Great opening segment for RAW and a superb way to build up the Triple H/ Shawn Michaels match. You needed this kind of segment for the final edition of RAW before Mania, and you pulled it off pretty well. Nice to see Big Show going over, I'm hoping that you don't do something stupid like give MVP & Henry the titles. I'm liking how your pushing Jackson, the man can be a monster force if used properly. Nice segment with the Legacy members, I can see the two now being able to work together at Mania. Great eight man tag match, even better to see Sheamus being the dominant star at the end of it all. Good to see Bearer entering the Hall of Fame, not too fussed on Trump though. Good win for Maryse & McCool as well. Solid main event, and a great way to build towards the WWE title match. I'm pulling for DiBiase to steal the win, although I'm finding it hard to imagine you taking the belt off of Orton. Great ending segment on the final RAW before Mania, and the perfect way to take you into the big event. A solid show man, although I'm dissapointed by the lack of a Kane/ Rose segment.

-Perfect opening segment as you used the Abraham Washington Show for good actually. The build towards HHH/HBK is awesome -Show over Henry makes sense -Ezekiel continuing his dominance is great -Money in the Bank eight man tag is always a good match to have and having Sheamus stand tall is solid -The Hall of Fame inductees are good -Maryse & McCool winning was obvious but had to be that way -Orton winning is good and having Rhodes cost Dibiase the match was excellent -Good ending segment, involving Austin with the Hart/McMahon stuff is class. Cena/Batista stuff was decent as well
Good show, not much from the host but that's a good thing sometimes. Simply cannot wait for 'Mania.

23rd March, 2010 - San Jose, CALIFORNIA"Yes, sir we promised you a great Main Event..."CUE OPENING VIDEOWWE NXT opens up as we see Josh Mathews with Michael Cole at the commentating desk, ready to start the show. They remind us that tonight, we will have our very first NXT elimination, taking on of the current Rookies out of the game. The WWE Pros will vote for and against certain Rookies and ultimately decide on who should leave the competition. They tells us that at the end of the night, Matt Striker will round up all the votes and send one of our Rookies home. We then get our first match underway. DAVID OTUNGA def. R-TRUTHAfter last week, Otunga wasn't too pleased with his mentor, R-Truth. Otunga believes that Truth cost them the tag match against Heath Slater and Christian. R-Truth was looking to teach Otunga some respect in this match, but unfortunately, the Rookie showed us he is far more capable than what we all think. He finished Truth off after a huge Spinebuster, followed by a cover for the three count. Otunga mocks Truth after the bell, telling him that he doesn't need him telling him what to do, and that he will make it by himself. Otunga storms off as we fade backstage. YOUNG BECOMING STRAIGHT EDGE?Backstage, we see CM Punk, Luke Gallows and Serena standing by with NXT Rookie, Darren Young. CM Punk pats him on the back, saying that he did good last week. We hear Young say that the rough time that Punk wasn't giving him really opened his eyes. He says that a tough teacher is just what he needs to make it to the WWE, and he was so pleased to have Punk as a mentor. Punk says he is rethinking leaving WWE NXT, and now wants to stick around and see the progress of Young. Young thanks him and promises to make a statement later tonight in the Main Event against Daniel Bryan. Young leaves and we fade to a commercial break. C O M M E R C I A L B R E A KWe return to see a promo package, telling us that WrestleMania XXVI is 5 days away. We then return to WWE NXT. JUSTIN GABRIEL w/ Matt Hardy def. MICHAEL TARVER w/ CarlitoOnce again, Michael Tarver is on the losing end here on WWE NXT. He is defeated by Justin Gabriel when he sees an oportunity, climbs the ropes and hits him with a huge 450 Splash. Gabriel celebrates his victory with Matt Hardy and the duo leave, but Tarver isn't too happy. Tarver gets extremely angry, and Carlito is angry too. The two begin shouting at each other, but we can't