TNA’s backstage interviewer, Lauren Brooke is set to leave the company reports ProWrestling.net. Brooke is due to be married and reportedly wants to move on from the company to enjoy marital bliss.
Meanwhile, in a case of good timing, Christy Hemme debuted last week as the latest backstage interviewer after opting to retire from the ring.
EDIT: Lauren has confirmed her departure on her Twitter page, writing: “Truly going to miss the wrestling fans and my fam [sic] at TNA.”

She got a lot of flack, but I thought she was fine in her role. Best of luck to Snowflake. Poor Abyss.

She was fantastic in her role, a hell of a lot better than the usual expendable female wrestling announcer. Gonna miss her for sure.

Thats a shame, she seemed really nice and put effort into her role on the show. Plus she was easy on the eyes (not that Christy isn't, but Lauren had a more wholesome look to her)

YES!~!!!!! OH MY GOD!! BEST NEWS ALL YEAR!  THAT DUMB BITCH!!!!! FINALLY. FINALLY. FINALLY. Oh, and for those who haven't seen my rant explaining why exactly I hate her to death, here it is! "Oh my ing god, Lauren is the absolute worst actor in the history of Professional Wrestling...absolute worst... I hope she dies, TNA...please release this stupid ****. Her interviewing is horrible, she gets the same gross overreacted facial expression on her face everytime someone answers a question for her during an interview. It's so messed up, watching her embarrasses the hell out of me me and makes me want to legit die inside...
Interviewers don't need to show a personality when interviewing, as in whether or not they agree with what the wrestler is saying...but nope, she just has to overreact and act as if they just told her that they slaughtered her family and raped her boyfriend to death. Just look at the reaction on her face everytime a wrestler responds to one of her questions, it's horrifying.
And when people are being emotional during an interview, have you noticed how sad she tries to look? She tries to look all sympathetic and worried for them....and it's so ing terrible, worst acting ever. Her big fake smile and her overreacting for every single comment made during Impact just ing kills me. I honestly don't think anyone but myself notices how bad she is. She's about as annoying as Kelly Kelly's constant huge annoying fake smile."She was fantastic in her role, a hell of a lot better than the usual expendable female wrestling announcer. I'm so glad Shawn copy & pasted his rant. Now I can tell him to hit the "Recall/Last" button when an Interview is conducted, or realize it's a freaking Interviewer. If her facial expressions bother you so much, look at the Wrestler or leave the room so you can only hear the Interview.
