They can't sue. That's his gimmick, he can announce himself as Mr. Anderson, they can't sue until they start selling products with the name "Mr. Kennedy" or "Ken Kennedy" on them. They can sue long before they put products out with the name. I'm sure it's close enough to just announce it similar, they could do it. But WWE don't own that gimmick, they only own the name "Mr. Kennedy" and "Ken Kennedy". If he debuts as Mr. Anderson or Ken Anderson, and starts announcing himself the same way, they can't do anything. And they won't be copying WWE at all because thats what he's known for and that's what he and Paul Heyman came up with before he was even called up to WWE.

How do you know they don't own that gimmick? I'm sure they try and copyright everything they can. Just because he's known for that doesn't mean they aren't copying WWE. Where did he do that at? WWE. So they'd be taking that from the WWE. They had to come up with some gimmick for the WWE, so of course they thought about it before, but it was used in the WWE. Nothing to make TNA look weak by taking something directly from the WWE and making a shittier version.

I wish they'd just call it Impact Wrestling.

Kennedy made jokes on houseshow appearances about him not being allowed to say Kennedy and he has to use Mr. Anderson now. And technically he did it at WWE, but they're still using his gimmick. Not WWE's. And TNA will most likely use the earlier version of that gimmick from around 2005, not the stale version that he became when he moved to Raw. TNA has alot more freedom.

*sigh*
A logo change turns into "TNA is WCW lolz". Unreal.

The logo is very minimalist, that's for sure. Not a fan, TBH.

I just love how TNA trashes WWE, but when they get someone who is a former World Champion in WWE, they treat it like a big deal and play it up. "Hey, this guy was champion of a ****ty company and now he works here" - Doesn't really sound that good for TNA when you think about it. To be fair, they trash the company on air, not so much their stars. WWE did the same thing with WCW and ECW. It's all in the spirit of competition. Does it matter? If they trash the company, does it not trash the employees of said company? If WWE is a mountain of excrement, a star who is on top is still just the king of a mountain of excrement. So basically, a guy like Kurt Angle - who they reference being a former WWE World Champion, yet still bash the company he was top dog of - is really no more than a much more polished turd in a sea of their other turds, in the big toilet bowl of the WWE. The only difference is, once he left that toilet bowl, he was flushed into a sewer known as TNA.

WWE act like they don't care about TNA but as far as I'm concerned, when they start taking TNA's talent out of their videos and proceed like they were never a part of the company, thats where the hypocrisy starts. WWE say TNA is no competition, so if that's the case - leave your stars in the videos. Show the people that they were made there and not in TNA. That's what I hate about WWE, they don't acknowledge anything when somebody gets on their bad side. TNA still reference Christian Cage from time to time and they obviously make it known that they have one of WWE's talents. ..."proceed like they were never a part of the company"? I'm pretty sure they released (and subsequently promoted) a Hulk Hogan DVD even after it was announced he had signed with TNA. Mick Foley's HIAC fall was in the intro video until just recently, when Foley's been in TNA since 2008. If your statement that "they proceed as if they were never a part of the company" was accurate, they would've replaced his footage immediately, would they not?

Also, they'd be deleted from all forms of video releases now. No Foley/HHH at Rumble 2000 on the Rumble Anthology. Saying they act as if they never worked for the company is a intellectually- disabled statement.

TNA is a company that has no clue. WWE on the other hand is what TNA strives to be like so they try to relive the WCW/WWE War. It woulda worked had we not seen it before...same thing with Morely, Jordan, Nastys, etc showing up in the same character...woulda worked if we hadnt seen it already before.