hear what is being said. Carlito ends up storming off, followed swiftly by Tarver as we fade backstage. JERICHO AND BARRETT DISCUSSWe see Chris Jericho and Wade Barrett backstage, talking about this past Friday on SmackDown. Jericho says that Barrett did the right thing, saving him from The Undertaker. Barrett clearly knows that Jericho shoved him, but he still nods his head in agreement. Jericho says that by experiencing things like that, you gain knowledge of the business. Barrett replies, telling him that when he wins NXT and makes it to the main roster, he doesn't plan on being dropped on his head by The Undertaker ever again. Jericho tels him that's the right attitude to have, but he tells him to "never underestimate your opponents". We then fade to ringisde. WADE BARRETT & CHRIS JERICHO def. SKIP SHEFFIELD & MVPA very interesting tag team match here, with the extremely odd duo of Skip Sheffield and mentor, MVP taking on Jericho and Barrett. The match comes to a close when Chris Jericho jumps into the ring, delivers a Codebreaker to Sheffield and lets Wade Barrett cover him for the victory. Chris Jericho and Wade Barrett raise their hands as MVP checks on Skip Sheffield. We then fade to a commercial break. C O M M E R C I A L B R E A KDANIEL BRYAN GIVES THE MIZ SOME ADVICEWe are taken to the locker rooms where Daniel Bryan is lacing up his boots. You can still see his ribs are bruised, after weekly beatings, but tonight, he bares the pain and wears no tape. The Unified Tag Team and United States Champion, The Miz walks into the room to a lot of heat. He starts telling Bryan how dissapointing he has been over the past few weeks, but how happy it has made him to see him lose. Bryan stands face to face with Miz and tells him he has some advice. He says "Miz, I have beaten you once, and I won't hesitate to do it again, so unless you want to make the decision whether to 'Tap or Snap' I suggest you back off, now." The crowd cheer as The Miz looks on in anger. He says he'll be watching up next and storms off as Bryan watches him leave. We then fade to the arena. DANIEL BRYAN def. DARREN YOUNG w/ The Straight Edge SocietyDaniel Bryan has had quite the losing streak as of late, his most recent loss coming after Darren Young turned on him in a tag team match last week. In this match, Bryan looked to get his revenge, and he succeeded, defeating Young. He finished the match with his signature move he calls the Cattle Mutilation, making Young tap out. Bryan celebrates his first win in a while as Young rolls out of the ring to be helped by the Straight Edge Society. Suddenly, The MIz runs to the ring and nails Bryan over the back of the skull with the United States Championship belt. JUST A BIG BULLY!The Miz stands tall over Bryan for a bit until he grabs a microphone. He says "You've disrespected me for the last time Bryan, I've got somebody who has something to say about your disrespect...". Suddenly, the theme os The Miz's tag team partner, the Big Show hits and he comes out to some heat. He enters the ring as The Miz lifts Bryan to his feet. He throws him into the Big Show who plants him with a huge Chokeslam. The Unified Tag Team Champions stand tall as we fade backstage to Matt Striker. THE FIRST ELIMINATION!Matt Striker is alongside six of the eight WWE NXT Rookies, soon to be seven. He says that all the WWE Pros have given him their votes and they have been counted and verified. He says that tonight, five days before WrestleMania, one man must be eliminated from the competition. He holds an envolope with the WWE NXT logo on the front and he opens it before saying "And the first person to be eliminated from WWE NXT is... Michael Tarver!". Tarver looks unpleased and gets a bit angry. Matt Striker pulls him forward and askas him how he feels. He says that he is completely gutted at being the first person eliminated. He says "I personally blame it all on my WWE Pro, Carlito, he was no help to me at all, and was the cause of my losses." Carlito walks onto th screen and the two start arguing again. Carlito takes a bite from his apple and spits it into Tarver's face before walking off. Tarver then storms off the scene as WWE NXT fades to a close.

