I agree with Gore....that Leonardo should look amazing. I'm assuming you're going with color?

My brother just did the most 'wtf' thing ever, and swung by and gave me $80 - said, "get the paw print, and save your money. Next time you go, you can get Leo full color."
Apparently, it's my late birthday present. Next weekend, or the weekend after I'll be going back to get Leo.

I was planning to go on the 30th with a buddy, which at the time was going to just be for the paw - and to get some damn good Thai food... right now, he's in San Antonio, so if he is still down, I'll get Leo a week from tomorrow.

Thank you! It was done by Justin Adkins, at Big Buddha in Lubbock, TX. He's the only artist currently up there that I wasn't yet tattooed by.
I spoke to Chris (who did the bomb), and we're going to work out a time to get my Leonardo done. SO stoked about that!

Leo is going to go on the inside of my right forearm, underneath my 77. He'll be around 4 1/2 to 5 inches tall. Over time, I plan to add to it, by putting a wall behind him, and throw 'graffiti' on it. The 77 will be part of that, and I plan to put the word, "THRASHIN!" and "RIP Jacob" (a friend who was murdered my senior year of high school).
I absolutely can't wait to go back.

- I just remembered something. Someone asked a couple pages back about ink... I remembered to check my shop to see what they use, ALL of my colored tattoos were done with "Intenze Ink". Which is boasted as, "the number 1 rated tattoo ink on Earth".

Intenze is pretty awesome. You can tell the difference when it's all healed up.

All of them besides my 77... Leo is going to be on that arm also.
After I get Leo done, I'll go back to my left arm and add a few more things. One of my ideas is to get a small Bob-omb, Goomba, and Koopa Trooper (from Mario Bros.) underneath my sugar skull and the phrase "One Up" in pixelated letters under them. --- Not only for myself, but Mario is something my mom always loved the hell out of, and my left arm is basically for stuff 'close to my heart.'

Also, apropos to the bomb tat, I never forgot about filling it/coloring it in, I just can't really get it to something that I like/am proud of the few times I've tried. I don't know if you've gotten someone else to do it by now but that might not be the worst idea at this point. |
