshaw Layfield welcome everybody to the show. Cole mentions how tonight, we will be hearing from Randy Orton in response to what happened this past Monday on Raw. Batista will be making his first appearance on Smackdown in a few years. Also, the Intercontinental and United States Champions Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose will team up against their respective rivals, Sheamus and Wade Barrett!
The crowd is looked over and the theme music of Randy Orton hits, The Viper emerging from the back with a scowl across his face. He storms down to the ring and takes a microphone, rubbing his hand across his head multiple times in frustration. "This past Monday on Raw, I was screwed! I was screwed by that... stupid troll! That stupid troll that poses as the World Heavyweight Champion - Bryan Danielson!" The WWE Universe pops for the name of one of the favorites, Orton barking at them all to shut up as they begin to break out into a 'No!' chant each time he tells them to. "This past Monday he screwed me over in a match against a nobody! A nobody! I mean, who in the hell is Big E Langston anyway!? Huh!? Exactly! A nobody! I could beat him any day of the week and the only reason that I got pinned is because Bryan decided to distract me like a scumbag! Hell, I don't want to wait for my World Heavyweight Championship match anymore! I want it right here tonight! I want Bryan right here, right now, for the World Heavyweight Championship!" He continues going on about how he has been disrespected for too damn long and he wants to get the belt back as soon as possible and right now is a pretty good time for him. After some more complaining, Stephanie McMahon's music hits. The Commissioner makes her way out to the top of the stage with a smile across her face, getting a solid reception from the WWE Universe before she pulls her own microphone up.
"Randy, I appreciate your integrity and I understand your frustration. However, I do not find it in the best interest of the WWE to give you your title match here tonight. You're fortunate enough to have that opportunity at Battleground..." A mixed reaction comes from the crowd as Stephanie continues on, "Luckily enough, I do have another idea. Tonight, here on Smackdown, you can have yourself a match. A match against the man who did defeat you on Monday - Big E Langston!" The WWE Universe cheers as Orton laughs like a mad man, asking Steph if she is serious. He keeps on bashing Langston as a nobody and that he shouldn't have to face somebody so much lesser than him. Stephanie smiles back at him, "If he is so much lesser than you, Randy, then why was he the one to defeat you on Raw? Regardless of the fashion he did defeat you, he did defeat you... and tonight, he will get another opportunity to. Good luck." She heads off to the back, Orton livid in the ring. He storms all around and kicks the ropes, seething over the decision the Commissioner has made.
The cameras cut backstage to show Goldust and Cody Rhodes, as the former will be in action against Dolph Ziggler - next.
Goldust with Cody Rhodes defeats Dolph Ziggler via pinfall
The bell sounds and Ziggler ducks underneath a clothesline, slamming Goldust face first into the corner. He completely dominates in the early goings, sending Goldust down multiple times with constant pinfall attempts. Ziggler gets frustrated after a sixth kick out and he starts to yell at the ref. He turns back to Goldust and gets blasted with a huge uppercut. The veteran runs right through Ziggler, sending him to the mat over and over again. He goes for Shattered Dreams but Ziggler moves out of the way and leaps onto the top rope, jumping back with a DDT! He hooks both legs up but gets another two count. Dolph takes control yet again and begins to slap Goldust around. He turns to Rhodes on the outside and swipes at him, Cody hopping onto the apron. Ziggler runs at him only for Cody to drop down, Goldust taking advantage to spin 'The Show Off' around and hit the Final Cut! He hooks up both legs up for the three count.
Rhodes hops right into the ring and helps his brother up, the two laughing with each other. They raise each other's arms up and stand over Ziggler, exiting the ring together. They start to head up the ramp as Dolph gets up on both knees, leaning through the ropes with a look of disbelief across his face. He pulls at his hair and starts to get angry with himself, slapping the mat. Rhodes and Goldust just continue to make their way towards the back, each with smiles across their faces.
Ryback defeats Damien Sandow via pinfall The bell sounds and Sandow rushes up, firing away at Ryback. He actually gets him into the corner but 'The Big Guy' hits a huge spinebuster. He overpowers Sandow for a couple of minutes and sets up for the Meat Hook Clothesline, Sandow managing to duck away and hit a huge dropkick. He gains some momentum and goes for his signature elbow, only for Ryback to move out of the way. He gets up and hits a couple of huge slams before hitting the Meat Hook Clothesline. He finishes it off with Shell Shocked and hooks both legs up for the pinfall.
The crowd boos as Ryback rises onto his feet, marching around the ring while breathing heavily. He pulls down the straps on his singlet and brings Sandow up, throwing him into the corner. He pounds him with shoulders to the stomach over and over again. The referee tries to stop him but Ryback doesn't listen, pulling Sandow out and hitting another Meat Hook Clothesline! He follows it up with a second Shell Shocked. He stands over Sandow with a satisfied grin and pumps both fists in the air over the lifeless body of yet another failed tag team partner.
The cameras cut backstage to Matt Striker and he introduces his guest at this time to be Wade Barrett. He thanks him for his time and asks about his experience this past Monday taking out Dean Ambrose alongside WWE legend, Bret 'The Hitman' Hart. "My experience? It was great, Matt. Any time I get a chance to beat the crap outta a punk like Dean Ambrose it is a great experience." He snickers and Sheamus walks up beside him, shaking his hand. "Ay, fella, I'm with ya. Getting a chance to beat up a guy like Seth Rollins feels just as good as beating up a guy like Dean Ambrose. So tonight, lets kick their arses, shall we?" Barrett agrees and the two head off, prepared for tag team action coming up next.
Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins and United States Champion Dean Ambrose defeat Sheamus and Wade Barrett via pinfall The bell goes off as Barrett starts off with Rollins. The two go back and forth early until Barrett hits a huge sidewalk slam, leading to his momentum surge. He drops Rollins over and over again and makes a tag to Sheamus, allowing the Celtic Warrior to come in and do some damage. Rollins hits a huge superkick, however, and makes the tag to Ambrose. He and Rollins make some frequent tags and work Sheamus a bit until the Great White gets fired up, swinging things his way. He goes for the Brogue Kick and misses on Ambrose, spinning around to hit a huge powerslam. A tag is made to Barrett and he comes in, working his rival a bit. As Rollins distracts him on the apron, however, it allows Ambrose to roll Barrett up with the tights for the three count.
Ambrose pops out of the ring and scrambles through the ropes, rushing up the ramp quickly. Rollins soon joins him as Sheamus comes charging into the ring in frustration. He points over the ropes as the Intercontinental and United States Champion duo back up the ramp, successful over their respective rivals tonight.
Returning, the theme music of Batista hits. The Canadian crowd pops as he makes his way out from the back with a smile across his face. He comes into the ring after making his signature entrance and takes a microphone from ringside, allowing the crowd to chant his name a bit. "Before I get started, let me just take a moment to appreciate being back here on Smackdown." He smiles and nods as the WWE Universe continues to cheer him on. "I came back a little over a week ago on Monday Night Raw for one reason and one reason only... and that was to become the WWE Champion once again. Now, I had to enter myself into a battle royal and beat nineteen other men but I did just that! I told CM Punk to his face that I would do it and I lived up to that word... I also told CM Punk that I would beat him at Battleground and I am telling you all right here and right now that I am going to live up to that word too!" He gets another big reception from the crowd and talks about how he came into the WWE under the wing of Triple H before breaking out into his own. "Now I was blessed with another opportunity by Triple H... and I know CM Punk was his hand picked future and face of this company at WrestleMania... but Hunter, I'm gonna make sure I'm the face and the future of the WWE by beating CM Punk's brains in at Battleground! And if you aren't down with that, brother, I've got three words for ya: Deal with it!" He throws the microphone down and raises his fists up to the crowd, being cheered on once again. He exits the ring and makes his way up the ramp, a message sent to both Triple H and CM Punk.
The cameras pan backstage to Matt Striker and he introduces his guests at this time to be Antonio Cesaro and Kassius Ohno, the Kings of Wrestling. He thanks the two for their time and asks what they think about everybody believing they will be splitting up due to their recent losing streak and disagreements. Ohno shakes his head, "Splitting up? The Kings of Wrestling don't split up... and while we don't hold the WWE Tag Team Championships officially, we are the true tag champions. Plus, we are the best tag team to ever hit this company and I prove it every single night we are out here!" Cesaro raises his eyebrows, questioning Ohno's wording. "You mean we prove it every single night." The two stare down momentarily before Ohno gives re-assurement to Cesaro that he meant 'we' and not 'I'. Ohno turns back to Striker and then to Cesaro once again, telling him it is time to go prove themselves once again tonight.