- Otunga beating Truth suprises me, but is good as it shows him credible. - Gabriel over Tarver is expected. I don't really find much in Tarver, tbqh. - Barrett and Jericho getting the win is good. Don't like Sheffield anyway. - Love that Bryan has grew a pair and is standing up to Miz, and glad he won that match. - Show chokeslamming Bryan is a nice touch. 26th March, 2010 - San Jose, CALIFORNIA"Yes, sir, we promised you a great Main Event..."CUE OPENING VIDEOWe open up with the pyrotechnics display and we are taken to Todd Grisham and Matt Striker. They remind us that tonight's edition of SmackDown will be slightly shorter, featuring WrestleMania Axxess footage and WrestleMania previews. They tell us not to be dissappointed as we have three huge matches set for tonight. We will see Edge taking on The Miz in our Main Event. Also, they tell us that the World Heavyweight Champion, The Undertaker is here tonight! We are then interrupted by the theme of Batista to a lot of heat. THE ANIMAL SPEAKSBatista enters the ring and begins to speak to the WWE Universe as the spotlight shines on him. He says that this Sunday night at WrestleMania, he faces a man that he has never lost to, and he says that isn't about to change. He claims that he will once again defeat John Cena, but stops, backtracks, and then says he will once again destroy John Cena. He reminds us all of how he injured Cena at SummerSlam 2008, and how he plans to do it again. He says that for weeks, he has been the dominant force, and this past Monday on Raw was a fluke advantage. He says that Cena attacked him from behind, showing the coward that he truly is, just like the WWE Universe. That remark gets him tons of heat. He finishes his speech, telling us that he will destroy John Cena at WrestleMania, creating the lasting impact he longs for, and finish Cena off for good. He drops the mirophone and leaves as we fade to a promo package. We see a WrestleMania XXVI package, telling us that the event is this Sunday! We then cut to a commercial break. C O M M E R C I A L B R E A KSHELTON BENJAMIN def. CURT HAWKINSBenjamin is two days away from his Intercontinental Championship match with Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania. Tonight, he takes part in a rather competitive match against Curt Hawkins. However, Benjamin eventually picked up the victory, catching Hawkins with the Paydirt. After the match, Drew McIntyre rushed to the ring to get a last minute attack on his WrestleMania opponent, but Benjamin dodged the title belt, and went to hit McIntyre with the Paydirt, but he scrambled out of the ring. McIntyre backed up the ramp with his title in hand as Benjamin smirked at him. We then fade to a video package. We see some clips from WrestleMania Week, showcasing what various people have been doing. We then return to SmackDown. CM PUNK & LUKE GALLOWS w/ Serena & Darren Young def. CRYME TYMEA pretty quick match, showcasing the Straight Edge Society. The match comes to a close when Luke Gallows boots Shad from the apron, which allows CM Punk to hit JTG with the Go To Sleep for the victory. After the match, CM Punk grabs a microphone and speaks to the WWE Universe. A FINAL WORDPunk says that this Sunday, he doesn't just want to defeat John Morrison, he wants to force him to follow the ways of the Straight Edge Society. He says that after he defeats Morrison, he is going to shave his head and make him obey the ways of the Straight Edge lifestyle. Suddenly, John Morrison explodes into the ring and goes for Punk, but he, Luke Gallows and Serena escape. However, Morrison grabs hold of Darren Young and hits him with the Moonlight Drive, a move we haven't seen in a long time. The way Morrison was looking at Punk, it was as if he was telling him that he was going to receive a Moonlight Drive at WrestleMania. We then fade to a commercial break. C O M M E R C I A L B R E A KEDGE w/ Christian def. THE MIZ w/ Big Show via Disqualification. Two days until the Unified Tag Team Championships are up for grabs in a Four Way Elimination match. This match goes back and forth, Edge giving most of the offence, but it all broke down when Big Show got involved, entering the ring and booting Edge in the skull. This forced the referee to ring the bell. Christian jumped in and started delivering right hands to the Big Show. The Miz grabbed him from behind and planted him with a Skull Crushing Finale. Out of nowhere, MVP and Mark Henry run to the ring and fight off ShowMiz, who flee from ringside. The Hart Dynasty join in, attacking MVP and Henry from behind. But in the end, Edge delivers a Spear to David Hart Smith and Christian plants Tyson Kidd with the Killswitch. Edge and Christian stand tall, shouting up the ramp to ShowMiz as we fade to video. We once again see some clips from WrestleMania Week, showcasing what various people have been doing. We then return to SmackDown. THE UNDERTAKER WARNS JERICHOThe gong echos throughout the arena to a huge pop. The Undertaker makes his entrance to the ring, enters and grabs a microphone. He speaks to the WWE Universe. He says that he has faced seventeen different people at seventeen different WrestleMania events. He says that last year, against Shawn Michaels, he could almost feel the curse breaking at the hands of Shawn Michaels, in his greatest challenge yet. However, he claims to have known that Michaels would suffer the exact same fate as everyone else. He says that Chris Jericho, just like all the others, seem to think that they can break the Streak, but he is wrong. He says that WrestleMania is the yard of The Undertaker, and Chris Jericho will not be leaving as the World Heavyweight Champion. Undertaker makes it clear that at WrestleMania "Chris Jericho will-!". Suddenly, Chris Jericho enters the ring and cracks The Undertaker over the head with his own World Heavyweight Title belt. The crowd boo as Jericho smirks over a downed Undertaker. He gets down on his knees and leans into the face of Undertaker before saying "Rest... in... peace!". He then stands back up and holds the World Title high as SmackDown fades to the WrestleMania preview packages.

