May 3rd, 2010 - Jacksonville, FLORIDA.
Natalya def. Jillian
Cody Rhodes def. Evan Bourne
"Yes, sir, we promised you a great Main Event..."
CUE OPENING PACKAGE
- The pyrotechnics explode and the team of Michael Cole and Jerry 'The King' Lawler welcome us to the first edition of Raw following the WWE Draft. They remind us how the Draft shook the foundations of the WWE and reveal that tonight, we have The Miz defending his United States Championship against Christian, and our Main Event is a huge bout, teaming John Cena and Triple H to take on Batista and Sheamus. We then hear the theme of WWE Hall of Famer and co-owner of the WWE, Bret Hart to a massive pop. He comes out, slapping fans hands and enters the ring before speaking to the WWE Universe.
- He tells us that since taking control of 50% of the business, he has been thinking about the landscape of Raw. He says he has noticed that Randy Orton doesn't have a challenger for the WWE Championship yet, and adding up all the recent events, he believes that John Cena is the rightful contender. The crowd cheer, but not for long as the theme of Mr. McMahon cuts the atmosphere. He comes out and down to the ring, face to face with Hart. McMahon says that Hart can't just go making matches like that, and they must both agree on it. McMahon says that if Hart thinks Cena deserves the shot, then he wants Batista involved. The crowd boo as McMahon smirks. Hart thinks for a moment and says that they should make the Main Event of Over the Limit a Triple Threat match for the WWE Championship. The crowd cheer for that, and McMahon nods his head, saying that is a great idea. Hart leaves, walking around McMahon and we fade to a promo package.
- We see a package hyping WWE Over the Limit, airing on the 23rd of May, 2010. We then cut to a commercial break.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
EZEKIEL JACKSON def. MARK HENRY; William Regal came out with Jackson. This was a fantastic battle surprisingly, and it was quicker than expected. The two battled it out using their unbelievable strength throughout the contest. In the end, It was a small distraction from Regal which allowed Jackson to take advantage and drop Henry with the Book of Ezekiel, taking the victory. Jackson and Regal celebrated, only to be cut off by Rey Mysterio who rushed to the ring and battled with Jackson. Jackson managed to escape, but Regal was not so lucky, receiving a 619 from Mysterio, sending Jackson a message. We then cut backstage.
- Bret Hart is backstage with The Hart Dynasty. They thank him for getting them drafted to Raw so they can continue their training with him. The four are interrupted by the Unified Tag Team Champions, The Miz and the Big Show. Miz reveals that Hart said he wanted to see him, and Hart nods. He says "Yes, I did. You see, you have a very important United States Championship match against Christian tonight, and I want it to go cleanly with no interruptions". The Miz nods and tells him that's fine. Hart then says "Well, to make sure you do obey that rule, I am banning Big Show from ringside!" The crowd go wild as The Miz's jaw drops. Both members of ShoMiz try to persuade Hart to change his mind, but he won't have it. The Hart Dynasty laugh as Miz throws a tantrum. ShoMiz look at them in a serious manner and then storm off. Hart and the Dynasty smile as we fade to a promo package.
- We see a 'Don't Try This' package featuring Raw superstar, John Cena. We then cut to a commercial break.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
MARYSE def. GAIL KIM; A rather quick match, the Divas Champion, Maryse defeating the former Champion, Gail Kim in singles action after the French Kiss. Maryse makes a gesture that Kim is no longer competition and that she will be a Champion for a long time. We then cut backstage.
- Josh Mathews is standing by with Sheamus. He asks Sheamus about his recent challenge to Triple H, and what will happen if Triple H says no. Sheamus tells Mathews that he knows Triple H is here tonight as they are both scheduled for the Main Event, but if Triple H says no, he is going to make sure he regrets it for the rest of his life. He then walks off as we cut back to the ring.
- The theme of Matt Hardy hits and he comes out to a lot of heat. He doesn't care though, and strolls down to the ring, entering and speaking to the WWE Universe. He speaks, saying that everyone has questioned his recent actions towards his brother, Jeff. He mentions that after everything they had been through last year, and then forgiving and forgetting, only to have it start all over again one year later. Hardy says "I forgave Jeff, and he forgave me... we were brothers again. But then, Jeff left the WWE, selfishly leaving me out in the cold to do absolutely nothing on SmackDown. And to top it all off, Jeff returns and is still loved by the WWE Universe... but still no love for Matt Hardy". He says that he is sick and tired of being the secondary brother, despite being older. Hardy tells us that he wasn't planning on showing his true feelings until later this year, but with him being drafted to Raw, he felt the time was perfect, and now, he can start a fresh as a whole new Matt Hardy, on his way to the top of Raw. Hardy is interrupted by the theme of John Morrison to a pop from the crowd. Morrison comes out and says "Matt, Jeff never had a bad thing to say about you, even after everything you put him through early last year. I know that I definitely wouldn't have forgiven you that easily, but Jeff is a good man". He says that he had the great experience of siding with Jeff Hardy, even if it was only for a month, and he said that Jeff only mentioned good things of Matt. Matt says "John, what the hell has any of this got to do with you? How about you get out of my life, and stick to your own business!" Morrison tells Matt that he is sticking up for a friend, whether he likes it or not. Hardy then says "Well, if you're not going to walk away, then I'll make you. How about we face off in a match next week on Raw, and I'll make sure you never interfere in Hardy business again!" Morrison nods and Hardy's theme plays as we fade to a commercial break.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
UNITED STATES CHAMPIONSHIP - CHRISTIAN def. THE MIZ [C]; This was a very competitive match, and without the Big Show, The Miz couldn't cheat. The match was back and forth, and the two knew each other from their tag team encounters in the recent past. However, in the end, it all came down to one quick move from Christian. The Miz went for the Skull Crushing Finale, but Christian slipped under the arms, holding on, and then twisted The Miz, drilling him with the Killswitch before picking up the victory and becoming the new United States Champion. Christian holds the title high as The Miz holds his head. The Big Show rushes to the ring and helps The Miz out. Christian laughs as Big Show puts The Miz on his shoulder and carries him up the ramp. We then cut backstage.
- Mr. McMahon is shown backstage in his office, to a lot of heat. Batista walks in to even more heat and thanks McMahon for the WWE Championship match and tells him he 'won't let him down'. McMahon says he has faith in Batista, and knows he will destroy Cena and Orton and become the new Champion, whatever the case. Batista pats McMahon on the back and then leaves as we return to ringside.
KANE def. DOLPH ZIGGLER, R-TRUTH, TYSON KIDD, DAVID HART SMITH, MIKE KNOX, VLADIMIR KOZLOV & FINLAY; This was a quick match, but allowed all the newly drafted people who haven't appeared in the show to have a match. Kane was the obvious winner from the start, although a lot of people were favouring Dolph Ziggler. It came down to those as the final two, but in the end, Kane managed to launch Ziggler over the ropes and claim his first Raw victory. He does his signature taunt and we cut to a commercial break.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
- A promo package is shown for WWE SummerSlam, which will be on August 15th, 2010. We then go backstage.
- We see Josh Mathews backstage with John Cena to a massive pop. He asks Cena how he feels abou competing in the WWE Championship Triple Threat at Over the Limit. He says he is saddened to find out he has to compete with Batista yet again, but if that's what it means to get the WWE Title, he will do it. He says he is pleased that Bret Hart lifted the ban which stopped him from taking on Orton when the Championship is involved, as he believes they have great matches, and always put on a show for the fans. Mathews says that the Main Event is up next, and then Cena walks off as we fade to ringside.
- Batista makes his entrance, ready for the Main Event, and then his partner, Sheamus comes to the ring. John Cena also makes his way to the ring, but before Triple H can come out, Sheamus grabs a microphone. He says "Right, this is your last chance, Hunter, will it be yes, or no?" Suddenly, the theme of Triple H hits to a gigantic pop and The Game emerges from the stage. He enters the ring and grabs a microphone. He simply says "Yes!" and then lunges at Sheamus as the referee rings the bell. We then cut to a commercial break.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
JOHN CENA & TRIPLE H def. BATISTA & SHEAMUS; We return to Raw to see the match underway with John Cena and Sheamus as the legal men. It was quite a long Main Event, and definitely was worth it. There wasn't an obvious winner at the start, and only when it came to the end did anyone see what was coming. Batista became the legal man against John Cena and was ready to destroy him as usual, but Triple H intervened and took Batista down. Batista tagged in Sheamus who burst in and drilled Triple H with a Bicycle Kick. He smirked, but turned around into a huge Attitude Adjustment from John Cena, followed by a cover for the victory. Cena celebrated the victory, but Triple H wanted a piece of Sheamus for the attack two weeks ago. He beat down on Sheamus and took him into the crowd where they brawled.
- Batista got to his feet and Cena lifted him up for an Attitude Adjustment, but Batista slipped off and kicked Cena in the gut, ready for a Batista Bomb. However, the WWE Champion, Randy Orton ran to the ring and hit Batista with multiple right hands. He then went for an RKO, but Batista shoved him off. The crowd went nuts as Orton was shoved right into Cena who received the RKO instead as Batista escaped. Batista backed up the ramp as Randy Orton stood tall over John Cena. Orton held the WWE Championship high as the crowd cheered. Monday Night Raw then fades to a close.