Returning, a video airs for the WWE Be a Star program featuring the likes of John Cena, Bryan Danielson, Sheamus and Kaitlyn.
The Prime Time Players defeat The Kings of Wrestling via pinfall The bell rings for another match up between PTP-KOW as Cesaro starts off with O'Neill. The two go back and forth showing off their power and Cesaro finally hits a huge uppercut after sending Titus in the air. The Kings of Wrestling start to make frequent tags with each other and take total control of the match. As Kassius refuses to tag in Antonio, however, O'Neill makes the tag to Young. The KOW get into an argument with each other and it allows Young to rush up behind Ohno, hit him with a huge dropkick followed up by the Gut Check! He hooks both legs up for the three count, Cesaro just remaining standing on the apron.
Young hops onto his feet and Titus joins him, the two embracing before beginning up the 'Millions of dollars, billions of dollars' chant while swinging together. They exit the ring and make their way up the ramp and head towards the back as Cesaro remains on the apron, shaking his head. Ohno slowly stirs onto his feet and looks at Cesaro in disappointment, his arms spread out. He starts to question Cesaro but his tag team partner drops down to the floor, hands in the air. He makes his way around the ring and heads up the ramp, Ohno yelling at him in frustration.
Returning, The Wyatt Family's signature hits and they appear on the titantron with Wyatt lighting a lantern. He gives the warning of 'We're Here' before blowing out the lantern. As the group makes their entrance, the commentary team transitions to a graphic for Battleground with the announcement that Bray Wyatt will be going one on one with Jeff Hardy.
Bray Wyatt with Big Show, Luke Harper and Erick Rowan defeat Christian via pinfall The bell sounds and Christian rushes forward, firing away at Wyatt. He sends him down multiple times and gets fired up, only for Wyatt to drop him with an absolutely ferocious clothesline. He tosses Christian into the corner and slams his body into him multiple times before dropping him with a back body drop. After a few minutes of domination and a brief fight put up by Christian, however, Wyatt drops him with another clothesline and a Running Senton. Bray finally hits Sister Abigail and hooks both legs up for the three count.
The crowd gives a very loud mixed reaction as Wyatt leans over Christian's lifeless body. He whispers into his ear before calling for a microphone, the rest of the group joining him in the ring. "Jeff Hardy! You've now got your battle! You've got your battle... at Battleground. Hahaha... in two weeks time, Jeff Hardy, you shall fall! You shall fall and drag all of these people that cheer your name... down with you. Then who will they look to, Jeff? Then who? Follow... the buzzards!" The Wyatt's signature hits as the lights go out in the arena.
Returning, Justin Roberts announces to the crowd Jack Swagger and Zeb Colter. The two stand in the middle of the ring, Colter stepping forward with a microphone. "If you are a real American like Jack Swagger and myself... oh, wait, you're all Canadian! You're all illiterate and disrespectful human beings whom don't understand what it is like to be a real American! A real American is somebody who stands up for their country and knows what is best... that is why Canadian wrestlers don't deserve to be in an American based company like the WWE... Jack Swagger and Zeb Colter are here to make sure of that! Just as we are to make sure of some one south of our borders does not take a spot here in the WWE that does not belong! That man... is Rey Mysterio!" He nods and gets some heat, "You may have noticed that Mr. Mysterio has not been around since last Monday on Raw... that is because Jack Swagger and Zeb Colter did what any real American would do and that is take out the garbage! Mr. Mysterio will not be around for quite some time and anybody that dares step into the way of us real Americans getting our jobs done shall pay the exact same price! Now, if you were a real American I would invite you to rise onto your feet, place your hand over your heart and with a loud, clear voice say with pride and conviction: We! The People!" Swagger shouts along as the two raise their arms up to the crowd as if in victory, getting some strong heat.
The cameras cut to Matt Striker backstage and he introduces his guest at this time to be Big E Langston. He thanks him for his time and asks about Langston getting the opportunity to face Randy Orton once again here tonight and if he believes he can beat him without any help from the World Heavyweight Champion Bryan Danielson. "I may of had a little bit of help this past Monday on Raw against Randy... but it is all his fault for taking his eye off the ball. He stopped paying attention to the matter at hand and the fact of the matter is when you look in the record books for the May 27th episode of Raw, it does say Big E Langston defeated Randy Orton... and I guarantee that after the night is over with you'll be able to look back on the May 30th episode of Smackdown and see that Big E Langston once again defeated Randy Orton." He smiles and heads off, the main event coming up next.
Randy Orton defeats Big E Langston via pinfall The bell rings and Langston drops Orton down repeatedly with clotheslines. He gets fired up and slams Orton into the corner, driving his shoulder into the midsection repeatedly. After hitting a couple of arm tosses and big slams, Langston goes for the pin only to get a two count. He takes his time working Orton again and The Viper strikes, firing away with shot after shot. He sends Langston down a few times himself and gets some near falls of his own. As he gets a big frustrated, however, Langston takes back control of the match and hits the Big Ending! Before he can go for the pin, however, Orton rolls out of the ring and a commercial break follows. Upon the return, Orton is once again in control. After getting lifted for another Big Ending, Orton drops down and hits the RKO! He hooks both legs up but only gets a two count. The Viper continues a beat down and keeps momentum going for a couple of minutes until Langston hits him with a back body drop. He hits a couple of slams into the corner and pulls his straps down following an incredibly hard running splash. He goes for the Big Ending yet again, only for Orton to drop down and dropkick him through the ropes. Langston gets back up on the apron but Orton pulls him through, hitting the rope hung DDT. He sets up for the RKO once again and Langston shoves him away, Orton ducking under a clothesline and pushing the referee off into the corner. He spins right around, hits a low blow with the kick and nails the RKO right in the middle of the ring! He hooks both legs up and the referee counts the three.
Orton laughs at the victory as he gets onto his feet slowly. The referee raises his arm up but Orton pulls away rather quickly, stepping around Langston. He kicks at his head a few times and slaps him across the face. He backs off to the corner, seeming to be in preparation for the punt kick. The crowd starts to cheer very loudly, however, as Bryan Danielson comes running down from the back! He tosses his title belt across the ring from the outside and slides in, ducking a shot from Orton. He starts to fire away with kicks to the legs and mid-section, finally dropping Orton with a huge kick to the back of the head! He backs off across the ring and runs at Orton, nailing him with the high knee! The WWE Universe breaks out into 'Yes!' chants with Bryan as Langston slowly stirs back up, Bryan patting him on the back. Orton slowly stirs up and Langston hits him with the Big Ending! He gets back up and shakes hands with Bryan before sharing in an embrace, the two following up by leading the 'Yes!' chants with the WWE Universe as Orton, although victorious, remains laid out in the middle of the ring as Smackdown comes to an end.

Solid opening promo and another Big E/Orton match should be good. I got confused with Ryan's diary and thought Goldust pinned the World Champion for a minute. Would be a good match though. Ryback winning was fine and I dug his attack after the match. He really needs to come off as a monster. The Shield! Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose make for a good team, obviously so I'm glad they won. They're both currently involved in fun and original feuds and I commend you for that. Decent promo from Batista as he sends a message. Good promo in the back from the Kings of Wrestling. Prime Time Players winning was a surprise, but it makes sense since I see dissension in the ranks of the Kings of Wrestling. Would be an awesome one on one rivalry, I saw some of their good matches in ROH. Bray Wyatt win was clear and I love the idea of Wyatt/Hardy. Jack Swagger promo was good for him, I like seeing a Swagger push. Good main event as Randy Orton evened the score against Big E and the post match stuff with Danielson was fun. Good show and Battleground is shaping up nicely.

| RYAN BRAXTON EXPECTED TO DEBUT SOON | ALBERTO DEL RIO PREPARED FOR RETURN | WWE TO SIGN MIKE BENNETT AND MARIA | The former Ring of Honor standout formerly known as "Unbreakable" Michael Elgin has been impressing during his time on NXT. Now under the moniker of "Unbreakable" Ryan Braxton, the future WWE Superstar is expected to be debuting very soon. Although it may not be until after Money in the Bank or even until after Summerslam, we can expect that Braxton will be hyped up before he arrives this summer. During his time on NXT, Braxton has been portraying a strong face character that has promised to become a top star in the company. He has shown signs of that on NXT, by going undefeated in his first eleven matches before losing to Bo Dallas in a match for the NXT Championship.
