Why do we need to have to have such strong emphasis put on particular individuals painting them as scum, trash or simply bad?
What I mean by this, while understanding not all in the company will be best buddies or drop the politicing.. Why do we have to have Foley or Jarrett so vehemently targeted as the opposition of management? as the anti-TNA embodiment?
Isn't the point of TNA not just to get new faces over but to bring the household names and place them on t.v. in ways we never seen? I mean, Hogan-Foley-Bischoff-Jarrett partnerships mean more to me then (to steal a Cornette comment) a convoluted personal conflict.
If anything, the way TNA has treated Jarrett the last 2-3 weeks has made me feel anti-Hogan at least for his on screen personality.. because, we all were going to give Hogan a chance, and now he's trashing the ones who kept the company alive.
I get how Jarrett and Foley have been power hungry in character but Hogan has lead that role on screen as well so how is he better?
I guess this is a mini-venting/ranting session but all I want to know is am I the only one who wishes the wrestlers were the ones involved in the storylines while the grandstanders.. the old guards would appear on screen in tandem with eachother like they claim off screen?

Hogan is basically pooping on Jeff and everything he's done and it's bullpoop.

She's just the President. Dixie does own TNA. She owns a bigger % of TNA than Jeff does. Jeff doesn't even own 50% of TNA. Panda Energy purchased in October of 2002 a controlling intrest of 72%. So, really Jeff doesn't own TNA anymore.. Panda Energy/Dixie Carter does.

She's just the one running it. I don't see why they had to give up control of the company just to get some funding. I could see some share of it, but not a controlling share. I still feel Jeff was screwed with the whole Karen thing.

All I have to say is I love "King of the Mountain" Jeff Jarrett, not Jeff "Founder of TNA" Jarrett.

I just wanted to point out that he was right when he talked about Dixie "saving" TNA and such. Jarrett was 100% screwed over. The punishment didn't fit the crime. He's dating Karen, so what. Kurt's the one who brought Karen into TNA.

You just can't be screwed when you're dating someone like Karen.

So they can be on screen and not wrestle regularly WTF is that for a response? I could care less if Hogan wants to wrestle, cut promos, be boss... that's not my point. My point is, why does TNA find it neccessary to position anyone in the role of anti-TNA growth? It's like Vince finally squashing HBK-Hart Montreal Screwjob only to piggyback off it with a feud against Hart. What I'd like to see is a pasing of the torch or some serious team work. I like the fact Foley isn't kissing ass to Bischoff, but I find it bizzare one minute we're shown reason to respect Foley and Jarrett, and then the next we must despise them because Hogan and Bischoff are intended to be good. It isn't needed.

Yea, i dont like how Jeff's been treated and it's still becoming difficult to put Jarret over as heel and Hogan as face. I think Foley is lost in the shuffle. The problem with TNA is that they have too many on screen authority figures. In WWE at any given moment you have 1-2...either th boss or the GM or both. It makes it really confusing not knowing who is who, and then not being able to figure out who owns what makes your conpany look unstable and bush league. If the curtail this into a buyout thing where there ends up being one controlling party then it'll be fine. But right now I see Dixie, jeff, Hogan, Bischoff, Foley all on my screen yelling that they are are in control...wtf?

I miss the days when authority figures made matches but weren't heels or faces. Jack Tunney was a great WWF President because it was believable. This crap is making me turn off TNA.

That's Russo's shytty ass booking again. He thinks people care about the politics behind the show instead of the show itself.
