Sorry for the dumb question, but does peeling not take some of the tatoo away as well?

Sorry for the dumb question, but does peeling not take some of the tatoo away as well? No, if it did, it would be unrecognisable amounts

Sorry for the dumb question, but does peeling not take some of the tatoo away as well? The tattoo care card that the place I go to at the bottom says "remember the tattoo is in you not on you".....

Sorry for the dumb question, but does peeling not take some of the tatoo away as well? No. Like someone said, it's not on you - e.i. your epidermis, tattoo ink is put as far down as the 'dermis' layer of skin. Your epidermis is what is on the outside of your skin, the dermis is the middle layer. Your outer layer is completely destroyed in a tattoo session from the needles, and as new skin grows and heals that outer layer, the damaged skin falls off. Over time, because of cellular turnover tattoos will fade - however, as long as they are professionally done, this is MUCH less noticeable than if you are tattooed by equipment that is of subpar quality. Tattoos done with 'ghetto guns' or 'prison guns' lack proper equipment and do not inject ink as far down as the machines pro's use. They (the tattoos) are much more prone to breaking down because typically, the ink is not slapped all the way down into the dermis.

I thought we all agreed to that a few pages ago.
Adam, even if you don't make it to Hell City I'll fly my ass out there to you to get this.