According to other reports, it is possible that he will debut under the Michael Elgin name rather than Ryan Braxton, but that will remain to be seen. What can be confirmed, is that "Unbreakable" is coming. | After tearing his Achilles in February, Alberto Del Rio was obviously put on the shelf to have surgery and get fixed back up. Del Rio had the United States Championship vacated in the process and missed out on WrestleMania season, an event where he became the World Heavyweight Champion two years prior. Del Rio is on pace to be back just five months removed from the injury. It was reported when the injury took place that it wasn't a complete tear, which has allowed Alberto to come back before the original slotted timetable of six to eight months.
According to sources, Del Rio is a candidate to come back and participate in one of the Money in the Bank Ladder matches after the upcoming Battleground pay-per-view and it seems very possible. For fans of Del Rio, this is some very good news. Even for those not a fan, it is always nice to see somebody recovery from an injury quicker than expected. | The Ring of Honor stud Mike Bennett has been in the wrestling world for quite a few years now and has been introduced to every independent fan. Now, according to sources, the WWE has reached an agreement with Bennett, along with his real-life fiancee and former WWE Diva, Maria Kanellis. The two will reportedly be assigned to Training Camp before likely spending time on WWE NXT in the near future. Bennett was reportedly quoted as saying on the deal, "I'm excited to get this big opportunity and I plan on going all out with it."
Maria is an interesting component of the deal, as the WWE released her quite a few years back. However, with the engagement to Bennett and the possible star power that he presents to scouts, she was included as part of the deal and will likely be his valet and not do much in the ring. This could change over time, however, with time. |

Loved Orton going off to start off Smackdown because Danielson let's face it he did get involved in Orton's match because if he hadn't Orton would have probably beat Big E. only for Stephanie to come down and make a rematch for Orton to face Big E., yes Orton can finally let his aggression out on Big E. and show him that his win was nothing more than a fluke but also to send a message to Danielson too at the same time which will be even more worth it
Goldust beating Dolph, I wonder if this means Dolph will finally turn babyface after this because he has been a heel for so long and not to mention his heel run here in this diary anyway is starting to get stale so maybe a face run will revitalize Dolph
Ryback destroying Sandow, I love this new side of Ryback, this aggression I love it, just seeing him tear through his opponents essentially destroying them maybe perhaps this could be a sign of the old, unstoppable Ryback coming back and Ryback can go on a huge winning streak now which could lead him right back into the main event
WWE Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins and WWE United States Champion Dean Ambrose teaming up again I love it but seeing them team together reminds me of The Shield in real life and to see them team up to beat their respective opponents Sheamus and Wade Barrett just goes to show us that these 4 will go at it soon enough at Battleground and if it happens then those matches will no doubt be show stealers
Loved Batista's promo and his babyface run is actually better here in this diary than in real life so to see Batista actually get cheered here and not seeing the fans turn on him is actually nice, hope Batista beats Punk at Battleground for the WWE Championship
KOW's promo I definitely liked it but I still think that there is dissension within this tag team and that one of them is bound to turn on the other one
PTP beating KOW yet again just adds to my point that KOW's break-up is inevitable and the seeds have been planted for a while now, so one of these days Cesaro will turn on Ohno and if that is the case then I can see Cesaro turning babyface with Ohno staying heel
Bray Wyatt beating Christian doesn't come as a surprise to me, because he needs all the momentum he can get especially if he is going to be facing Jeff Hardy at Battleground but seeing as how Jeff Hardy has to face Wyatt at Battleground he is going to have to take down the rest of the Wyatt Family one by one if he even thinks about standing a chance against Bray at Battleground
Loved Swagger and Colter's promo here especially in Canada of all places, gives them so much heel heat and not to mention this elevates Swagger even more not only as a heel but as a potential main eventer especially with Colter in his corner and here is hoping Swagger finally has a push here with Swagger either going after the WWE Championship or even the World Heavyweight Championship
Big E.'s promo before his match with Orton, I definitely loved it but I don't think he will be able to beat Orton again
Orton beating Big E. in the main event, we all knew that it was going to happen with Orton getting his win back and now that he has Orton now has the momentum back in his favor as far as his match with Danielson goes at Battleground for the World Heavyweight Championship

Ryan Braxton Michael Elgin should he come in I could see him debuting as a face but as for which show he will be on, either RAW or Smackdown I can see him being on Smackdown but as for his first big feud as for who it should be, remains to be seen at this point
As for Del Rio's return, I see Del Rio returning in July for your Money in the Bank pay per view by being one of the participants either in the RAW Money in the Bank Ladder Match for the WWE Championship briefcase most likely for that one but if Del Rio returns to be one of the participants for the Smackdown Money in the Bank Ladder Match for the World Heavyweight Championship briefcase then Del Rio would be my pick to win either one if he is in either match
As for Mike Bennett and Maria I could see the both of them debuting as heels with Maria making her WWE return as a heel valet with Mike Bennett coming in as a heel debuting as a heel with her being her man's valet, but with Maria she will just add to the WWE Divas division by being another potential challenger for AJ's title but with Mike Bennett you could elevate him towards either the WWE IC or US Title

June 3, 2013 from the XL Center in Hartford, Connecticut
The Monday Night Raw intro video airs and the cameras head into the XL Center from Hartford, Connecticut. Michael Cole, Jerry Lawler and John Bradshaw Layfield welcome everybody to the show! Tonight, John Cena will be speaking in regards to Roman Reigns and has claimed to have a message to somebody else as well. Plus, Jeff Hardy will face Erick Rowan and a huge eight man tag team match will be taking place with four champions in the match at the same time.
The WWE Universe is scanned over and the theme music of John Cena hits. He comes out to the ramp all fired up, receiving a very loud mix of cheers and boos. He tips his cap before charging down to the ring, working the crowd up some more before taking a microphone from ringside. He smiles as the fans go back and forth with 'Cena' and a follow up of 'Sucks'. He shakes his head before speaking, "Love me or hate me, I love all of you. Even the ones that are saying that I suck right now, I appreciate it." He gets another mixed reaction before moving on, "I've come out here tonight just thirteen days away from Battleground... and at that Battleground pay-per-view I will step into this ring and face the man whom did in fact defeat me at Extreme Rules, Roman Reigns. But when we step into the ring at Battleground it won't be a regular match... it won't even be an Extreme Rules match as it was last month... it will be a Last Man Standing match!" He nods and gets a solid reception for the reminder of the match stipulation. "And I can't express how pumped up I am for that match because once I run through Roman Reigns and teach him a lesson or two I plan on stepping right forward and challenging for the WWE Championship once again because I can't stand not having it around my waist. Whether it is Batista or especially if it is CM Punk... and no offense, Dave, I'd love for it to be Punk because if there is anything more than I can't stand without having that title belt around my waist it is CM Punk running around here thinking he is the best in the world! Well, listen up, jack! Everyone knows the only thing you're the best in the world at is running your mouth and spewing a bunch of bullcrap!" He gets another loud reception from the Hartford crowd, mixed as expected, and before he can say anymore the theme music of Triple H hits. Cena stops himself and grows a huge smile across his face, looking up the ramp to see the COO emerge and make his way down to the ring, ignoring the majority boos from the WWE Universe.
Triple H takes a microphone of his own and looks Cena up and down, shaking his head with a chuckle. "Sorry to interrupt you, John, and I wouldn't have if you hadn't managed to mention that part about you challenging for the WWE Championship... look, I get it. I've said it before and I'll say it again - you have a lot of heart and integrity and I respect that. But this is a new generation of the WWE and as your theme song goes, your time is up and... well, my time is now. See, I'm calling the shots around here regardless of whether Stephanie is the Commissioner or not. I'm making the biggest and best decisions and I am doing what is right for business and John, you being the WWE Champion once again after all of these years is not. So let me make it very clear to you before you get ahead of yourself... you will not get another chance at the WWE Championship." Another loud mixed reaction comes from the crowd, Cena snickering as Hunter just stares him down, telling him he shouldn't be laughing and that he is very serious. "I made sure CM Punk walked out with the WWE Championship at WrestleMania because he is what is best for business. Whether we see eye to eye or not, I recognize that. Unlike you, John, he is fresh and he is must see television. Now, I agree you are one of our greatest superstars in the history of this company but that's all it is... history... now, I can still sell your merchandise real well and I can let you compete every single night but you just aren't championship material anymore, John. You're just a brand and you're nothing more. And I bet you want to hit me, but you can't do that." He grows a huge, arrogant smile across his face as John removes his hat, tossing it to the crowd. He goes to take his shirt off but Hunter stops him. "Before you do something you're going to regret, John, I'm going to give you the chance to calm down... because tonight, although the title will not be on the line, you will get yourself a match against CM Punk. Now, get out of my ring before I take that away from you as well." He points off to the stage and Cena stares him down, taking a couple of steps forward. He gets right into Hunter's face and the crowd gets anxious, Cena saying some words before pulling away and exiting the ring.