WRESTLING OBSERVER 27th March, 2010 - The supershow taping this past Monday night in San Jose, California featured Raw, SmackDown and WWE NXT. So for anyone wondering why there was only one WWE Superstars match and a shorter SmackDown broadcast, that was the reason. For those who switched over after the actual broadcast had finished, it was followed by someclips promoting the upcoming WrestleMania Axxess beginning tonight, some WrestleMania preview videos such as buil-up packages, and some interviews with various superstars regarding their WrestleMania experiences. - According to a recent source, Shawn Michaels is scheduled to appear on the Raw show following WrestleMania, but there is no sign of any other appearances. - For those wondering what will happen to the eliminated NXT Rookies, such as Michael Tarver, they are simply sent back to FCW. Apparently, at this stage, the WWE are only planning on puting forward one season of NXT, possibly due to the current season falling behind in the ratings. - NOTE FROM ME: WrestleMania XXVI is this Sunday, be sure to watch @ 7PM ET/4PM PT. The full match card can be seen at this link.

- It upsets me for the shortened show, but whatevs. - Good opening promo from Batista - a Cena appearance would of been nice though. - Punk and Gallows over Cryme Tyme is the right call - as Punk has things for Mania. - The threat by Punk is nice, and glad it was Young who got hit with the Moonlight Drive. - The Edge vs Miz match worked well promoting all the teams within it; was good. - That promo from Taker was good, and the Jericho part worked well with it. [Side Note: Taker was in a handicap match at Mania XIX, so it'd be 17.]
Good Smackdown regardless of the shortness of it for the Mania stuff.

March 28th, 2010 - Phoenix, ARIZONA
DARK MATCH: Just to warm up the crowd, the WWE treated us with a Twenty-Six Man Battle Royal. It was a relitively quick match-up, but it got the point across, and that point was that Ezekiel Jackson is in for a big push within the WWE. He survived twenty-five other men and won this Battle Royal in front of the Phoenix crowd. Jackson celebrated to the crowd as they are pumped up for the grand opening. EZEKIEL JACKSON wins the Twenty-Six Man Battle Royal.
Other Participants: Chris Masters, Carlito, Chavo Guerrero, Goldust, Primo, Santino Marella, William Regal, Zack Ryder, Finlay, Caylen Croft, Trent Barreta, Jimmy Wang Yang, JTG, Shad, Curt Hawkins, Slam Master J, Matt Hardy, Mike Knox, The Great Khali, The Hurricane, Vladimir Kozlov, Yoshi Tatsu, Luke Gallows, Hornswoggle
Afterwards, it's time for the commentators to make their way to the ring. First, we hear the Monday Night Raw theme, 'Burn it to the Ground' as Michael Cole enters the arena. He gets a decent reaction. Next up is his broadcast partner, Jerry 'The King' Lawler, coming out to a pop. And then finally, a shock to us all, the beginning of 'Boomer Sooner' hits and the crowd go nuts. Jim Ross makes his WWE return, entering the WrestleMania arena to a standing ovation. Jerry Lawler and Michael Cole stand and clap as JR makes his way to the commentary desk. They greet each other and then sit down, ready to call the big one! ____________________________________________________
"Yes, sir, we promised you a great Main Event..."
Before WrestleMania officially kicks off, we hear the voice of Justin Roberts. He says "Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome back to the WWE, singing 'America, the Beautiful'... Lilian Garcia!". She receives a huge ovation from the Phoenix crowd and gives us a fantastic version of 'America, the Beautiful' as we fade out to the opening montage.