WRESTLING OBSERVER NEWS May 4th, 2010 - It was officially announced on WWE.com that Chris Jericho will defend the World Heavyweight Championship against Edge at WWE Over the Limit. Apparently, the WWE held this storyline off to get the World Title involved, believing it would help build the feud, despite it being a personal matter of Jericho trashing Edge while he was away. Expect the feud to run through until SummerSlam.
- Many are wondering exactly what the WWE Money in the Bank Pay Per View will be. It is unknown as to whether an actual Money in the Bank Ladder match will take place, or if it will be some other match to decide the briefcase holder. It should be noted that Kofi Kingston is the current Money in the Bank holder, so what part will he play in the Pay Per View, supposing he doesn't cash in until after then. More on this when we get information.
- The WWE creative team are supposedly high on Dolph Ziggler as of late, so expect him to have a decent run on Raw while he is there.
- We can also confirm that Rob Van Dam's return is being held off until after WWE Over the Limit as creatve's plans for him begin then. The last we heard was that RVD is set to debut on Raw, which seems to still be the case.

WWE RAW: Monday 3rd May 2010...Alright, nice to see Natalya getting into the ring in divas action on Superstars; a decent win for her against Jillian, and I'd like to see both divas getting a good push on the RAW divas division, to be honest. Cody Rhodes needs to definitely get off of Superstars and onto RAW, though; he can actually do very good in the ring and has so much agility; he shows more charisma than Ted Dibiase. Cody should definitely be getting more of a rise to the top than Dibiase. Evan Bourne I'm surprised didn't go to SmackDown, too. Decent promo to kick off the main edition of RAW with Bret Hart in the ring; only interrupted by Randy Orton. Hart as Co-Owner of the WWE is actually a great decision and a smooth way to get rid of the stipulation in which WWE has Guest Hosts on RAW each week. Hmm, I like the thought of Batista against Randy Orton and John Cena; but it seems so like Triple H against Stone Cold and The Rock in modern era. I think it should have been saved. In addition, I'm scared that not so much enthusiasm is going into pushing newer stars into the main event scene, as in real life we have some variety with fresher Edge and Chris Jericho around with potential threats like John Morrison. Ezekiel Jackson getting the win over Mark Henry elevates Zeke so well it's unbelievable; good decision here and I look forward to what happens next with Zeke and William Regal. The arrival of Rey Mysterio to Jackson and Regal makes things intriguing, however, and it continues to try and elevate Zeke. He'd do well destroying Mysterio, actually. Maryse beating Gail Kim was a big deal in February, haha. Maryse winning is obvious as she is more valuable than Gail right now. Matt Hardy's promo was very good; nice promo with Hardy interrupted by John Morrison. Interesting, muchly. Christian beating The Miz to win the WWE United States Championship; glad you went with this too. Miz on the bad luck street; very nice decision. Was a good first-hour main event and where Miz goes next is interesting. Hopefully he doesn't regain, instead can progress whilst Christian develops as midcard champ on RAW. Hmm, not a fan of the battle royal; but Kane winning was so obvious. Dolph Ziggler, R-Truth and the Hart Dynasty were the only potential threats to Kane, but it was so obvious he would win. Lastly, a decent main event tag team match and the WWE Championship scene is heating up. Good RAW overall; but is it just me or was this show a little shorter than usual...

