You guys have some ing sick tattoos. I like. I want to get a small music note for sure, but I just don't know where. Initially I wanted to get it behind my ear because, well, your ears are how you hear the music lol. But then I saw that Hogan Knows Best episode where Brooke got the same thing and was like ...I don't want everyone thinking I copied Brooke Hogan. So it's all up in the air.

Try a different musical note, in a different colour behind the other ear

Not to sound like a know it all dick, but please consider a different place for it if you decide to go through with it. My roommate got a tattoo behind his ear, and it has really hurt him while trying to get a new job. Once again, don't take this as someone telling you what to do, I just don't want to see anyone get screwed out of future jobs because of some ink.

you can always be daring and do an inside lip one I was going to get one of these on my 18th birthday, but the artist said he prefers not to do them because they're a hassle, they fade, and the ink kind of bleeds through out your lip.

I'd recommender ankle, that's always a cool place for chicks to get a tattoo. Or the back, closer to the neck.

Well, I'm not positive, but she probably has long hair that would cover it up. In any case, they do make 'tattoo makeup' that will cover it, if need be. Me personally, I've gotten all of mine on my forearms, because I love showing them off, but some areas have people who aren't as open to visible tattoos as others. I totally see what you're saying, people really should think about long term ramifications when getting tattooed in visible spots. Hell, I will NOT go below my wrists, that is my one cut off point... and well, my face, lol. BTW, I totally named my bomb the 'Terror Shark' after a Municipal Waste song, the 'fins' on the back end of it do have a 'sharky' shape to em.

It's like Doomrider said, if any place doesn't wanna hire be because of my tattoos, it's not a place I'd want to work anyway.

I thought behind the ear would be cool because it would be kind of hard to see and personal. Sucks that happend to your friend though. I was thinking like, maybe something similar to this on my hip. I just need to get the guts to do it haha. www.tattoojohnny.com/tattoo-design-view.asp?sku=JGF-00167&k=music%20note&page=1

My friend has something VERY similar on her hip, except it's a star. Same colours and 'style' and everything though. It looks really great tbh, so that would look pretty cool on a woman.
What's everybody's favourite and leats favourite kinds of tattoos, or styles?
My favourites are Japanese I think. Along with alot of traditional and old school. Fair bit of new school too.
I love colour tat's. They're my fave. But if you've seen some of Paul Booth's work...black and grey can be SICK.
My least favourite is tribal.

I mean, I'm really all over. I'm not too big on black and gray though. I do loooooooooove me some color too, just after yesterday I'm gonna take it easy with getting something so complicated (colorwise) done all at once. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of tribal either... and I'm glad I waited until my 20's to get tattooed, if I had gotten what I thought was 'cool' when I was younger, I'd have some damn stupid tattoos.

^ some can look very cool. I wouldn't get one for obvious reasons, but some are awesome. I love the tapping way of tattooing aswell. AdamBomb, yeh, I'm waiting till after summer to start getting tattoo's. I'll be almost 20 then, so I'll be mature enough (well...I say that. Friday night I was in town in a blonde wig, lip gloss, and dangly earrings doing the macarena in the middle of the road LOL) but yeh, I'm glad I've waited aswell. Otherwise I'd probably be rocking a stretched Brahma Bull on my right bicep atm.

Oh man, back in the day I thought devils and dragons and crapwas so awesome looking... now I think most of that crap looks like it came right out of a D&D obsessed stoner's bedroom. Ha. ...then again, that was when I was in seventh grade too. I didn't even have my first one done until I was 21, lol. I can't wait for the ing bomb to get to healing, I slept so ing weird last night that my shoulder is KILLING me and my neck feels like doo doo.

Well, this weekend passed without me getting any work done. I'm having a my work up a piece for me that has the car he was driving when we wrecked on our way home from NYC a few years ago. After the wreck I took a couple of pictures of the car, and we are going to take one of those shots and draw it up with a banner that says "Long Live the Car Crash Hearts" which is a lyric from one of my favorite bands.
The crash really brought my friends and I together, plus it was one of my more bad ass moments in life, walking out of a car that plowed into a van while going 50 MPH, all while not wearing a seat belt. I only suffered a broken hand, and that was the only injury any of us had.

Lets just say that the wreck made me a fan of seat belts and airbags. I won't ride in a car without airbags now.