Returning, a replay airs from what went down to start the show off with John Cena claiming that after he defeated Roman Reigns at Battleground, he would go on to challenge for the WWE Championship - targeting specifically CM Punk. The COO, Triple H, would come down to the ring and tell Cena he would not receive another championship match regardless of what would happen at Battleground, and after some tension between the two - 'The Game' would go on to announce Cena would, however, face CM Punk in a non-title match later on tonight.
Dolph Ziggler defeats Goldust with Cody Rhodes via pinfall The bell tolls for a rematch from last week on Smackdown, Goldust rushing forward only to be dropped with a leaping clothesline. Ziggler dominates in the early goings following the clothesline and he gets fired up, getting a couple of near falls. He trash talks Cody on the outside and works Goldust in the corner until the Bizarre One hits a huge arm drag. Goldust takes control and even hits Shattered Dreams. He prepares for the Final Cut, only for Ziggler to slip free and drop him with the Zig Zag. Dolph hooks both legs up and gets the three count.
The crowd boos as Ziggler rises onto his feet, wiping his hand through his hair in cocky fashion. He backs to the ropes as Cody comes into the ring to check on his brother, Ziggler pulling him up from behind - dropping him with a Zig Zag as well! Dolph pops right back onto his feet and yells at Rhodes, "You think you're better than me, huh!? You think you're better than me!? Take that, Rhodes! Take that!" He smacks him across the face before backing to the ropes, exiting with a cocky smile as the official checks down on the Rhodes Brothers.
Returning, Big E Langston's theme music hits and he makes his way down to the ring. He takes a microphone and nods to the crowd, "After speaking with the Commissioner, Stephanie McMahon, she has granted me time here on Monday Night Raw to issue what I call the Big E Challenge! Any superstar in the back can come down to this ring and face me one on one, each and every single week! So whoever wants to take on the Big E Challenge tonight, bring it!" He drops the microphone and cradles his wrists a bit, cranking his neck some as well. After waiting a short while, Mark Henry's music hits and the WWE Universe gives a gasp. The World's Strongest Man comes out from the back and makes his way to the ring, accepting the Big E Challenge!
Big E Langston defeats Mark Henry via pinfall in the Big E Challenge The bell sounds and the two lock up, Henry overpowering early. Langston gets right back up and they lock up again, this time the challenge host getting the upper hand. Henry nods as he gets back to his feet and the two go back and forth trying to knock each other over, Henry striking first with a clothesline. He gets a couple of close falls off some hard slams and splashes, Langston refusing to stay down for the count. Henry prepares for the Big Splash but Big E rolls out of the way. He gets back up and hits Henry with a couple of clotheslines while coming off the ropes. He hits a huge big boot and Henry falls right down. Langston gets fired up and continues to surge with momentum in his favor. Mark catches him, however, and sets up for the World's Strongest Slam. Langston fights enough though to get free and down onto his feet. He ducks a shot and uses all of his strength to lift Henry up and drop him with the Big Ending! The crowd roars for the spot as Langston hooks the far leg up for the three count.
Langston hops up onto his feet and raises his fist in the air, giving a loud roar to the crowd. He pounds on his chest in victory as the referee appoints him the winner. Henry slowly stirs back onto his feet and he stares Langston down, Big E keeping his chest puffed out. Henry steps forward with his hands on his sides, catching his breath. After a brief staredown, Henry puts his hand out. Langston looks around the arena for confirmation and he accepts the handshake, Henry giving him a small clap as he exits the ring, allowing Langston to continue with his celebration.
Returning, Stephanie McMahon and Triple H are arguing backstage over who is in control inside of Stephanie's office. As the two are bickering, CM Punk storms in asking what the hell Hunter is thinking. He and Stephanie quiet down and Hunter turns his attention to Punk, asking what he wants. "What do I want? What do I want!? I want to know why you've got me facing John Cena here tonight when I should be resting up for Battleground next Sunday. I should have the night off for being such a great champion but what do you do? What do you do? You put John Cena in a match against me!? Right after you said yourself that he didn't deserve a title match? If he doesn't deserve a title shot he doesn't deserve to even be in the ring at the same time as me, Hunter, and you know that is true." They stare down and Stephanie rolls her eyes, saying she is leaving. She storms out of the office and Hunter throws his hands out in frustration, scratching his head as Punk continues to question him. "Look, Punk. I made sure you were the WWE Champion back at WrestleMania and you should appreciate that... and by appreciating that, you should deal with any decision that I make and not make me question the decision that I made. I'm doing what is best for business, what is best for me and what is best for you. Don't you worry about John Cena... just go down to that ring tonight ready for your match." The two stare down, Punk adjusting the belt over his shoulder. He heads out of the office, the COO still visibly upset over the stress he is under tonight.
The cameras transition to Matt Striker and he introduces his guest at this time to be Randy Orton. He thanks Orton for his time and asks about Bryan Danielson costing him his match last week on Raw and attacking him last week on Smackdown, both during and following matches with Big E Langston. The Viper laughs, "Big E Langston is a nobody... yeah, I saw what he did earlier tonight but that is far from as impressive as what I have done during my career, so let us just forget about him. What I care about is Bryan... he wants to keep trying to get into my head? He keeps wanting to attack me and cost me matches? Well, it isn't going to work when we get to Battleground because it will just be me and him and nobody else and all that it will take is one RKO! One kick to the head!" He takes a moment to stare off into the distance, "And it only takes three seconds for me to be declared the winner and the new World Heavyweight Champion... so he can keep playing his games but I'm ready to get down to business." Orton stares at Striker before heading off.
World Heavyweight Champion Bryan Danielson defeats Kofi Kingston via submission in a non-title match The bell goes off and Kingston runs forward, only to be dropped with a huge knee to the face! Kingston rolls out of the ring immediately and Bryan hits the ropes, returning with a suicide dive right into the barricade. He drags Kofi right back into the ring and completely dominates the match for a few minutes before going for the Running Knee, Kingston managing to duck and let the World Champion hit the top turnbuckle. Kingston hits the Trouble in Paradise but only gets a two count on the pin attempt. Kofi mounts Danielson and pounds away at the head until the referee pulls him away. Kingston gets frustrated and storms around the ring. He comes back over to Bryan as he gets up, only to be tripped to the mat and locked in the Yes! Lock. Kingston struggles in the hold for about ten seconds before finally tapping out.
Bryan lets go of the hold and gets onto his feet, the official handing him his title belt. Before he can start his celebration with the crowd, Randy Orton strikes from behind with a club to the back of the head! Orton stomps on the back of Bryan and lifts him up, tossing him shoulder first into the steel post. He clubs across the back and throws Bryan down to the mat by yanking on his hair. He mounts on top of the champion and fires away with punch after punch. Orton finally lets up and scoops up the World Title belt, staring down at it. He looks up as Danielson rises and drops the belt to the mat, dropping Danielson with the RKO right onto the title! The crowd boos in anger as Orton slithers onto his hands and knees, slowly rising to his feet with a sick grin across his face. He slowly raises his index fingers in the air, mocking Bryan by chanting 'Yes!'. The WWE Universe responds with shouts of 'No!' as Orton stands tall over the World Heavyweight Champion.
A promo video airs for WWE's Be A Star program featuring the likes of John Cena, Bryan Danielson, Kaitlyn and Sheamus.
Kaitlyn with Layla defeats Diva's Champion AJ Lee via pinfall to earn a Diva's Championship match at Battleground The match starts off with AJ hopping out of the ring and going after her belt, only for Layla to take it away to avoid her hitting Kaitlyn with it again. Kaitlyn attacks from behind and bashes AJ's face off the announce table, barricade and ring apron before getting her back into the ring. Kaitlyn follows right after her and takes a hold of the hair, dragging AJ up and powering her into the corner. Kaitlyn gets a lot of momentum going but gets blasted with a huge kick to the back of the head! AJ takes control of the match and seems to be on the way to victory until she takes her time to taunt Layla, allowing Kaitlyn enough time to regain her composure and blast AJ with the spear! She hooks both legs up for the three count.
Kaitlyn rises up onto her feet and pumps both fists in the air with a scowl across her face. Layla joins her in the ring and the two stand over AJ, Kaitlyn taking away the Diva's Championship belt from the referee. She raises it up high over her head before dropping it right down next to AJ, still with the scowl across her face.