-The Over The Limit main event sounds awesome -Ezekiel over Henry was a good idea and Rey hitting Regal with the 619 was a nice addition. A Rey/Jackson feud is different -Hope to see the Dynasty take the belts from ShowMiz -Not a fan of Maryse making Gail Kim seem like she's not competition as Kim deserves better -I like Matt Hardy getting promo time and his match with Morrison next week should be good -Love Christian winning the United States Title, it's a fresh change from Miz -A Battle Royal involving all the drafted stars who weren't already on the card is again, a good idea. Kane winning made sense -Triple H accepting Sheamus' challenge was obvious. Glad Cena & HHH won as they are kind of a powerhouse team. The end of the show with Orton going for the RKO on Batista but hitting Cena with it was great
Good Raw as usual, Over the Limit should be good when you get to it. Can't wait for you to fully get back into the swing of things.

RAW May 3rd 2010: Good Raw. The opener was decent. I like the triple threat idea for OTL. The Rey Mysterio run in was interesting. One thing I noticed is that you're really good at writing Raw. It seems like it would happen on the next Raw. The promos are good. A Morrision/Hardy feud sounds good. I'm glad you put Kane over. I like the Miz as US champ, but Christian seems good. The main event was nice.
RAW Superstars taping: Good to see Nattie over. I love that Rhodes is over Bourne. I'm not a Bourne fan.
I'm interested in seeing what you'll do for MITB. Looking forward to reading OTL.

I like the opening segment but at the same time I don't. I guess I'm loooking for more hostility between Hart and Vince, but I guess you can't rush that angle. The triple threat should be good nonetheless. I like Hart not allowing Show at ringside for the Miz's match and Christian winning the strap is cool to me. I think you are booking Matt Hardy really well and I like the potential he has with a feud against Morrison. The main event was solid and the aftermath was great. I love Orton standing tall over Cena as Batista walks away.

-I like the opening. Look forward to the Triple Threat Match. -Ezekiel beating Henry was the right call. I like Mysterio hitting the 619 on Jackson. Hope to see Mysterio vs. Jackson at OTL -Not a fan of Maryse squashing Kim. Kim should get a push. -Christian beating Miz again was nice. Hope Miz doesn't go downhill from here. -Very happy Kane won that Battle Royal. Hope he gets a great push like he did in KevHart's diary. -Great main event. Glad the faces went over. Hope Cena wins the WWE Title at Over The Limit. He deserves it. He's the only in the match who didn't win at WM26.