LET THE SHOW BEGIN! 'I Made It' by Kevin Rudolf - 'Thunderstruck' by AC/DC - 'Be Yourself' by Audioslave
THE ULTIMATE INTRODUCTION; An absolutely huge pyrotechnics display bursts from the unique WrestleMania stage, causing the fans to erupt into cheers. The stage towers above everything else in the arena, featuring sand aside it to fit in with the desert theme of Phoenix, Arizona. The pyrotechnics finish and we hear the voice of Jim Ross, welcoming us to the grandest stage of them all, WrestleMania XXVI! He introduces himself and his two commentary colleagues, Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler before running down the main card. They say that tonight, we will see Main Events galore as we get to witness several huge matches, some which we never thought we would see at all, let alone at WrestleMania. He passes over to Cole who reminds us that Randy Orton will defend the WWE Championship in a Triple Threat match against Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase. He then passes over to Jerry Lawler who reminds us of two matches, John Cena versus Batista and of course the Street Fight between Mr. McMahon and Bret Hart! Jim Ross finishes it off, letting us know that the 2010 Royal Rumble winner, Chris Jericho will cash in his shot against The Undertaker tonight as they face off for the World Heavyweight Championship. We then hear the voice of Justin Roberts, introducing the first match-up to be the iconic Money in the Bank Ladder match!
MONEY IN THE BANK; [Match Graphic] All eight men enter the match to decent reactions and they stand inside the ring, staring up at the briefcase which hangs high above ringside. The bell rings and the match gets underway. Instantly, Dolph Ziggler is the first to leave the ring, grabbing a ladder and sliding it in. The others battle it out. Ziggler picks up the ladder and starts swinging it around, catching anyone who stands in his way. He takes out Kofi Kingston and R-Truth and then sets up the ladder, ready to climb. He rushes up to the top, but Kane grabs the bottom of the ladder and tips it up, sending Ziggler backwards into the trio of Sheamus, Jack Swagger and Rey Mysterio. Mysterio manages to avoid the collision though and runs around the toppled ladder to battle with Kane. They trade blows and Kane eventually throws Mysterio out of the ring. Kane tries to climb the ladder, but before he even gets past the third rung, Evan Bourne comes from nowhere to dropkick him off, sending him to the canvas. Bourne is taken by surprise when Sheamus drills him with a Bicycle Kick. On the opposite side of the ring, Kofi Kingston had leant a ladder in the corner and had whipped Jack Swagger into it. He then ran at him, but Swagger moved, expecting Kingston to crash into it, however, Kingston stands on a rung of the ladder and leaps backwards, connecting with a huge elbow to the head of Swagger. R-Truth grabs Dolph Ziggler and throws him over the ropes before attempting to climb a ladder. A group has seemingly congregated outside the ring, consisting of Kane, Rey Mysterio, Dolph Ziggler and Evan Bourne. R-Truth leaps from the ladder, taking down all four men. This leaves Sheamus, Kofi Kingston and Jack Swagger left inside the ring. Jack Swagger attempts to climb up, but Kingston yanks him down. Kingston climbs up, but Swagger yanks him down. Suddenly, Sheamus goes for a huge Bicycle Kick to Kingston, but he misses and instead, nails Swagger. Kingston takes the opportunity to grab a smaller ladder and smash it into the skull of Sheamus. Then, he throws the ladder at Sheamus, who catches it, but to the fans excitement, Kingston drills him with a Trouble In Paradise, causing the ladder to collide with Sheamus' skull. Kingston then climbs the larger ladder, ready to win, but Rey Mysterio jumps in and climbs the other side. Kingston and Mysterio battle at the top of the ladder, neither man gaining an advantage. Suddenly, Kingston lifts his foot high and connects with a huge roundhouse kick to Mysterio, knocking him off the ladder and down to a stray ladder on the canvas. Mysterio rolls around in pain as Kofi Kingston grabs the briefacase and wins the match. KOFI KINGSTON wins Money in the Bank.
The crowd go nuts as Kingston sits atop the ladder as the Money in the Bank winner. We see Sheamus enter the ring and pull at his hair in anger. Kingston looks down and points at him, showing him the briefcase. He then signals a belt around his waist. Right now, he is a virtual Champion, as 100% of Money in the Bank winners have gone on to claim their prize and become World Champion. We then fade backstage.
AN INTERVIEW WITH JOHN CENA; Matt Striker is backstage, alongside John Cena who gets a huge pop from the crowd. Striker says that WrestleMania is the biggest night of them all, and Cena knows how good it is to Main Event. He asks him how he feels about going in to a match at WrestleMania against someone he has never beaten. Cena says he knows he has never beaten Batista, and he knows that it won't be the easiest of challenges. He is expecting Batista's A-game tonight and he wants to steal the show. Cena says that tonight, all he is going to do is go out there and do what he does best, and if he has his way, he will be walking out as the winner tonight. He walks off as Striker smiles and gives us back to JR, King and Cole. We are then told that it is time for the next match, which is the Intercontinental Championship match.
INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP; [Match Graphic] Shelton Benjamin won a small Tournament to become the #1 Contender after moving from the now defunct ECW brand. He has risen to the challenge and will now face the undefeated Drew McIntyre for the Title. The two make their entrances, Benjamin getting a good pop, McIntyre getting a fair bit of heat. The match begins and the two trade blows. This is their first ever one-on-one confrontation in the WWE. They go back and forth, showing no signs of giving up. McIntyre gains the advantage, whipping Benjamin into the corner and following it up with a vicious clothesline. He covers him, but only gets a two count. Benjamin batles back, delivering hard rights to McIntyre. He goes for a Paydirt, but McIntyre shoves him away and boots him to the canvas. McIntyre runs at Benjamin, but is thrown through the ropes and to the outside. Benjamin backs up, and despite the referees disapproval, Benjamin runs and leaps over the top rope, hitting McIntyre with a huge plancha. Both men lay on the floor as the referee starts the ten count. Benjamin makes it to his feet and rolls in, and at the count of nine, so does McIntyre. Benjamin measures McIntyre for a Paydirt, but McIntyre evades the move, smashes Benjamin head first into the top turnbuckle and spins him around to give him a Future Shock, however, Benjamin escapes and plants McIntyre with a Paydirt out of nowhere, picking up the victory. SHELTON BENJAMIN def. DREW MCINTYRE [C].
Shelton Benjamin has done it, he has become the new Intercontinental Champion, giving Drew McIntyre his very first pinfall loss. He holds the title high, leaving McIntyre inside the ring in anger. We then fade out to a promo package.
We see a package, promoting WrestleMania XXVII, which will be held in Atlanta, Geogria on April 3rd, 2011. We then return to WrestleMania XXVI.
STRAIGHT EDGE SPEECH; We see Todd Grisham standing by with CM Punk, Luke Gallows and Serena to a huge amount of heat. Grisham begins to ask questions, but Punk simply snatches the microphone and shoves him away. Punk tells us that the statement he made this past Friday on SmackDown still stands, and he will make John Morrison submit to the Straight Edge Society, and join his group. Serena lifts a bag of hair clipped up to the camera and Punk says that John Morrison's face lies inside this bag, and once he defeats him, he will know exactly what he means. Punk shoves the microphone into the chest of Grisham before all three walk off. Grisham looks nervous as we fade back to the arena.
CM PUNK vs. JOHN MORRISON; [Match Graphic] Both competitors enter the ring and stare off. CM Punk points behind him to the bag Serena is holding, and we hear him shout to Morrison that they're 'waiting for him'. Morrison just throws the comment aside and lunges at Punk, tackling him to the canvas and unloading with rights and lefts. The referee starts the five count, forcing Morrison to back off. Punk slides back into the corner where he is comforted by Luke Gallows and Serena. Serena strokes Punk's face, telling him to go and get Morrison. Punk gets back to his feet and the two lock-up. Punk gets the advantage and backs Morrison into the corner he just came from. Punk lets go, obeying the referees count, but then distracts the referee, allowing Luke Gallows to pull the legs of Morrison, smashing his face into the canvas. Punk immediately rushes to Morrison, rolls him over and hooks the leg, but only gets a two count. Punk lifts Morrison up and then suplexes him back to the canvas. Punk taunts to the crowd, gaining him a lot of heat. He goes to lift Morrison up again, but Morrison rolls him up in a small package, however, only gets a two count. Punk jumps to his feet and stomps down on Morrison, beating him for humilating him. Punk then lifts Morrison up and whips him into the SES corner again. Punk once again distracts the referee as Gallows jumps onto the apron and chokes Morrison on the top rope. Unexpectedly, the referee turns round, despite Punk's distraction and sees Luke Gallows interfering. He then bans both Gallows and Serena from ringside as the crowd cheer. Punk goes mad shouting at the referee, claiming that they didn't do anything wrong. As the referee is dealing with the Straight Edge Society, John Morrison has some dirty tactics of his own and delivers a low blow to Punk to the crowds cheers. Morrison then spins Punk around and plants him with the Moonlight Drive, just like he said he would before picking up the victory. JOHN MORRISON def. CM PUNK.