The cameras pan backstage to Jack Swagger and Zeb Colter as the two will be speaking up next.
Returning, an unfamiliar theme song hits as Jack Swagger and Zeb Colter emerge from the back. The two make their way down to the ring and Colter takes a microphone from ringside, facing the crowd with his free hand tucked inside of his vest. "Fellow Americans, my name is Zeb Colter and this man standing net to me is no ordinary man. This man is a real American! His name is Jack Swagger and we are quite sick and tired of the muck being ran in this country. If you were a real American like Jack Swagger and myself, you'd know that the problem lies within those that are given an opportunity that don't deserve it! The likes of one of your favorites, Rey Mysterio..." A solid pop comes from the crowd for the mention of the name. "Yeah, yeah. Go ahead and cheer some more! But understand that when you cheer for Rey Mysterio you cheer for illegals everywhere that take away opportunities and chances for real Americans such as Jack Swagger! Rey Mysterio was given a match a couple of weeks back against the World Heavyweight Champion while Jack Swagger was told he wouldn't be competing that night. Something that has happened far too often in recent memory! So what Jack Swagger and myself did is take care of the garbage. We took care of Rey Mysterio and he hasn't been around since! Now, I said this last week on Smackdown and I had some people question me. I had some people say, 'Zeb! You took care of Rey Mysterio but where is your proof? What have you done to Rey Mysterio?'" He flashes a slight smile and turns to Swagger, putting his arm out. Jack reaches into his singlet near his chest and pulls out Mysterio's mask. The crowd boos as he raises it up high before dropping it onto the mat, stomping on it. He wiggles his foot around on top as Colter nods in approval. "That's right, folks! Jack Swagger has done the dirty work that you are all afraid to stand up and do! Work that only a real American would do! Now, if you'd like to clear yourself of your sins and start anew, Jack Swagger and myself welcome you to rise up onto your feet, place your hand over your heart and say with a loud, clear voice - WE! THE PEOPLE!" The music hits again as the duo are booed, Colter raising up Swagger's arm.
As Swagger and Colter make their way up the ramp and towards the back, the signature of The Wyatt Family hits. The lights go out in the arena as the group appears on the titantron, Bray lighting a lantern before illuminating his face. He gives a loud laugh and turns to the camera, "Jeff Hardy! Jeff Hardy! Jeff Hardy! Ohhhh, Charismatic Enigma!" He starts to sing, "But I'm a creep! I'm a weirdo! What the hell am I doing here? Hahaha... I don't belong here!" He spreads his arm out and continues to laugh hysterically, suddenly stopping. He stares right back into the camera, "You have your battle at Battleground, Jeff Hardy. But the question is... will you make it past Erick Rowan tonight? Let's find out... We're here." He blows the lantern out and the theme music of the group hits as they emerge from the back slowly. Rowan will be in acton against Jeff Hardy - next!
Jeff Hardy defeats Erick Rowan with Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper and Big Show via pinfall The bell rings and Hardy runs right forward, firing off repeatedly with shot after shot to the head of Rowan. The big man drops Hardy down, however, and hits him with a series of clotheslines. He gets a couple of near falls and proceeds to hit some slams. He goes for a running powerslam but Hardy slips free, dropkicking him face first into the corner. Jeff tries to roll him up but only gets a two count. He knocks Rowan to the outside by tripping him right through the ropes and launches himself over into his arms, Rowan charging right into the steel post! He drags Hardy back into the ring and works his back for a couple of minutes before hitting him with a chokebomb. He goes for the Big Splash but Jeff manages to roll out of the way just in time. He stirs back up and hits Whisper in the Wind, following it up by leaping onto the top turnbuckle - staring at the other members of The Wyatt Family before hitting the Swanton! He hooks the far leg up for the three count.
Hardy rises back onto his feet and instead of taking time to celebrate, he runs to the ropes and leaps right over them to take out Bray Wyatt! Show and Harper come rushing forward but Hardy gets up quick enough to run up the ramp. He backs to the top with his arms spread out in taunt, laughing. Wyatt stirs onto his hands and knees and breaths heavily in a fury, Harper and Show helping him back onto his feet. Hardy works the crowd up a bit before heading to the back, leaving The Wyatt Family in anger over the victory and sneak attack.
Returning, Ryback is walking backstage and steps up to WWE Tag Team Champions, The Usos. They ask him if he has another failure of a partner lined up for them to beat tonight. They start to laugh and Ryback joins them before getting serious, "Shut up! I'm here to tell you that I'm going to find the right partner. I guarantee it! So get ready, 'cause it won't be long." He storms off as The Usos continue to laugh. The cameras pan to ringside where Cole, Lawler and JBL talk about Ryback's failed success over The Usos and proceeding to beat down his partner out of frustration. Moving forward, they talk about how at the Battleground Kickoff there will be a great panel. As it will be per usual, hosted by Josh Mathews, with WWE Hall of Famer Edge, current WWE Superstar Zack Ryder and soon to be returning fellow Superstar, Alberto Del Rio, joining along.
Wade Barrett, Sheamus and The Prime Time Players defeat United States Champion Dean Ambrose, Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins and The Kings of Wrestling via pinfall The bell sounds as the face team dominates early on against Kassius Ohno. They make frequent tags within the group and all get some work in until Ohno drops Titus O'Neill with a huge clothesline. He makes the tag to Rollins and he comes charging in, slamming Titus down over and over again. Momentum swings as the heel team starts to take control of the match, taking over. After some near falls and some commotion, all hell breaks loose. All eight men come into the ring and begin to brawl, eventually spilling to the outside. The legal men end up becoming Cesaro and Barrett, Antonio going for the Big Swing only for Ohno to make the tag from behind. He steps into the ring and the two get into an argument with each other, Ambrose and Rollins standing on the apron trying to get them on the same page. Cesaro steps out to the apron, Barrett making the tag to Sheamus. He comes charging in and blasts Ohno right in the face with the Brogue Kick! He drops to the mat and hooks both legs up for the three count.
Sheamus rises onto his feet and pounds on his chest, staring Rollins down on the apron. Barrett and The Prime Time Players come into the ring to back him up as Ambrose and Rollins drops to the mat in frustration. They head off around the ring and up the ramp as Cesaro just stays on the apron, shaking his head in disappointment at Ohno as he remains laid out in the middle of the ring. Barrett, Sheamus, O'Neill and Young all continue their celebration in the middle of the ring, working the crowd up a bit.
Returning, Kassius Ohno and Antonio Cesaro are walking backstage in silence. Ohno finally turns around and throws his arms out, asking Cesaro why he didn't break the pin up out there. "Why didn't I break up the pin?" Cesaro responds, "Why did you tag yourself in when you knew I was going for the swing? Y'know, Kassius, things just aren't working out between us lately if you haven't noticed. We were at the top of this world about a year ago when we first debuted and we became the WWE Tag Team Champions. We took ourselves to the top of the tag division and now look at us! We're the laughing stock!" He puts his hands on his hips and shakes his head, Ohno asking if he wants to break the team apart. Cesaro says he doesn't know and Ohno runs his hand through his hair. "Why don't we take a few days to relax and figure it back out later? Like you said... we were the best tag team in this business and what is there to stop us from becoming the best in this business again?" Cesaro agrees and the two head off their separate ways without an explosion.
The cameras transition back into the arena, Fandango's ballroom music hits. He makes his way out, accompanied by Summer Rae. They make their way to the ring while dancing the entire way and finally stop in a pose in the middle of the ring. Fandango calls for a microphone and sways his hips about the entire way to the ropes, "Tonight... could be the night! The night that Faaahhnnn... Dahhhnnn... Gohhh! Debuts..." He looks around the arena with a scowl, wagging his finger. He tells the crowd they need to learn to say his name right first. As he goes to insult them, Jerry Lawler rises up from ringside and tells Fandango to quit bashing the WWE Universe, because without them - he wouldn't be here. Fandango raises an eyebrow and turns to Lawler, "If you want me to stop insulting these people, Jerry Lawler, teach them to say my name right!" The Hall of Famer looks around the XL Center as they chant 'Jerry!' over and over again. He shrugs his shoulders and steps around the table, making his way into the ring. He stares Fandango down and gives a big grin. "I'll teach them to say your name right, sure! Come on, folks!" He steps forward in front of Fandango looking out to the crowd and he puts his hand out in front of the dancer in presentation, "This, ladies and gentlemen, is Faaahhnnn! Dummm... Go!" He laughs and Fandango steps forward, shouting that Lawler is wrong. "Wrong! Wrong! Wrong! You're just as stupid as all of them, Jerry! And because of that, they will not see the debut of Fahhhn! Dahhhn! Go!" He storms off to the ropes, stepping out of the ring along with Summer Rae. They start to make their way up the ramp as Jerry says good bye to 'Fanderga'.