MAY 4TH, 2010 - NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C.
"Yes, sir, we promised you a great Main Event..."
CUE OPENING PACKAGE
- The show cuts to ringside with Josh Mathews and Michael Cole. They tell us that next week will be the final episode of WWE NXT and our winner will be crowned, receiving a WWE contract to join a brand of their choice. They tell us that tonight, they have a very special opportunity for the three remaining Rookies, which Matt Striker will explain. We then go inside the ring where Matt Striker is standing alongside the three finalists.
- Striker welcomes us all to the show and then tells us that tonight, the Rookies are going to get the chance of a lifetime, before the final show next week. With no eliminations, the three Rookies will be competing in a Triple Threat match, and the winner will be rewarded with a Main Event match later tonight. He then reveals that their opponent will be... the Intercontinental Champion, Drew McIntyre. The theme of Drew McIntyre hits and he strolls onto the stage with a smirk on his face. Matt Striker says that not only will they get the chance to take on one of SmackDown's best superstars, but they will be fighting for something alongside that. If the Rookie who wins the Triple Threat match manages to defeat Drew McIntyre, they will receive an instant WWE contract to the brand that the NXT Winner does not choose. The Rookies look at each other and smile, realising this is an opportunity to get a WWE contract without even winning the competition. Matt Striker wishes the Rookies luck as he leaves the ring and the Triple Threat match gets underway. Drew McIntyre stands on the stage to observe as we fade to a promo package.
- We see a promo package for WWE Over the Limit, airing on the 23rd of May, 2010. We then cut to a commercial break.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
DANIEL BRYAN def. WADE BARRETT & JUSTIN GABRIEL; It was obvious that all three Rookies were willing to do anything to get this chance. Wade Barrett suddenly realised that Bryan and Gabriel were forming an alliance to get him out first. They beat him down and threw him from the ring before going at each other. Gabriel was taking control, and got Bryan down for a 450 Splash, but as Gabriel got to the top rope, Barrett shoved him off and sent him crashing to the floor outside. Barrett then saw an opportunity and went to grab Bryan, only to be tripped up and have the Cattle Mutilation locked in. Barrett couldn't escape and was forced to tap out as Daniel Bryan claimed his first victory in a long time, and earned himself a spot in the Main Event.
- Matt Striker entered the ring and congratulated Daniel Bryan, asking him how he felt about winning the match. Bryan is about to reply, but Drew McIntyre comes from behind and smacks Bryan across the back of the skull with the Intercontinental Championship, dropping him to the canvas. McIntyre grabs the microphone and says "See you in the ring... Rookie!". McIntyre drops the microphone and we are shown a promo package.
- We see a 'Don't Try This' package featuring multiple WWE superstars. We then cut backstage.
- Backstage, The Miz is watching a TV screen, seeing Bryan win, and then attacked by Drew McIntyre. Miz laughs and says "Ha, like he's going to beat McIntyre..." Miz turns around and bumps into his Rookie, Daniel Bryan, who is being helped into the room by officials. The Miz mocks Bryan, asking him if it hurt. Bryan shakes his head and says "Miz, last time I checked, I won the Triple Threat match... didn't you lose your United States Championship last night?". Miz becomes angry as the crowd cheer. He tells Bryan to watch his mouth, and that he will never be as good as he is. Miz says Bryan needs to remember that they will face each other next week on NXT, no matter what the result after tonight is. Miz storms off as Bryan receives medical attention. We then cut to a commercial break.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
- Matt Striker is backstage alongside Justin Gabriel. He asks Gabriel if he is unhappy with the result of the Triple Threat match. Gabriel says that he is upset, but he is glad that Daniel Bryan got the victory, and not Wade Barrett. Striker asks him why, and Gabriel tells him that Wade Barrett is a nasty competitor and only cares for himself. Barrett appears on-screen alongside his Pro, the World Heavyweight Champion, Chris Jericho. Barrett gets in Gabriel's face and tells him that he is nothing, and then challenges him to a match, next week on NXT. He says that Daniel Bryan is facing The Miz, so they can battle it out one on one for one last time. Gabriel nods his head and both Barrett and Jericho walk off as we fade to ringside.
- Josh Mathews and Michael Cole tell us that over the past week, the three remaining Rookies were interviewed on how it feels to be in the final. We then cut to the package.
- Daniel Bryan is up first. He says that being in the final of NXT is his dream, and says that he is that much closer to living his dream of being a part of the WWE. He says that he loved wrestling for independant promotions, winning titles, but he has always longed to be on millions of TV screens and perform in front of thousands upon thousands of fans. He says that if he wins NXT, his next goal will be to work towards competing at WrestleMania. He says he doesn't care if it takes him one, two, three or even more years to get there, he will not stop until he captures that dream.
- Second is Wade Barrett. He tells us that he was born to win a competition like NXT. Barrett tells us that whoever was in the competition, he knew right from the start that he was the winner. He says that having Chris Jericho as a mentor defines his ability, because they gave the 'greatest wrestler in the world' the 'greatest rookie on NXT'. He tells us that he came into this as a nobody, and everyone was only focusing on Daniel Bryan, and now he has made a statement, and plans to take the victory next week on NXT, and join the SmackDown brand to fight alongside the World Heavyweight Champion, Chris Jericho.
- Finally, it's Justin Gabriel's turn. He says that being a Rookie on the NXT roster has really opened his eyes on the ways of a professional wrestler, and he loves it even more. He says that as a child he wrestled in his back yard, on trampolines and such, and never did he imagine himself performing in front of thousands at a WWE event. He says that he always had the dream of making it to the top, but never actually knew he would get there, despite his desire. He says that if he wins NXT, he is going to join the Raw brand and work his way to the top and hopefully become a household name in years to come. The package finishes and we cut to a commercial break.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
DANIEL BRYAN def. DREW MCINTYRE via Disqualification; Daniel Bryan was pumped for this, especially after the attack earlier on. The two locked up and McIntyre took an early advantage. Bryan fought back, delivering hard kicks to the legs of McIntyre. The Unified Tag Team Champion, The Miz strolls to ringside with a smirk on his face. This causes Bryan to lose concentration and McIntyre regains control. He beats Bryan down until Bryan has a sudden burst of energy. He delivers forearms to McIntyre, but The Miz jumps onto the apron. Bryan turns and starts shouting at The Miz, telling him to get down. The referee also tells him. McIntyre gets up and goes to the outside, grabbing his Intercontinental Championship and running in the ring with it. Out of nowhere, Justin Gabriel runs to the ring and pulls The Miz off of the apron. The referee turns around and witnesses Drew McIntyre nailing Daniel Bryan with the belt. The referee calls for the bell as McIntyre looks on in shock. McIntyre drops the belt and then holds his head, not believing what he has just done. Justin Gabriel backs off laughing as The Miz gets to his feet in anger. Daniel Bryan clambers to his feet, using the ropes.
- Matt Striker enters the ring and is very eccentric. He congratulates Daniel Bryan for the second time in a row, shouting "Daniel Bryan, you have earned yourself a WWE contract! Congratulations!". Bryan isn't really all there after the title shot and just drops to his knees and shout in celebration. Drew McIntyre leaves with his title in disappointment at losing. The Miz looks on from the outside in frustration, knowing that Daniel Bryan has secured himself a WWE contract, and will now join the brand that the NXT Winner doesn't choose.
- Striker reminds us that next week is the WWE NXT final and now that Daniel Bryan has a contract, he is unable to win the competition. This week, the WWE Universe will be voting for who they want to win. Will it be Justin Gabriel or Wade Barrett? You decide! WWE NXT fades to a close as Daniel Bryan raises his hands high!
NOTE: The final is here, and I want you to vote for who you want to WIN. As usual, PM me your votes and next week, the winner will be announced!

The final has arrived, and you're voting for who you want to win! Daniel Bryan solidified his spot with the WWE after defeating Drew McIntyre on the last show and is exempt from winning, but Wade Barrett and Justin Gabriel remain, who will win? Here are the current Win/Loss records.
ROOKIE | RECORD | Justin Gabriel | 5 Wins, 5 Losses | Wade Barrett | 5 Wins, 4 Losses |
NOTE: This week is the final and therefore you are voting for who you want to WIN! Daniel Bryan is out of the competition, already having a contract, so you should either be voting for Wade Barrett or Justin Gabriel. Who do you want to win? PM me your votes!

WRESTLING OBSERVER NEWS May 6th, 2010 - As seen this past Tuesday on WWE NXT, Daniel Bryan is a confirmed WWE superstar when NXT ends. He defeated the Intercontinental Champion, Drew McIntyre via Disqualification to earn a contract to the brand which the winner doesn't choose. It was obvious from the start that Daniel Bryan would receive a spot, but Creative probably thought it too obvious to have him win the competition, so cut him from the voting.
- As we reported earlier in the week, Rob Van Dam is scheduled to debut after WWE Over the Limit. However, we have heard rumours that RVD has been asked to attend the event, so perhaps we could see him debut during the Pay Per View.
- The next Pay Per View will be WWE Fatal 4 Way. Apparently, only the Main Event matches will be 4-way matches, and the rest will be singles. Expect the Sheamus/Triple H feud to continue through this event, and also, the World Heavyweight Championship match to be focused on the Chris Jericho/Edge feud, even with two more added competitors.

