If you look at the bottom of the display stand, there's a button you push up and it has the option to play the song as a "demo" (so to say) or for about 25 seconds in regular mode. Not sure if anyone knew this...

Wow thanks! I knew something was up when it only played less than 10 seconds of the song. Now I can hear most of it.
