The person in question is 'the genius'
he wrestled as the genius in random tag matches (while he was a manager), and i remember at least once when he wore a black and green superhero outfit and called himself G-Man or something.
Does anyone know which events this happened, and does anyone have a link?

i have never seen him in a superhero suit but did u know he's randy savage's brother.

yeah, part of the poffo family.
I think it may have been a 1 time event he wore the suit, but im meeting him at the end of the month and for signing reasons, i need an image of that suit, its going to be a tricky one.
edit - ive found it, it was bev bros and genius vs lod and paul. On the Rampage 92 video.

i have the Rampage 92 on vhs im affraid, so dont have a link, i just found a match listings. I'll see what i can find, apparently theres a pic in a WWF 92 official magazine, that came out after the tour, i dont have it, someone else might be able to scan it in?