WWE NXT: Tuesday 4th May 2010...Decent promo to kick things off on NXT this week, I like how you're starting to use Drew McIntyre as an engineer for the NXT Rookies; thinking they can build themselves like the WWE Intercontinental Champion did before. Interesting stipulation set up here with the triple threat match too. I'm very interested. Daniel Bryan beating Wade Barrett and Justin Gabriel seemed very obvious, actually. I'd have liked to see Gabriel get the win though, personally. After this, I liked the involvement from The Miz and Daniel Bryan, and hopefully this continues afterwards. The promos from Wade Barrett, Justin Gabriel and Daniel Bryan went good and basically filled time, but really not sure how it could fill up forty minutes with the aforementioned two matches [in which the bout with McIntyre would be short due to Bryan being knackered from the triple threat match]. Daniel Bryan beating Drew McIntyre...this was so expected. The disqualification finish didn't hurt anybody though; and involvement from Miz and Gabriel was nice. And wow, Daniel Bryan having the contract is good; nice twist though. Very different from everybody expecting Bryan to win NXT. Daniel to SmackDown though; but please don't build him up quickly. Good show and looking forward to the final edition of NXT, but I'd love a reunion with all of the afore eliminated NXT Rookies to appear on next week's edition in a match. Good show bridging to the final episode.

I am interested with the stipulations for tonight. The opportunity to fight for a WWE contract is huge and a very nice plot twist. I was actually rather shocked to see Daniel Bryan pick up the victory, considering his history of winning matches. I am actually totally unsure if I think Daniel can defeat the Chosen One. I really hope once NXT is over that Daniel and the Miz have a great feud, because there is just so much for these two to make magic. I like Justin giving his support to Daniel. Justin versus Jericho is going to be amazing – in my opinion. I love the three rookies getting interviewed as it really allows them to get over with the crowd. Whoa! I did not expect Daniels to defeat Drew, but the DQ finish works out perfectly because it does not damage anyone. I really think Daniels has a bright road ahead of him, and if booked correctly he can be pretty big. So it is down to Justin and Wade – tough call. I really hope my favorite of the two is able to pull out the win in the end.