Morrison celebrates his victory as CM Punk holds his neck. However, the celebration is cut shot when Luke Gallows and Serena return to the ring. Gallows attacks Morrison from behind as the crowd boo. Serena assists Punk back to his feet and the Straight Edge Society begin the beat down. Punk asks Serena to fetch the trimmers and she does. Punk pulls them out of the back and powers them up as Gallows grabs the head of Morrison. Punk is about to put the shaver to Morrison's head when suddenly, 'No More Words' begins to play through the arena as the crowd erupt. To the shock of everyone, Jeff Hardy runs to the ring, slides in and tackles Punk to the canvas. Luke Gallows drops Morrison and goes to battle Hardy, but Hardy fights back and dropkicks Gallows over the ropes. Punk escapes with Serena as Jeff Hardy stands tall. He helps John Morrison to his feet and the crowd go wild as Hardy and Morrison stand united as the Straight Edge Society back up the ramp. We then fade backstage.
MR. MCMAHON ARRIVES; We are taken to the parking lot where a limousine has just pulled up. Out steps Mr. McMahon to a huge amount of heat. He has a smug smile on his face as he walks through the parking lot. He meets up with SmackDown General Manager, Theodore Long who greets him with a bunch of security guards. Long says "I got the security you asked for Mr. McMahon, and good luck in your match later tonight". McMahon thanks him but then says "Oh, and you're still on probation...". McMahon walks off with his security guards as Long looks disappointed. We then cut elsewhere backstage.
ORTON'S PRETTY CONFIDENT; Matt Striker is standing by with WWE Champion, Randy Orton. He asks him if he is ready to defend his title against two of his former protoges. Orton looks at him and says He taught Rhodes and DiBiase almost everything he knows, but the things he didn't teach them will be his advantage in the match. He says that without him, Legacy wouldn't even exist, and both Cody and Ted would have been at the bottom of the pile on Raw. He says that he boosted their careers and made them what they are today, and they dare to throw it back in his face. Orton tells us that tonight, people will see who the better man really is, and it will be him. Orton walks off as we fade back to WrestleMania.
WWE CHAMPIONSHIP; [Match Graphic] The Legacy has been deteriorating for months now, and the final straw was at WWE Elimination Chamber when Ted DiBiase eliminated Randy Orton from the WWE Championship match. Luckily for Orton, he got his rematch clause and regained the title, but his feud with DiBiase wasn't over. All three men stand in the ring, Rhodes and DiBiase close together, seemingly forming an early alliance, obviously with the two still being friends. However, DiBiase goes forward to attack as Rhodes stays in the corner, looking rather reluctant. His reluctancy has become obvious as of late, but nobody knows why. DiBiase and Orton trade blows, unleashing their anger on each other. DiBiase gets the advantage for a few moments, throwing Orton into the corner and beating on him with right hands. We see DiBiase call Rhodes over for some assistance, but Rhodes remains out of the equation. DiBiase forgets about him and DDTs Orton to the mat. He covers Orton, but Orton kicks out, Rhodes was about to break it up, but Orton kicked out, and then he backed up into the corner once more. Orton turned things around now, delivering right hands to DiBiase. He looks to his left at Rhodes but says nothing and continues to beat down on DiBiase. Rhodes looks like he wants to go in to help, but doesn't know what to do. Orton lifts DiBiase up and goes for an RKO, but DiBiase shoves him away, chest first into the turnbuckle. As Orton topples backwards, DiBiase catches him and locks in the Million Dollar Dreem. He then signals for Dream Street, but Orton slithers out and drops DiBiase with his modified backbreaker. Orton covers DiBiase, but DiBiase kicks out. Rhodes is still in the corner at this point and is starting to aggrevate fans by not doing anything. Suddenly, Ted DiBiase whips Orton into the corner, the corner which Rhodes is standing in. Orton collides with Rhodes as DiBiase runs over. DiBiase stomps on Orton, as Rhodes holds his head after the collision. DiBiase lifts Orton up and throws him into the center of the ring. He pats Rhodes on the back and Rhodes looks at Orton in anger. He is obviously annoyed that he collided with him. Rhodes lifts Orton up and tells DiBiase to hit him with the Dream Street. DiBiase gets ready to do it but- Rhodes grabs DiBiase and plants him with the Cross-Rhodes! The crowd are in shock. RHodes stands up but doesn't go for the cover. He helps Orton to his feet and the two share a smirk as the crowd begin to boo. Cody Rhodes has turned his back on his friend, Ted DiBiase! And for some very unusual reason, Rhodes lets Orton lift DiBiase up and plant him with an RKO before picking up the victory. RANDY ORTON [C] def. TED DIBIASE & CODY RHODES.
