big country just fat ass hes not that good,tank abbott was better than him I think even Tank would punch you in the face for saying such a thing. As for Cro Cop being able to beat Roy? I honestly don't see what you're basing that off Sapp. I believe you're a huge fan of the guy, so maybe it's just wishful thinking. Hell, I'm a huge fan of Mirko myself, but it's a sad reality we've had to face in recent years. He fought wars in Pride and has come to the UFC looking like damaged goods. |

Cro Cop is a much better striker than Roy. His takedown defense is also great.

The striking aspect is obvious. And he did show he still has great takedown defense against Kongo. Still, it's a fight I don't see him taking with ease, if at all. Though it is definitely an intriguing match up, and one I'd love to see Mirko do well in.

I don't even consider that fight with Kongo a real fight with now many nut shots Kongo did. I hope Frank Mir is prepared with a steel plated cup.