MAY 7TH, 2010 - NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C.
Zack Ryder def. Goldust
The Great Khali def. Carlito
"Yes, sir, we promised you a great Main Event..."
CUE OPENING PACKAGE
- The pyrotechnics explode from the stage and the team of Todd Grisham and Matt Striker welcome us to the show. Grisham reveals that tonight's Main Event will be the World Heavyweight Champion, Chris Jericho, teaming with CM Punk to take on the #1 Contender, Edge and MVP. They also tell us that both members of ShoMiz will be hear to take on Cryme Tyme.We then hear the theme of Chris Jericho as more pyro bursts from the stage. Jericho comes to the ring alongside his NXT Rookie, Wade Barrett. He enters the ring and speaks to the WWE Universe.
- He reminds us how he was 'rudely interrupted' by Edge last week, saying he ruined a huge moment in SmackDown history. He says that his match with Edge has been officially scheduled for Over the Limit, and he says he will make sure that Edge pays for what he did. Jericho reminds everyone of Edge's recent Achille's tendon injury, and says that even after healing, it is still tender, and he will take advantage of that, putting Edge out for good. He says that Edge was fragile when he left him with the Unified Tag Team Championships, and he is fragile now. Jericho tells us all that he will be the World Heavyweight Champion for a long time to come, whether we like it or not. He drops the microphone and both he and Barrett leave the ring as we fade to a promo package.
- We see a 'Don't Try This' package featuring SmackDown superstar, MVP. We then cut to a commercial break.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
SHOMIZ def. CRYME TYME; This is Cryme Tyme's first opportunity in a long while, even if it is only a non-title match. Unfortunately, ShoMiz are intent on keeping their titles and didn't allow Cryme Tyme the victory. The match came to a close when Big Show took care of Shad and The Miz hit JTG with the Skull Crushing Finale for the victory. ShoMiz celebrate with their Unified Tag Team Championships before The Miz grabs a microphone.
- Miz says that he is still angered about losing his United States Championship, but his focus is now on keeping the Unified Tag Team Championships safe in ShoMiz. He says that to prove that they are keeping the titles for good, he issues an open challenge for Over the Limit for any tag team to accept and challenge for their Unifed Tag Team Championships. ShoMiz leave as we cut backstage.
- We see the Money in the Bank holder, Kofi Kingston backstage to a huge pop. He is cleaning his briefcase and smiling at it. He is interrupted by Jeff Hardy, who also gets a huge pop. Hardy and Kingston share a hug and Hardy mentions something about being happy to see Kingston at the top of his game. He says that he had the opportunity to win the briefcase at WrestleMania XXIV, but blew it with his stupid actions. Suddenly, the Intercontinental Champion, Drew McIntyre walks in to a lot of heat. He chuckles and says that neither of them deserve to be anywhere near the World Title, so why should either hold the briefcase? McIntyre says that he and Jeff have a match tonight, so he better get ready. McIntyre walks off smirking as we fade to a commercial break.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
MICHELLE MCCOOL, LAYLA & ALICIA FOX def. BETH PHOENIX, MICKIE JAMES & TIFFANY; A sloppy match, but got the feud between Phoenix and McCool across. The match came to a close when Alicia Fox hit Mickie James with the Axe Kick and Michelle McCool crawled in for the victory. Afterwards, McCool singled out Beth Phoenix and took her down. Alicia Fox fought off Tiffany, and Layla got rid of Mickie. McCool had her foot across the arm of Beth Phoenix, looking to seriously injure her. Luckily for Phoenix, Melina runs to the ring for the save and chases McCool off. Layla escapes too, but Alicia Fox isn't so lucky. Melina drops Alicia with the Split-Legged DDT, staring at McCool all the way. Melina gets up and turns around into the Womens Champion, Beth Phoenix. The two stare down, but share a friendly hug as LayCool look on in shock. We the cut to a promo package.
- We see a promo package for WWE Over the Limit, airing on the 23rd of May, 2010. We then return to SmackDown.
JACK SWAGGER def. TED DIBIASE; This match was made last week after Swagger brutally attacked DiBiase after his match with Carlito. Within the match we have a COMMERCIAL BREAK. When we return, Jack Swagger picks up the victory after escaping the Million Dollar Dream and planting DiBiase with a Gutwrench Powerbomb. After the match, Swagger signals that he is finished with DiBiase and shouts "World Title, here I come!". However, DiBiase gets to his feet and locks in the Million Dollar Dream once more, and this time, plants Swagger with the Dream Street to a huge pop. DiBiase says "This isn't over!" as we cut backstage.
- Josh Mathews is standing by with the #1 Contender for the World Heavyweight Championship, Edge. Mathews asks Edge why he interfered in the Celebration last week on SmackDown. Edge says that Jericho made the first move, attacking him at the WWE Draft on Raw, and now, he made his move. He says that that's how Jericho plays the game, one move after another, tactics through and through, but he will break those tactics, he will break the code! Then, MVP walks onto the screen to a pop. He shakes hands with Edge and tells him that he wants to get his hands on CM Punk after last week, so if they both focus on their own man, they can win the match. Edge agrees and they share a smile before walking separate ways. We then go further backstage.
- Goldust and Hornswoggle are seen backstage. Goldust tells Hornswoggle not to be so hard on himself, as the loss last week wasn't his fault. Hornswoggle hangs his head as Goldust pats him on the back. Zack Ryder and Rosa Mendes walk past and laugh. Ryder says that Goldust and Hornswoggle are nothing but gimmicks, and shouldn't be anywhere near pure talent like him. Ryder tells Goldust that he needs to hang up his boots and walk away before he really gets hurt. Goldust stands up adn gets in Ryder's face. He tries to get serious, but poor Goldust stutters and all he gets is laughter from Ryder and Mendes. Goldust stops talking and suddenly, WHAM, he uppercuts Ryder and starts unloading on him. Rosa Mendes screams as Hornswoggle jumps up and down clapping. Backstage officials come to break up the fight as we cut to a commercial break.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
DREW MCINTYRE def. JEFF HARDY; This was a great match, putting these two against each other for the very first time. The match was back and forth, but Jeff Hardy had an advantage at one point. He hit McIntyre with a Twist of Fate and climbed up top for the Swanton Bomb, but McIntyre managed to move, causing Hardy to crash to the mat. McIntyre lifted Hardy up and then planted him with the Future Shock for the victory. After the match, McIntyre barely had time to celebrate before Kofi Kingston rushed to the ring and began trading blows with the Intercontinental Champion. Kingston eventually fought off McIntyre and he escaped up the ramp. Kingston and Hardy stand in the ring, staring at McIntyre as we fade to a promo package.
- We see a promo package for the final of WWE NXT, next Tuesday, only on the SyFy network. We then return to SmackDown.
- Backstage, we see Josh Mathews once again, this time, standing alongside the Straight Edge Society to a lot of heat. Mathews asks them what their attack on MVP was all about last week. Punk says that anyone who dares to step in the way of Straight Edge will suffer the same fate. He tells us that Jeff Hardy and John Morrison felt it, now MVP has, and anyone else who tries to prevent the healing will also fall before the Messiah. Mathews asks Punk if he ever thinks he will succeed in his journey to clean the entire WWE Universe. Punk says that sooner or later, the 'pathetic' WWE Universe will be forced to give in and submit to the Straight Edge liftesyle, and it will be for their own good. The Straight Edge Society leave as we fade to a commercial break.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
- We return to see Theodore Long backstage in his office. Jack Swagger walks in and asks Long if he is going to do anything about DiBiase's post-match attack earlier on. Long looks confused and reminds Swagger that he attacked DiBiase last week and was lucky to not have been punished further. Swagger gets angry and says he demands some sort of punishment towards DiBiase. Long tells Swagger that nothing is going to be done, but he is going to make a rematch for next week. Swagger goes mad, saying he's done with DiBiase and doesn't want a rematch. Long says "It's already done, playa, good luck". Swagger storms off as Long smiles. We then cut to ringside.
CHRIS JERICHO & CM PUNK def. EDGE & MVP; The Straight Edge Society and NXT Rookie, Wade Barret are out supporting their allies. A great Main Event to close the night without a doubt. Chris Jericho was reluctant to get in the ring with Edge, despite his cocky claims earlier on. Edge started things off with CM Punk but Punk said he wanted MVP. He played the classic trick as when Edge turned to tag MVP, he attacked Edge from behind and took advantage. Punk beat down Edge and eventually tagged in Jericho. Jericho strolls in, knowing Edge has just been beaten down by Punk. However, Edge leaps up and takes Jericho to the ground, delivering hard rights to the head. The match goes on for a while longer until it finished when MVP and Chris Jericho are the legal men. Edge and CM Punk batle on the outside, distracting the referee. Wade Barrett rushes in, hits MVP with the World Title and slides back out. Jericho then hooks the leg and picks up a sly victory as the crowd boo. Jericho leaves with Barrett, his title securely over his shoulder. The Straight Edge Society leave too as Edge checks on MVP.
- Chris Jericho, Wade Barrett, CM Punk, Luke Gallows and Serena celebrate on the stage as Edge and MVP look on in anger. SmackDown then fades to a close.

WWE SmackDown: Friday 7th May 2010...Not a bad opening match on Superstars with Zack Ryder taking on Goldust in what wasn't that bad a match. Ryder definitely needs to start setting up on his momentum. Blah, The Great Khali beating Carlito I suppose needed to be done. Acceptable match I suppose but Khali needs to be on his way out soon. Hire Sonjay Dutt if you want to elevate status in India for the company. Khali contributes nothing almost. Decent promo by Chris Jericho to kick off the show; liking the set up of the feud with Edge and it should be a fine battle when these two face off at Over the Limit. But hopefully it continues after that. ShoMiz beating Cryme Tyme wasn't bad; fine win for The Miz and Big Show as they need to keep their WWE Unified Tag Team Championship status held tightly. However, I wouldn't mind it if Shad and JTG got an opportunity. Next, not a bad six-diva tag team match that would be well received by the audience. The SmackDown divas division has been immaculate and more respected than RAW's in the past year. Jack Swagger beating Ted Dibiase is fine; pretty decent first-hour main event nonetheless, Swagger and Dibiase's feud continuing is actually intriguing, too. However I have a random thought of how awkward said match could be in real life. Not sure why but I doubt they would have chemistry for some reason. Drew McIntyre beating Jeff Hardy would definitely put McIntyre over. Great job here; but Jeff needs to be used better if you ask me. Less than a year ago he was main eventing before leaving. Put him back up there. Here, it seems like he's a different wrestler that was never actually World Heavyweight Champion. Kofi Kingston's business with McIntyre spicing up sure interests matters, however. Chris Jericho and CM Punk beating Edge and MVP is a great main event. Jericho and Wade Barrett with the Straight Edge Society unite to end the show was great; I love the outnumbered advantage in the World Heavyweight Champion's favor. A decent episode as a whole.

