First of all. this is a huge improvement for you mate. One of the only reasons I dislike it is the style. You're using base sticks in a very dark style which looks bad imo. Also, Your sticks are in front of the ropes, which leads me to believe your using Pivot.2. Download the Pivot 3 beta..
Now, Attackers legs are choppy during his reactions receiver's reactions need more work. When you make an animation always look at videos for a reference for reactions. Air time is very good, but you need to use more spacing.
Read the whole First Aid thread and follow some tutorials. If you want I'll send you a really good beginner style through Pm's?

Wow, your pretty good at this!
Try and get a good pose for the first frame. I think the receiver should of been bent down a little, perhaps on one knee with the other stick pulling him up. I would also use two legs per stick not one but thats up to you. Try not to keep a stick in the same pose for to long, like the attacker does after the move, You still need to work on reactions but it was still good. The air-time was perfect man, its just really smooth you have got good spacing and just need to improve a little more. I don't think you need any tips or help with being better, you can do it by your self because i think you have the ability too. Also get a better style, or even attempt at creating your own.
Good Job, look forward to future animations from you.

Wierd, I just made a german suplex ani, someone wanted a challenge to do a german suplex, and you made a german suplex... Also, the ani was a little stiff but not too much. It was very smooth and had the perfect speed, reaction was a little small though. Anyway, good animation 4.5/5

I like this.Movements are good, not too stiff and not choppy.2 back-joint stks arent the best to use though.Impact and reactions could use work.