The cameras cut backstage to WWE Champion CM Punk, as he will be competing in the main event against John Cena in a non-title match up next!
John Cena defeats WWE Champion CM Punk via disqualification in a non-title match The match kicks off with Punk and Cena going back and forth early on with surges of momentum each and tons of near falls. Punk hits a huge kick to the back of the head to drop Cena into the corner and he follows it up with a knee to the chin. He runs forward for the signature bulldog but Cena lifts him up and spins him with the spinout powerbomb. He hooks both legs up for a two count and rises back up. He sends Punk down with a couple of clotheslines and gets strong momentum going in his favor. He goes for the Attitude Adjustment but Punk takes the ropes and flips himself off onto the apron. He leaps up and hits Cena with a kick to the back of the head! Both men remain laying own as a commercial break follows up. Returning, Punk is in control of the match in the corner but Cena begins to fight back. As he goes for the Five Knuckle Shuffle, however, Punk moves out of the way and hops right up, lifting Cena onto his shoulders and hitting him with the Go To Sleep! The crowd gives a loud mixed reaction as Punk hooks the far leg up for just a two count. Punk gets frustrated and starts to pound away with fist after fist to Cena, John shoving him off. He gets right back up and starts to send Punk to the mat multiple times. He hits a huge arm toss and pops right up, hitting the Five Knuckle Shuffle as he had planned on earlier. He gets back onto his feet and sets up for the Attitude Adjustment. Before Punk can get up, however, Roman Reigns comes into the ring from behind! He stomps his feet and gets John's attention, hitting him with a huge spear right in the middle of the ring! The referee calls for the bell.
The WWE Universe begins to make some noise as Reigns rises back onto his feet, slapping his chest a few times. He smack talks Cena and turns his attention to Punk, whom rises up and begins to stomp on Cena along with Reigns! The theme music of Batista hits and the crowd pops, 'The Animal' charging out from the back. He comes rushing into the ring and starts to trade blows with Reigns, eventually rocking him back. He turns back to Punk and is hit with a huge kick to the face! Punk starts to fire away and Batista tries to fight back. Cena gets back up and starts to trade shot after shot with Reigns, all four men causing a ruckus in the ring. As the brawl picks up, Cena and Batista get the upper hand and send their rivals over the top rope at the same time! The two high five each other and march around the ring, working the crowd up some as Monday Night Raw comes to an end.

allright, RAW is WAR. Nice start between Cena and Triple H. And good idea to have Cena take on CM Punk.
Great win for Dolph against Goldust and also an attack on his brother Cody setting the stage for a feud between Rhodes and Ziggler down the line.
A Big E Challenge seems nice with Big E defeating the World's Strongest Man, I wonder who's the next guy that can take on Big E Langston in this challenge.
Another argument between Stephanie and Triple H, this certainly leads to Stephanie turning heel alongside the Game or maybe Vince could come out and try to settle things between the two.
Nice match between Danielson and Kingston, at least it wasn't non-title. Kingston hasn't been gaining a lot of momentum since losing the World Heavyweight Championship when he aligned himself with John Laurinatis. But A Orton/Bryan match is potentially going to happen, you can feel it. Hope Bryan hangs on to the title against The Viper at Battleground cause Orton's been on a good roll beating Big E and others to get that World Heavyweight Title opportunity.
A nice win for Kaitlyn against AJ. Hope Kaitlyn shuts some sense into her mouth at Battleground, but I hope this doesn't lead to an AJ pipebomb very soon where she aligns herself with CM Punk. I could see that happening who knows,
Nice weird promo with Swagger and Colter, they pulled Mysterio's mask, wow. A Mysterio/Swagger match is in the future down in Battleground, I see that happening too.
A great 8-man tag team match, you have Wade Barrett. Sheamus and The Primetime Players against The Kings of Wrestling. Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose. I sense a breakup between The Kings of Wrestling with Cesaro turning face, but I think Barrett and Sheamus might take the US and IC Title from Ambrose and Rollins soon, that's just my opinion.
Fandango's name is pronounced wrong so I guess we won't get to see him wrestle unless Stephanie or Triple H have something to say about it, I think Fandango's first match at Battleground might be against Jerry Lawler. At least you're not having that "heart attack" angle played out.
Nice way to end RAW with the WrestleMania Re-Match between John Cena and CM Punk. And Batista and Roman Reigns coming down to brawl with Cena and Punk with Batista and Cena standing tall. Glad to see Batista back on RAW, I hope he beats Punk at Battleground, or maybe it will go to a disqualifaction and let them have an eventual one-on-one match at Summerslam for the WWE Championship with Batista winning.
Great Show for RAW, I know you haven't done this, but maybe you should do a Paul Bearer or Ultimate Warrior in your diary, since Paul died in 2013 and Warrior died last week, but I imagine Warrior dying a little bit early, it's not like I'm butchering the diary but I feel like something eventful can happen, like wrestlers paying their respects and all, just my opinion.

It seems Triple H is desperately trying to keep Cena away from the WWE Championship and he is saying that it isn't personal but deep down I think it is personal but Cena can't get a title shot anytime soon well I am fine with that but I can see Cena challenging Triple H to a match where if Cena wins he gets a shot at the WWE Championship but that if he loses he can never again challenge for the WWE or World Heavyweight Championships but I see Triple H and Cena going at it at SummerSlam with their match finally coming to a head since the last time these 2 ever went face to face in the middle of that ring it was Night of Champions 2008 where Triple H won but then WrestleMania 22 in 2006 who won there? Cena did and I think Triple H has never really gotten over that
Dolph beating Goldust, I would say Dolph is definitely picking up momentum again especially if he is going to be feuding with Cody Rhodes but after that post-match attack from Ziggler on Rhodes I would say their feud is pretty much set in stone now
Big E Challenge and Mark Henry being the one to answer it with Big E beating Henry I would definitely say that this match was a "passing of the torch" because I don't see Henry lasting all that much longer and Big E. I see him taking Henry's spot as the "New World's Strongest Man of the WWE" but I wonder if Big E will host his Challenge each week
Another argument between Triple H and Stephanie I can definitely see this leading to a Stephanie heel turn, it is so obvious Stephanie is going to turn heel alongside her husband Triple H but maybe this will set up Vince's return to take control back from his daughter and son-in-law by firing them both
Danielson beating Kofi I can't say that I am surprised because Kofi has been on a downward spiral ever since losing the World Heavyweight Championship hell even his heel turn has started to lose steam already but seeing Orton attack Danielson like that just ups the ante in their feud but even more so towards their match at Battleground for the World Heavyweight Championship but I think Orton will get the job done because he has been red hot for a while now
Kaitlyn beating AJ, I would say momentum is back on Kaitlyn's side now heading into Battleground but AJ I can see her retaining her title at Battleground anyway
After what Swagger and Colter did, I would say Swagger vs Mysterio is definitely going to happen at Battleground but still they were able to pull Mysterio's mask, this just makes the feud seem all the more personal which I love
Barrett, PTP and Sheamus beating Ambrose, KOW and Rollins I would definitely say the right team went over that being the faces because not only do the heels lose even more momentum but one tag team is essentially going to break up now which is the Kings of Wrestling with Cesaro turning face and Ohno staying heel but with Ambrose I see him retaining his title same goes with Rollins
Jeff Hardy beating Rowan, I wonder which Wyatt Family member he will go up against next? Will it be Harper? Or Big Show?
Fandango holds off on his debut yet again, I can see Stephanie interceding but as for Fandango his first feud I can definitely see it being with Lawler
WrestleMania rematch in the main event with Cena winning via DQ but seeing Reigns and Batista show up almost guarantees that these 4 will get it on either on Smackdown or next week on RAW in a huge Tag Team Main Event
But either way 13 more days until Battleground and I for one can't wait

June 6, 2013 from the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale, New York
The opening video for Smackdown airs and the cameras pan inside of the Rexall Place in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada! Michael Cole and John Bradshaw Layfield welcome everyone to the show and talk about how tonight, after Monday Night Raw's chaotic end, Stephanie McMahon has ordered a rematch from last week's edition of Raw tonight: John Cena and Batista against CM Punk and Roman Reigns! Also tonight, World Heavyweight Champion Bryan Danielson will call out number one contender, Randy Orton.