Raw:
- Good opening promo from Vince/Bret. A triple threat sounds great. - Jackson vs Henry. Woot. Glad that Jackson got the win. -Sniffs air- US Title? - Maryse defeating Gail Kim is good. Obvious win for Maryse there. - Good promo from Matt Hardy - like the jealous brother thing. Him vs Morrison is sweet. - Christian winning the US Title really surprised me, but I am happy it happened. - Kane winning the newcomers match is good. But seemed unnecessary for him. - Big main event there - and the faces going over is the right call.
Good Raw as usual - but seemed a little short.
NXT:
- Interesting decision. Puts some build into it too. - Daniel Bryan winning is great. The cliche of him winning would be bleh to me. - Like Gabriel backing up Bryan - a good match fitting for next week. As for the finals comments, that's a good touch too. - Bryan winning by disqualification is great as it doesn't effect anything, just hope he goes to Smackdown.
Good NXT. Looking forward to the final. WADE BARRETT FTW!
Smackdown:
- Good opening promo from Jericho. Him vs Edge is great. - Shomiz picking up the win is obvious, and good. Cryme Tyme is dead weight. - The heels winning the 6-diva tag match is good, gives them some momentum. - Swagger vs DiBiase sounds pretty interesting. Meh on Swagger winning. - McIntyre vs Hardy sounds pretty sweet. Fine with McIntyre getting the victory. - And lastly, Jericho and Punk is an orgasmic team. Glad they won.
Good Smackdown.

Smackdown 7/5: -Time for some Smackdown. I'm expecting good things out of this. -Good opener. I'm not a fan of ShowMiz, but I'm still glad their over. I like that Miz got the win as I'm not a Big Show fan at all. Good promo. I would've let Miz drop the tag titles & give him a good title run as US champ. *cough* Miz Vs MVP *cough* -I wouldn't have Jeff Hardy anywhere near my WWE 2010 diary, but Hardy/Kofi seems interesting. They could actually be a nice team if you can make it seem like its not thrown together. So McIntrye is planning on being World Champ? McIntrye/Hardy could be a decent feud. -Divas Action. Mickie James! ;D Not really anything to say, but that I'm liking that your keeping McCool as a good heel. -Mid-match there's a COMMERCIAL BREAK, you say? Swagger going for World title? Hmmmm, looks like DiBiase had to remind him of McIntyre's plans. -Not a fan of MVP (or Edge for that matter) as a face. Needs more "Ballin'" in this segment. -Ugh, Hornswoggle & Goldust. Shouldn't they be on superstars? Yes, Ryder has arrived! Cheap shot. Ryder will get him later. -Great match. Kofi's run in was perfectly done. Good job building up a feud. -SES, finally. Hopefully the WWE Universe submits to Jesus. They need to be saved. -Nothing short of perfect in that main event. Written to perfection & entertaining to read. Wade Barrett was completely unexpected. Great win for the World Champion. Overall a good Smackdown. Entertaining & very well written. It feels like a real show. Overall Show Rating (Out of 100): 92% If you're going to reply wait for He@t to be posted.

