I completely ripped this idea off of PJ I was getting frustrated that my Mattel figures that I had displayed in my Mattel Spring Ring were making the mat uneven. It was hard to get the display to look good and figures kept falling. I added cardboard strips between the underside of the mat and the frame of the ring, totally stopping any "spring" action. I placed two heavy drinking glasses in the ring to show how it doesn't go down or "spring" anymore. Much happier. BTW, those glasses are vintage collectibles from 1966 and 1977 respectively.

No WB Studio Store. They are very thick & heavy. There's also Hal & Wonder Woman. I think we bought 2 of each back in the day. man I miss that store.

I was still living in NJ then so we'd go to the Livingston & Rockaway stores all the time.
