It came with these: The logo on the mat is a cardboard insert from a more recent figure.

It was produced in 1997.
Playmates did in fact have the WWF license for a short time. They produced these, Ring Masters (mini big-heads), Heroes of Wrestling (9-inch statue/figures), some stretch wrestlers, and a 14" talking Undertaker figure.
