Just wanted to get your feedback on your experience ordering with them (if any). I placed an order on the 23rd of December (taking advantage of the $40 free shipping) in hopes of receiving my items by January 10th (this Sunday). Nothing has come yet, so I'm getting kind of worried  . I emailed them 2 days ago regarding my problem, no response  . I tried calling them, no answer...mailbox is full  . I have no clue what to do. I have no tracking number or anything to go by. Does ShopTNA always have crappy customer service like this? |

I recently made my fist purchase there (the brown bag special which is real good)
and they were pretty cool and it took a while to get here but it was on time to the shipping info to what they send me in a e-mail

Never had a problem besides getting the wrong shirt once but wasn't to worried with it. Never had a problem with their customer service either. I ordered the AJ Styles "Blue Roots" shirt once and they ran out of it in my size so they called and said they could send me another AJ Styles t-shirt or refund my money. I told them just to send another AJ shirt in it's place and ended up getting it and my money back.

I think the worst one was when it took 9 months to get the Best Of Aj Styles DVD back when TNA first came about. Emails, phone calls....forget it. You will never get anywhere with those. Hope and prayer is about all you can do. |

i have had problems with them too
i ordered an xl bound for glory shirt and the sting hoodie package
i emailed them about a week later asking about my order and they said that all the bound for glory shirts were sent to chicago for the ppv.
a few weeks later, i emailed them again and they said they ran out of the xl bound for glory shirt so i just got a refund on that
another week later, i emailed them again
to conclude, i got the sting hoodie package for free

I never had problems with them. Ive ordered from the several times. The most recent was for Black Friday where I got like 8 DVD's for 25 bucks, completing my TNA PPV collection for 04 and 05, as well as 2 from 08. It was delivered like 10 days after I ordered it. Sorry you had a rough time with them.

Thanks everyone for your replies, at least I'm not alone  I got an update, received an e-mail yesterday stating my order status is "Being Packed" ...  In the words of Miz, REALLY?! I ordered it on the 23rd & it's just being put together yesterday?!  ShopTNA, I e-mailed them stating I wanted a refund asap. I recommend them to none. |

They spent more time making the damn commercial then they do dealing with your orders, I blame Samoa Joe for my mishap. |
