There are alot of things to improve here but this is a good start.
My advice would be this: When you do the stripe on his trousers, stick masking tape either side of it so that when you've done it and peel it off, it's a straight line.
Also, I don't think painting the lower half of his sleeve is going to fool anyone so if you want the rolled up sleeve effect, I'd get either RA Foley forearms or that figure from the Rocky series where the mold originated - it would look much better.
Other than that I think this is a good start, maybe add something to his shirt to make him look less bland and you're all set.

i dont remember him wearing that, but mabey if you painted the stripe orange, the t-shirt black and use sleeveless arms, and painted the shirt black then added the Tazz 13 logo above the breast pocket it'd look like the attire he wore at Survivor Series back in the alliance / wwf war