Good win for the Heels. -Jack Swagger winning makes sense as he's on his push. -McIntyre beating Hardy was fine. But, Jeff deserves a push. -Chris Jericho and CM Punk beating Edge and Edge is good. MAY 10TH, 2010 - PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA
R-Truth def. Mike Knox
Chavo Guerrero def. Finlay
"Yes, sir, we promised you a great Main Event..."
CUE OPENING PACKAGE
- The pyrotechnics explode from the stage as Michael Cole and Jerry 'The King' Lawler welcome us to Raw. They tell us that tonight, our Main Event will be an old rivalry reignited as Batista goes up against his former best friend, Rey Mysterio. They also reveal that Christian will address the WWE Universe and reveal his plans for the future as United States Champion. We then hear the theme of the WWE Champion, Randy Orton to a huge pop. He comes out and enters the ring before speaking to the WWE Universe.
- Orton reminds us that last week, he went to strike Batista with an RKO, but instead, got John Cena. He says that although he has respect for Cena, and hatred for Batista, he has no problem handing out RKOs to the both of them if it means retaining his WWE Championship. He says that the title means everything to him and he will do anything to keep it. John Cena's theme hits to an even bigger pop. He comes down to the ring and both he and Orton stare-off. Cena tells Orton that the respect is mutual, as is the desire for the WWE Title. He says that at Over the Limit, respect or no respect, whoever he has to go through, he will be taking home the WWE Championship. Suddenly, Mr. McMahon comes out onto the stage to a lot of heat. He says that Cena and Orton are forgetting one major thing, and that's Batista. He says that tonight, Batista may be in separate action, but both Cena and Orton will be too. He reveals that tonight, Randy Orton will go face to face with Ezekiel Jackson, while John Cena will take on Vladimir Kozlov, and Cena's match is up next! Randy Orton turns to Cena and nods his head before leaving. Vladimir Kozlov makes his entrance as we cut to a commercial break.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
JOHN CENA def. VLADIMIR KOZLOV; This was a match to get the point across that Cena was back in the title hunt and ready for Over the Limit. He defeats Kozlov after a huge Attitude Adjustment. Cena celebrates as we cut backstage.
- We see Rey Mysterio backstage with Evan Bourne and R-Truth. Bourne and Truth wish Mysterio luck in his match later tonight. He thanks them but all stands still as the WWE Champion, Randy Orton strolls in to a pop. Mysterio asks him what's up, and he says that he wants to wish Mysterio all the best in his match with Batista tonight. He says that he knows he and Batista have a storied rivalry, and wants him to use that to beat him. Mysterio says that he has his own personal battles with Batista, and doesn't need anyone else's to fuel him. Mysterio leaves as Orton looks on. We then cut to a promo package.
- We see a promo package for WWE Over the Limit, airing on the 23rd of May, 2010. We then cut to a commercial break.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
NATALYA def. MARYSE; So much for Maryse saying she has no competition... Natalya just showed her exactly who is the dominant diva on Raw. Maryse tried to get the advantage and almost hit the French Kiss, but Natalya blocked it and tripped Maryse up before locking in the Sharpshooter, forcing Maryse to tap out. Afterwards, Maryse fled from the ring, grasping her Divas Championship and rushing up the ramp. Natalya waved at Maryse as she left, as Raw cuts to a promo package.
- We see a 'Don't Try This' package featuring Raw superstar, John Cena. We then return to Raw.
- Bret Hart is in his office with The Hart Dynasty who just witnessed Natalya defeat Maryse. Tyson Kidd says "That's my girl!". Natalya walks in and receives a huge clap from the Hart family. Bret says that he doesn't care if it will be seen as favouritism, he is giving Natalya a chance at the Divas Championship, next week on Raw. The crowd cheer as Natalya hugs her Uncle. She thanks him and Bret tells Kidd and Smith to get ready for their match which is up next.
THE HART DYNASTY def. CODY RHODES & DOLPH ZIGGLER; Rhodes and Ziggler didn't look very happy together and it showed in-ring. The Hart Dynasty got an easy victory over their opponents, nailing Ziggler with the Hart Attack for the victory. After the match, The Hart Dynasty celebrated, but not for long as the reigning Unified Tag Team Champions appeared from nowhere and ambushed them, taking them out. Big Show drilled Smith with a Knockout Punch while The Miz hit Kidd with the Skull Crushing Finale. ShoMiz stand tall as we cut to a commercial break.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
- Raw returns to the theme of the new United States Champion, Christian. He comes out to a massive pop, enters the ring and speaks to the WWE Universe. He says that defeating The Miz was one of the best feeling ever, knowing that he could shut his big mouth once and for all. He says that even though being split from his brother, Edge yet again was hard, he was glad to have come to Raw to get the opportunit to become the United States Champion. He says that he has spoken with Bret Hart, and to show that he is willing to be a fighting Champion, unlike The Miz, next week, there will be a Fatal Four Way match to determine the #1 Contender for the title, and the winner will face Christian at Over the Limit for the belt. Christian drops the microphone and we fade backstage.
- We see a split-screen. On one side we see John Morrison, and on the other, Matt Hardy. Their match is up next.
MATT HARDY def. JOHN MORRISON; A very good match to say the least. These two had a heated confrontation last week over Jeff Hardy, and the anger showed right here. Matt Hardy was definitely a changed man as wasn't just looking to beat Morrison, but to hurt him. John Morrison knew this and tried to avoid injury, fighting Hardy off at any possible moment. Morrison eventually got Hardy down for the Starship Pain, but Hardy moves causing Morrison to crash to the mat. Hardy then capitalized, lifting Morrison up and drilling him with the Twist of Fate for the victory. After the match, Hardy screamed in Morrison's face, shouting "This is my time, not yours, not Jeff's... MINE!". Hardy then taunted as we fade to a commercial break.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
- We return to see Josh Mathews backstage with Batista to a lot of heat. Mathews asks Batista how he feels going up against his rival and former friend, Rey Mysterio. Batista says he doesn't even want to class Mysterio as a former friend anymore, believing he doesn't deserve it. He says that he has destroyed Mysterio before, and he will do it again tonight, without fail. Batista storms off as we fade to ringside.
RANDY ORTON def. EZEKIEL JACKSON; Jackson came to the ring with his mentor, William Regal. Jackson was dominating in this match, showing that he can definitely go up against the Main Event stars. He looked to have control over Randy Orton, and a victory here would definitely be the biggest of Jackson's career, but Rey Mysterio wouldn't allow it. Mysterio rushed to the ring and distracted Jackson, making him angry. He was then spun around into an RKO by Orton, allowing him to pick up the victory. Atfer the match, Rey Mysterio fled with a smile on his face as William Regal screamed up the ramp. Randy Orton looked up the ramp at Mysterio and gave him a quick smirk as Jackson and Regal leave in anger. We then cut to a promo package.
- Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler remind us of two matches set for next week. the Divas Championship match as Maryse defends the title against Natalya, and the Fatal Four Way match to determine the #1 Contender for Christian's United States Championship at Over the Limit, featuring Kane, Dolph Ziggler, Cody Rhodes and R-Truth. We then return backstage.
- Backstage, Rey Mysterio is caught by Josh Mathews who asks him why he just cost Ezekiel Jackson his match with Randy Orton. Mysterio says that Ezekiel Jackson messed with the wrong guy here on Raw, and he isn't going to let him get away with the post-match attack on the WWE Draft edition of Raw. Mysterio then leaves, ready for his match up next. We then fade to a commercial break.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
REY MYSTERIO def. BATISTA via Disqualification; You could have cut the tension with a knife. These two started off the match by staring through each other, obviously reminding themselves of their past. Mysterio made the first move, hot off the heels of costing Jackson his match with Orton, he was pumped. Mysterio took it to Batista, but the power game was too much and Batista fought back. Batista began to gain control and almost had Mysterio down for a Batista Bomb, but Mysterio used a headscissors and flung Batista onto the middle rope. He was about to hit the 619, but out of nowhere, Ezekiel Jackson and William Regal showed up, grabbing the legs of Mysterio, right in the referees vision. Jackson and Regal entered the ring and began to beat down on Mysterio as Batista got to his feet.
- But not for long as the theme of John Cena hits and he explodes to the ring, delivering rights and lefts to Jackson and Regal. Cena then turns his attention to Batista and lunges at him as the two trade blows. Mysterio fights back, but the two-on-one is too much, and with Cena occupied, nobody could help him. The theme of The Viper, hits and Orton comes to the ring. He fights off Jackson and Regal forcing them to leave the ring. John Cena then lifts Batista up for the Attitude Adjustment, but Batista slips off and escapes the ring. John Cena, Rey Mysterio and the WWE Champion, Randy Orton stand tall inside the ring as Batista, Ezekiel Jackson and William Regal leave in anger. Randy Orton and John Cena lock eyes and there is a slight smirk on both men's faces, knowing that in 13 days, they will face off, along with Batista in a Triple Threat match for the WWE Championship. Raw then fades to a close.