As if on cue, the theme music of Bryan Danielson hits and the World Heavyweight Champion makes his way out from the back, working the crowd up with the 'Yes!' chants. He comes down to the ring and steps right in, working the crowd up some more. He takes a microphone from ringside and stands in the middle of the squared circle, looking out to the fans. "You know... I was ready to come out here tonight and be all aggravated about Randy Orton beating me down this past Monday night but when I saw each and every one of you members of the WWE Universe I couldn't help but crack a smile! Yes! Yes! Yes!" He gets the fans going once again and puts his free hand on his hips, shaking his head. "But, even if you do make me smile there is still a part of me that is angry underneath. This past Monday on Raw I was in a match against Kofi Kingston and after I was victorious I was ready to celebrate with all of you but I was attacked by Randy Orton!" He gestures up to the titantron where Orton attacked Bryan following his match, slamming him shoulder first into the steel post. He would beat him down with punches before laying him out with the RKO. Back live in the arena, the crowd shouts 'No! No! No!' loudly as Danielson nods his head in agreement. He proceeds to call Orton out, saying that he wants to speak face to face. The theme music of Orton hits and he makes his way out from the back slowly. He makes his way down to the ring with a cocky grin across his face.
The Viper stands in front of Danielson with a microphone of his own and crosses his arms, raising his eyebrows up to Bryan. The World Champion steps forward, holding the microphone up. "You can keep on trying to knock me down but if you don't know by now - I keep on getting up. I fuel off of these people and when they shout 'yes' at the top of their lungs it makes me get fired up and want to kick your head in!" They stare down as Orton chuckles, taking a couple of steps before asking Bryan if he is serious. "You're fueled by these people? What a crock! You could care less about these people, Bryan, and I know it. I don't need them to get fired up and you know you do not, but you just pretend so you look like a good guy. Deep down inside though, Bryan, I know for damn sure that you could care less and that your ego is just as big as mine! I was like you back when I was just getting rolling in my career and I thought I needed these people but I don't... and neither do you. The difference between me and you though, is that I admit it! So stop playing them all and quit being a liar and do them all a favor by just laying down at Battleground and hand me over that championship you've failed to show you deserve." The WWE Universe boos The Viper as he stares down at Danielson, whom just looks around at the crowd. He puts his hand down and pulls his microphone up slowly, "You know, Randy... you're right... I don't deserve to be their World Heavyweight Champion..." He bites down on his lip as the fans begin a 'No!' chant, Orton growing yet another smile across his face. Bryan looks back up at him, "I am honored and grateful to be their World Heavyweight Champion! I'm not a liar, Randy, I love these people and without them I wouldn't have what I have today... and neither... would... you!" He drops the microphone and pumps his index fingers in the air, leading the 'Yes!' chants with the crowd. He stares right up at Orton as he does so and The Viper suddenly goes for the RKO! Bryan shoves him forward however and ducks underneath a clothesline, hitting off the ropes and coming back with the Running Knee! The crowd goes wild as Danielson immediately locks in the Yes! Lock. Orton begins to struggle and tries to find a way out, but Danielson refuses to let go! He gives a loud yell as multiple referees come rushing down to the ring to try and get Bryan to let go of the hold. He finally does after four referees get to him at once. The Nassau Coliseum goes crazy as Bryan marches all around the ring, leading the 'Yes!' chants once again as Orton rolls outside of the ring and up against the barricade in frustration and pain.
Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins defeats The Miz via pinfall in a non-title match
The bell rings and Miz runs forward, getting dropped with a clothesline. Rollins flips him to the mat repeatedly and gets a couple of near falls in the process. He goes for a superkick but Miz ducks away, hitting him with the Skull Crushing Finale! Miz hooks both legs up and gets a two count. He gets frustrated and rises back up, working Rollins all around the ring. He keeps momentum in his favor but Rollins hits a huge back body drop that sends control back to him. He continues to dominate the match and ends up hitting Miz with a superkick. Instead of going for the pin, however, he pulls Miz's head up and places his foot on the back of the head. He gives a laugh to the crowd before slamming down! He hooks both of Miz's legs and gets the three count.
The Intercontinental Champion rises up onto his feet and marches around the ring. The official retrieves his title belt and hands it over, Rollins clutching it close to his chest. He starts to make his way to the ropes but turns around to see Miz staggering back up. He rushes up to 'The Awesome One' and bashes the title into the back of the head! The crowd boos as Rollins stands over Miz, smack talking him. The Uniondale crowd starts to cheer a bit, however, as Sheamus comes running down the ramp! He comes sliding into the ring and charges at Rollins, only for the Intercontinental Champion to get out of the ring just in time. The two stare down from the ring to the ramp, Rollins backing away with the Intercontinental Championship held high above his head.
Returning, Cole and JBL discuss how things have picked up between Sheamus and Seth Rollins as of late. Now, after tonight's confrontation, Commissioner Stephanie McMahon has made the announcement that at Battleground - just ten days away - the two will meet one on one for the Intercontinental Championship.
WWE Tag Team Champions The Usos defeat The Prime Time Players via pinfall in a non-title match The bell rings as Jey starts things off with Darren. They go back and forth with quick and fast paced action early on, Darren hitting a flapjack out of nowhere. He takes control for his team and a tag is made to Titus. He charges in and overpowers Jey until he hits a spinning DDT in mid-air. The Usos take control of the match and begin to make frequent tags with each other, getting tons of near falls on O'Neill. The Clash of the Titus is hit on Jimmy, however, and it allows both men to make their way to their respective corners and make the hot tag. Jey and Darren storm in and the prior sends Young down with tons of arm drags, followed up by a superkick! He climbs onto the top turnbuckle and measures up, hitting the top rope splash. He hooks both legs up for the three as Jimmy keeps Titus from getting into the ring.
The crowd cheers as The Usos come together in the middle of the ring, celebrating the victory. As they prepare to exit the ring, Ryback's music hits. The big guy makes his way out from the back and stands on top of the stage, laughing. He pulls his own microphone up, "You boys think you're so damn good, huh? Hahaha... once The Big Guy finds himself the right tag team partner, he is going to take those WWE Tag Team Championships away from you! So watch out!" He makes his way towards the back, laughing, as The Usos look to each other.
Returning, Matt Striker stands backstage and introduces his guests at this time to be Antonio Cesaro and Kassius Ohno - the Kings of Wrestling. He thanks the two of them for their time and goes back to this Monday night where the two had yet another breakdown between each other. Backstage, they would talk about possibly breaking up before deciding to give it a little while before making their decision. Striker asks if and what they've decided tonight on their future. Ohno stares at Cesaro and speaks up, "I don't think it would be in Antonio's best interest to let me go. He needs me." Cesaro laughs, putting his hands out and asking what the hell he is talking about. "I think you may need me more than I need you, Kassius." The two get close to each other and stare down, Ohno pushing Cesaro back! Antonio comes forward and rubs nose to nose, the two continuing their intense staredown. They both finally pull away and apologize to each other, and look back to Striker. "I'm sorry, Matt," Cesaro says, "We're still trying to work things out. Hopefully we don't need to come to blows to do just that." He stares Kassius down some more before walking off, Ohno rubbing his chin before storming off in the other direction.
The cameras transition into Stephanie McMahon's office and Batista walks in, greeting her with a smile. "Man, Steph, I can't tell you how good it is to just see you in this office. No offense to your husband or anything, but he has been driving me crazy... wanting me to come back but not wanting me to destroy CM Punk? I mean, I don't get it..." Stephanie agrees that things have been really rocky for Hunter lately and she wishes things could be so much more simple. "He just keeps thinking he knows what is 'best for business' and then just contradicts himself all of the time. I'm sorry you're stuck in this situation, Dave, I really wish I could fix it." He tells her to not worry, she has already done enough by making the tag team match later on tonight. "Hunter may not like it, but, I'm planning on ripping CM Punk's head off tonight." He laughs and heads out of the office, Stephanie left standing with no telling expression across her face.
Cody Rhodes with Goldust defeats Dolph Ziggler via disqualification The bell rings and Rhodes sends Ziggler to the mat over and over and over again. He gets some near falls in the mix but just gets frustrated and tries to beat Ziggler down, leading to the referee having to pull him away. Ziggler takes the opportunity to hit a springboard crossbody and swings momentum back his way. He completely dominates Rhodes all around the ring and up against the corner and goes for the Fameasser, only for Cody to move out of the way. He blasts Dolph with the Disaster Kick and gets yet another near fall. Rhodes gets fired up and starts to drive Ziggler to the mat with clothesline after clothesline. He sets up for Cross Rhodes but Ziggler pushes out of it. He rolls out of the ring and Rhodes goes to follow after him, getting hit in the gut with a steel chair! The referee calls for the bell.
