I swear, ever since their working relationship started, TNA has treated New Japan like crap, as New Japan has done wonders.. New Japan has taken TNA's talent and made them main event matches and champions and put them over their guys.. TNA? They job out multitime champion Hiroshi Tanahashi, stick the IWGP Champion Shinsuke Nakamura on XPLOSION of all things, they jobbed out Jushin Liger to PETEY WILLIAMS OF ALL PEOPLE (atleast they did good when he faced Joe, which I do agree to), they barely used NO LIMIT, and even when they did it was terrible booking.. Not only that, they decide to take the IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Titles and flop them to a lackluster team..
Now wonder All Japan and Mutoh wanted nothing to do with them.. Look at Akira Raijin, TNA rarely ever uses him, and if they do its a job out or a no care 32523 man match, while he's in Japan in the main event tagging with Muta..
People always compare TNA to WCW, but atleast WCW treated New Japan great.. Fujinami, Muta, Chono main eventing.. Fujinami was in the main event of Superbrawl I against Flair for goodness sakes.. Plus their excellent use of New Japan's juniors..

If someone doesn't get over how are you suppose to use them? Kiyoshi didn't get over when TNA was pushing him.

TNA is trying their best. Who can forget that classic IWGP Junior tag title match featuring Hernandez. Tanahashi should come back so he can tag with Bashir more.

At least TNA doesn't send over 'top talent' like Robbie Rage like WCW did. But yeah, its ing rediculous what TNA is doing with them

Well what is their fanbase like? The might be trying to use the wrestlers they best they can but like other people said they aren't getting over. I don't know a lot of people who appreciate Japanese wrestling. It might be the case with TNA fans. While you have your fans who love Japanses wrestling you still have a ton more casual fans who could care less. Now maybe if they had a good old stereotypical character they'd be more over.

That is true to some extent. Obviously Liger was over but was only used on two shows. So no major complaints there. They definitely could have pushed Tanahashi more. He has the talent, great looks, charisma, the whole shebang. He could have went much further. Tanahashi was very over as well, even in early 2006. See here. Also, I think it's the same thing for TNA wrestlers in New Japan. Either most of the Tokyo Dome didn't know who Abyss was or they just didn't care.

TNA is kind of a bigger deal than New Japan, it's known world wide and people know who their wrestlers are. You're basically saying that TNA putting Nakamura in their main event is the same as them putting Kurt Angle in theirs.
Doesn't sound like a fair deal to me. And yeah, if nobody gives a crap about them, they're hardly gonna keep them on TV.

New Japan has been the biggest promotion in Japan since 1972 and is known and respected worldwide. Also, they draw much bigger crowds than TNA.

Where-as people in Japan know who people like Kurt Angle, AJ Styles, Samoa Joe etc are. TNA just have bigger stars, in my eyes. I have no doubt Tanahashi could put on a good match with say... Styles and Angle in TNA.

Yeah, it was just a blanket statement and it does go both ways obviously. Why the hell they would send Abyss is beyond me. I happened to enjoy Kiyoshi. I was watching Kiyoshi v. Homicide last night actually. I know he was heel but the people just seemed totally uninterested. I guess it's hit or miss. Oh and JSYN...you cannot possibly be serious lol...you are just going for Heel of the Year right?

TNA just have bigger stars, in my eyes. I have no doubt Tanahashi could put on a good match with say... Styles and Angle in TNA. In TNA that match with either guy would be lackluster. However when AJ took on Tanahashi in February, the match was fantastic. TNA wouldn't give Tanahashi/Styles the length that NJPW will. It's actually one of my favorite AJ Styles matches. Not saying TNA wouldn't give him a shot, maybe it will change with Hogan, but Russo hates foreigners. He doesn't think Americans really want to watch them. Why do you think he threw them all in a team together? Why do you think they make Bashir and Raijin look like the nWo b-team?
