That is so awesome! Would love to get one, or all the Turtles somewhere on my body. Was a huge part of my life growing up. Where's the best site for Turtles artwork?

The place I think that's best for TMNT artwork is definitely Peter Liard's blog. You have to sift through a lot of pages, but he regularly posts rare (sometimes never before seen) artwork from years past. A lot of them are line drawings, which are PERFECT for artists to use as stencils. For example, this Mikey sketch is AWESOME: And then this guy would make a gnarly piece (the monster was never actually used): A little refining and some thought as to color, these would make awesome tattoos. Check out his blog: plairdblog.blogspot.com

I've been planning on a bender piece as well I'd get a Simpson tattoo but don't know who of. A bender piece would sit well on my skin tone.

We were talking about that guy on here being tattooed out of some unlicensed guys house a few days ago (and this sorta coincides with that discussion - not everyone who is tattooing out of a house is going to have experience, and some people will lie about having that experience, when they really don't), and stumbled on this letter to the editor of Skin Deep Magazine today when I got it home and began reading. Thought I'd type it up, and share. For you guys in the UK - it ought to be especially easy to find, it is a UK based magazine (the best selling one, in fact), but luckily it's distributed here in the US as well. Good high quality images, and great crisp pages. Anyway, here's the rant, and for now on, when I talk about a magazine I'll throw up the cover (shown below the rant).- From the May/June issue of Skin Deep.

^^ you know...it's a huge slap in the face when you'd rather pay some guy who may or may not be qualified to give you a $20 tattoo...

Efff that. If anything I'm getting the Whacky Deli characters from that episode of Rocko's Modern Life. Hmm. Your ideas are intriguing to me and I wish to subscribe to your newsletter.

The article about her didn't mention it, but that chick is also a Suicide Girl under the name "Akemi" - but I digress, lol.
I appreciate the compliment on the ink too, I just wish I had more money so I could get every bit of work I want done in a couple of sittings, haha.

-- Jason, you might be thinking of the The Fifth Turtle: the-5th-turtle.blogspot.com - I could be wrong though. As far as I know, Peter Liard hasn't deleted anything. --DeathBear, my sentiments exactly. I'm not gonna lie, some of the tattoos I've seen on there have in one way or another influenced what I've gotten. Oh, and those of you who were talking about Simpson's art: springfieldpunx.blogspot.com/Check out that site, it's not the characters from the show, but VERY well done renderings of other actors and characters as they'd appear in the Simpson's world. (The Turtles and Shredder too!) The Joker on there is awesome.

I've been working on this chest piece design for like 3 days now, did it in pencil, outlined with a thin black pen, and the coloring is colored pencil, its looking sweet at hell honestly.
I want it on myself, but I know I couldnt pull this off til I'm 18. So I might just sell it.