Ziggler backs off before raising the chair over his head. Before he can swing it down, however, Goldust grabs it from behind and yanks it out of his hands! Ziggler turns around and is hit with a huge punch to the jaw from The Bizarre One. Cody straightens up and catches Ziggler with the Cross Rhodes right on the hard floor! The New York crowd cheers on as Rhodes rises onto his feet, giving a nod of appreciation to his brother, followed up by a hug. They raise each other's arms up as Cody smack talks Ziggler while he remains laid out on the floor motionless.
Returning, a video airs for the WWE Be a Star program featuring the likes of John Cena, Bryan Danielson, Sheamus and Kaitlyn.
United States Champion Dean Ambrose and Diva's Champion AJ Lee defeat Wade Barrett and Kaitlyn with Layla via pinfall The bell rings as Ambrose starts things off with Barrett. The two swing momentum back and forth and as Barrett goes for the Wasteland, Ambrose manages to slip free and make the tag to AJ. Ambrose grows a big smile across his face as Barrett backs off, Kaitlyn coming into the ring. She charges at AJ and takes her down and dominates quickly. Lee avoids the spear from Kaitlyn, however, and makes the tag to Ambrose. He and Barrett once again go at it only for Ambrose to once again avoid being taken out by his rival. AJ and Kaitlyn get into a brawl together and it results in AJ hitting the Shining Wizard on Kaitlyn, leading to the pinfall and victory.
AJ rises onto her feet and backs off to the ropes and out of the ring, taking her title belt. Barrett comes into the ring along with Layla to check down on Kaitlyn as Ambrose holds his title on the apron, waving it in taunt to Barrett. Wade steps towards him but Ambrose drops right down and starts to make his way around the ring and towards the rampway. He stares down with Barrett as does AJ with Layla as Kaitlyn remains laid out in the middle of the ring.
Returning, Michael Cole and JBL talk about Battleground being just ten days away and as announced this Monday, there will be an all star panel for the Kick Off show. Hosted by Josh Mathews, per usual, he will be joined by WWE Hall of Famer Edge and current WWE Superstars Zack Ryder and Alberto Del Rio.
As the commentary team goes to continue speaking, the signature of The Wyatt Family hits. The group appears on the titantron with the lantern being the only lighting to show their faces. "But I'm a creep! I'm a weirdo! What the hell am I doing here? I don't belong here! Jeff Hardy... you keep putting up a fight... you won't go down... but one day! One day, Jeff Hardy! You will accept your fate! You will accept that you are no enigma! I have solved you, Jeff Hardy!" He chuckles and raises his head up, "In ten days... in ten days you will realize... you will realize and you will follow! The buzzards! Uniondale... we're here." He blows the lantern out and the group proceeds to make their signature entrance.
Bray Wyatt with Big Show, Luke Harper and Erick Rowan defeats Sin Cara via pinfall The bell rings and Cara runs right into an absolutely vicious clothesline that flips him upside down. Wyatt dominates him in the corners and against the ropes, taking total control of the match. He goes for an early Sister Abigail only for Cara to flip up and drop him with an inverted DDT. He springboards off the ropes a few times and sends Wyatt to the mat. He goes for a hurricanrana off the top rope but Wyatt drops him with a brutal powerbomb. He proceeds to move very slowly and finishes things off with Sister Abigail. He hooks both legs up for the three count.
The crowd boos as Wyatt rises onto both knees with a grin as Show, Harper and Rowan join him in the ring. Bray calls for a microphone and stays leaning over Cara, giving a small chuckle. "This is your fate, Jeff Hardy! This is your fate! Follow! The buzzards!" He drops the microphone and snaps his fingers, emerging to his feet. Harper and Rowan drag Cara back up and hold him up, allowing Show to hit him with the Knockout Punch! Wyatt steps around, laughing. He drops onto his knees once again and throws his arms out, the signature of The Wyatt Family hitting once again as the lights go out in the arena.
Returning, Jack Swagger and Zeb Colter make their way out to the top of the ramp, Colter holding a microphone in his hand. Swagger holds the mask of Rey Mysterio in his hand, holding it above his head before Colter speaks. "Fellow Americans, this is Jack Swagger and I am Zeb Colter. We are real Americans! If you are a real American, you will understand what we have accomplished recently. Unfortunately, an illegal by the name of Rey Mysterio was given a match against World Heavyweight Champion, Bryan Danielson, just further proving what is flawed with this country today! Giving out opportunities to those that don't bleed red, white and blue unlike real Americans such as Jack Swagger and myself!" He nods and looks around to the booing crowd, "So we have taken drastic measures and we have taken care of Mr. Mysterio ourselves! This mask! This mask that Jack Swagger holds in his hand represents what is wrong with this country and we are going to do what is right for each and every one of you that cheer Mr. Mysterio on... so this Monday night on Raw, I invite all of you to tune in and watch as we burn that mask! And as we do so, we invite you to do what we invite you to do at this very moment by rising onto your feet, placing your hands over your hearts and saying in a very loud, clear voice: We! The People!" Colter and Swagger stare down to the ring with their message sent yet again, Swagger raising the mask up above his head as the two head to the back.
The cameras cut to Matt Striker backstage and he introduces his guest at this time to be John Cena. The WWE Universe gives a loud, mixed reaction in the background. He smiles and places his arm around Striker, looking down at him. After a short silence, Matt welcomes John back to Smackdown and asks about the opportunity to team with Batista once again to take on CM Punk and Roman Reigns - once again. Cena smiles, "First of all, Matt, it is great to be here on Smackdown. Hell, I wish I could be on it each and every week but sometimes the cookie just don't crumble that way... as for getting the chance to team up with Dave and kick some asses under the names of CM Punk and Roman Reigns? Two men I can't stand! I can't stand them, Matt! Don't you understand!?" He throws his hands up and smiles once again, "It's gonna be a hell of an opportunity to get my hands on CM Punk once again, especially after what Triple H said to me this past Monday... and it's also gonna be a hell of an opportunity to get my hands on Roman Reigns before we meet next Sunday at Battleground in a Last Man Standing match... it's a great opportunity, Matt, and I'm going to make the best of it." He prepares to head off but Batista steps up to him with a smile. The two shake hands as Dave asks if John is ready. "You know I am, partner." The two head off as the main event tag team match is coming up next.
John Cena and Batista defeat WWE Champion CM Punk and Roman Reigns with Paul Heyman via pinfall The bell tolls as Batista starts things off with Reigns. The two big men rock each other early on and Reigns gets the upper hand, sending Batista down with an early Superman Punch. He taunts Cena in the corner and makes the tag to Punk. He and Reigns continue to tag back and forth and work Batista until The Animal rises up, hitting Reigns with a sudden spinebuster in the middle of the ring! Both men begin to stir and get to their corners, leading to the hot tag. Cena and Punk charge in and John overpowers Punk, eventually sending him over the ropes and into Reigns! Cena gets fired up and storms around the ring, leading to a commercial break. Upon the return, Punk is in control over Cena and works him into the corner. He makes the tag to Reigns and he charges in, working Cena with all of his strength. Reigns and Punk yet again begin to team up, this time on Cena, with their back and forth tags. Cena fights back against Punk, however, and ends up getting the hot tag to Batista. He charges into the ring and floors Punk over and over again. He gets fired up but ends up being hit with a spear from Reigns out of nowhere! Cena comes rushing in and starts to trade blows with Reigns and they end up spilling to the outside. Batista staggers back up and Punk goes for the GTS only for The Animal to slip free and hit Punk with a spear. He gets right back up and delivers the Batista Bomb right in the middle of the ring! He hooks the far leg up and gets the three count!
Batista rises back up onto his feet and pumps both fists into the air. Cena rejoins him in the ring and gives him a high five. They start to work the crowd up but Batista turns to see Reigns coming at him, only to avoid the spear. Cena takes the opportunity to lift Reigns up on the turnaround and hit him with the Attitude Adjustment! Paul Heyman screams in anger outside of the ring as Cena leans down, motioning for him to come into the ring. Heyman moves around the ring slowly to get near his client as Cena and Batista continue their celebration as they have secured a huge victory over their respective rivals here tonight. Smackdown comes to a conclusion.
