Its smooth enough, But you need more movements each frame. Chair needs to react and its wayy to stiff.

Its not a bad attempt but there are are some things that need work.
Firstly its too slow.When he throws him over he floats before he falls,and his back stays in the same position for too many frames at a time.The receiver kinda floats out of the guys arms too and theres not very much impact.
Its also really stiff.Try to move every limb atleast a bit in all frames.
And they should be nearer to the chair in order for the move to be realistic and not floaty as hell.
Try working on making certain parts faster and more impactful.
