I don't hate my Jakks figs. A lot of them are very unique in their attire IMO that takes me back to when they actually wore that attire. However, there was a period of about 4 years where I thought I ahd to buy every single figure ever made no matter what it was so now I am left with totes and totes of loose figures that I will never possibly have room to display that's what I hate.

The only thing I sort of regret is getting so many modern guys in Jakks style. I really like my CS collection because I cherry picked the guys who I thought were exceptionally done, and it's going to take a long time for Mattel to cover the ground Jakks did over 6 years.
Right away I can tell that Jakks' best pales compared to Mattel's best. As much as I love my RA40 Jericho and RA39 Evan Bourne, what use are they if Mattel can produce more accurately scaled and detailed variations of them? With display stands that make loose displaying much nicer looking?
I've been good at holding off on some people, though. Jakks kept re-releasing that abortion of a Randy Orton (sans the well done tats) in 2009, so as a result my most recent Orton is in red tights from 2005-2006. My latest Morrison? The Jeff Hardy return 2-pack under the Johnny Nitro persona. My latest Miz and Kofi? Never got them. So there's quite a few holes in my collection I'm looking forward to filling with Mattel.
