Now since we are back i have two questions.....
1.Can some help me design my next tat...It's going to go on the top of my back by my shoulders(like where randy orton has his) and it's gonna say Angelboy...well what i want is it to say angelboy and have wings connected to the "A" and "Y" and have a halo over the "O" can someone design it? Idc what the text looks like, i just want it too look good, and the coloring would be in a simple black unless someone thinks it would look good in a different color.
2. Can we use the tWo sigs again?

Banter board? That's the gayest thing ever. I like how the most popular and successful thread in WF history gets the shaft from a so-called admin who only shows up once in a while to swing his power around. After he sold out and sold the site, I think he should've lost his admin powers.
This is banter board now though, so i can say whatever i want.

Do any of your tattooist charge less if they don't have to draw up the design first? Yes...they charge less if I bring it in...even if they do some minor readjusting to things.

This doesn't deserve to be in banter...

Here is the thing....
1. As you guys said...this thread grew from a topic, into a community. I think it's great. And being in banter gives you guys a chance to swing the topic of conversation away from the main topic without worrying about any problems.
2. No, just because it is in banter, doesn't mean you can say anything you want. And it isn't the most popular and successful thread in WF history. if you honestly don't like the way that Jay runs the site, you don't have to stay here. While he isn't active as much on the front end, he does a LOT more than you know on the back end to make sure things run smoothly.
3. It was move it here, or keep it locked. As a favor to everyone who participated in the thread, I moved it here despite Jay locking the thread originally. Given the two options, I would think you would appreciate this one. If you don't like it, I can always re-lock it.

Thanks for moving it TRW.
I've got to find my digital camera today so I can snap pictures of the work I got on Sunday.

My artist charges me by the hour because I'm having two full sleeves continuously done, it's pretty sweet though as he usually goes over by about 20/30 mins each session and doesn't charge me extra.

YAY! Now I can ask my questions! Ok so first how should I find a good tattooist? Second is there anyone here who can help me get a good design? Myspace and google are your friends. The way I found my artists was just like that. My town is pretty small, and I was well aware of all of our artists here being terrible, so I searched three larger cities that were around me plus the word "tattoos". When I came up on Lubbock, Texas two studios stood out to me, Inkfluence, and Big Buddha. I called Inkfluence first, and they were royal dicks to me. Big Buddha, thankfully, were extremely cool to me over the phone. -But, when you're searching out artists online (just like you should in a real shop) you NEED to look at portfolios of their past work! -Cost should NOT be an issue. The oldest saying in tattooing is that a good tattoo isn't cheap, and a cheap tattoo isn't good. -One artist isn't going to be good at EVERYTHING. Some artists excel on Japanese style, some are wonderful at traditional, some are really good at portraits, and some are great at tribal. Make SURE the person tattooing you is comfortable with what you what, in the style you want it in! If no one here can design something to your liking, most artists out there who do custom work would be willing to help you out. Sometimes they ask for a $20 deposit (just in case you don't come back, their time wasn't totally wasted). - Also, if you do bring a design in, listen to the artist. Sometimes what people think is an awesome idea, really isn't. If it doesn't fit the body correctly, let the tattooist shoot you ideas!

I don't understand why this got moved to the Banter Board. it's a group of people talking about a topic. Jack Specific is basically saying that you're topic isn't worth getting real post total over, yet every Monday night on RAW we have idiots who make 400 posts each just going 'VINTAGE' and 'OHHHHH MYYYYYYY". I think the Monday Night RAW thread should be in the banter board every week then in that case....
Seems ridiculous that a grown man take posting so seriously. But we've had 4 permanent stickies at the top of every board and sub board about Mattel's stupid toys for the last 3 months.
At least TRW is here to make sure common sense gets at least half of a win and the thread can at least stay open...
