 I've been straining my brain on designs lately for my first tattoo. I'm leaning towards something like this on the inside of my forearm. But instead of it saying Death Before Digital, I would have it say Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix. I might tinker with colors and stuff too - I just love the design. What do you guys think?

It's always a good idea to change up the design a little bit if you are going off of a piece that someone else has. Plus I dig the idea of light blue instead of that pink.

Well, most tattoo shops (especially custom shops) these days will flat out refuse to tattoo a design on you that is actually on someone elses skin without changing the design.

 can anyone please mirror this image for me? I took it with my macbook, so of course it just looks like a big E here . It's a backwards e, the eminem emblem. Just the outline for now, need more cash and ill get it filled in or something. First tattoo, pretty exciting. did you seriously get eminem tatood on yourself ?? bwahahahahahahahahaha....see how you feel about that in 2 years lol...ahahahahahaha wow what a "gangster" thing to do lol hahahaha...sorry thanks for that. I thought my tattoos were poorly thought out (which they were)...but this one takes the cake as the all time dumbest tattoo I have ever seen. |

And a mirror image of the WWE logo at that. I dunno, maybe he'll regret it. Then again, he might not. I personally would not get a pop culture symbol permanently inked on my body as careers wane and fade away. For instance, my tattoo is not really time or interest dependant. Here's an old, grainy camera phone pic:  It's in reference to my straight edge lifestyle -- The date I got it, (August 20, 2007, my 21st birthday) the initials "sXe," and "True 'til Death," which shows my desire for this to be a lifelong commitment. Now I'm not going to say that this is something that will stand the tests of time. I could break down one day and get smashed. I could try weed. I could sleep around. But I don't intend to. It's a personal reminder to me to stay clean and healthy. For that reason, I feel that it has personal meaning to me and that justifies me getting it. I wouldn't care either if someone thought it was stupid, because I think tattoos like stars and barbed wire are pretty stupid and cliche as well. But they may have significance to the other person as mine does to me. You dig? tl;dr? |

Exactly, if your tattoo means something to you, that is all that matters. I've caught crapfor having a green mushroom tattooed on me, and now I catch quite a bit of crapfor having a pair of red socks on my arm. They mean something to me, so everyone else can go  themselves for all I care, it's not their skin, it's not their problem. |