Cody Rhodes leaves the ring and grabs the WWE Championship before handing it to Randy Orton. Orton smirks as he slings the WWE Title over his shoulder. Rhodes smirks too as he drops to his knees and gets in DiBiase's face. He shouts "You're stupid, Ted! You're stupid!". Rhodes and Orton stand tall, Rhodes raising the hand of Orton as DiBiase is out cold on the canvas. What a despicable act by someone we thought had turned over a new leaf. We then cut to the commentary desk.
JR, King and Cole remind us that all weekend, people have been taking part in WrestleMania activities. We then cut to a video package which showcases all these events. It shows the WrestleMania Art Exhibition, WrestleMania Axxess and quick clips from last night's WWE Hall of Fame ceremony. We then return to WrestleMania.
THE GAME IS READY; Triple H appears, alongside Josh Mathews, ready to conduct a quick interview. Mathews asks Triple H how Shawn's recent condition has affected their friendship. Triple H says that it has driven them apart, but he still feels a friend of Shawn. He says that he vows to get him through this stage whatever the case, and tonight should be the last night. He says he doesn't want to hurt Shawn tonight, but he just wants to put his Undertaker dreams to rest and get his head away from all that. He tells us that he wants a great match with the Showstopper tonight, Mr. WrestleMania, the Heartbreak Kid, he wants Shawn to bring his best. He then walks off as we fade back to the arena, where we are told that the next match is the Unified Tag Team Championship match.
UNIFIED TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPS; [Match Graphic] All four teams entered the ring and stood inside, analysing their opponents. The referee tells two teams to get out and leave on person from each of the other teams to start things off. Tyson Kidd and Christian kick things off tonight. They lock up and battle for a while. Kidd gets an advantage and tags in David Hart Smith who goes to work on Christian. Christian attempts to make the tag to his brother, Edge, but Smith won't allow it. Smith acts cocky, mocking Edge, dragging Christian away from his corner. However, Smith gets a bit too close to the corner of MVP and Mark Henry. Henry headbutts Smith over the ropes, causing the fans to cheer and chuckle slightly. This allows Christian to leap over to his corner and tag in Edge. He jumps in and measures Smith before delivering a huge Spear. Tyson Kidd jumps in, but Christian launches him over the top rope. Edge covers David Hart Smith and eliminated the Hart Dynasty. Edge celebrates, but the match isn't over yet as The Miz jumps in and takes Edge down. He whips Edge into his corner and tags in the Big Show. Show comes in and chops Edge across the chest, winding him. Show taunts to MVP and Mark Henry, saying that's what they'll get later on. He lifts Edge up and whips him around the ring before delivering a huge big boot. Mark Henry starts shouting at Big Show, so Show walks up to him and starts trash talking. MVP tags the arm of Big Show, tagging himself in, much to Show's dismay. MVP jumps in and grabs Edge before going for the Playmaker, however, Big Show is angry and drills MVP with a huge Knockout Punch, and then does the same to Edge. Edge and MVP lay out cold on the canvas as the referee begins counting. If a double countout wwent here, ShowMiz would retain. However, both Edge and MVP make it to their feet and tag in their partners. Christian and Mark Henry trade blows, Henry getting the upper hand. He lifts Christian up and goes for the World's Strongest Slam, but Christian avoids it and plants Henry with a huge Killswitch. Christian covers Mark Henry, eliminating him and MVP. The Miz comes in and capitalizes on the hurt Christian, planting him with a Skull Crushing Finale. The Miz thinks he's won, but Edge jumps in and breaks up the count. Big Show comes in and runs at Edge, but Edge pulls the ropes down, sending Show flying over the top and down to the floor. Edge slides under the ropes to fight with Show. Christian gets to his feet and walks over to the ropes. It looks as if he's going to leap over and take Big Show out, however, The Miz rolls him up from behind, grabbing a handful of tights and putting his feet on the ropes. The referee doesn't see any of it and The MIz pins Christian to eliminate him and Edge. The Miz and the Big Show shockingly retain their Unified Tag Team Championships. SHOWMIZ [C] def. EDGE & CHRISTIAN, MVP & MARK HENRY and THE HART DYNASTY.
ShowMiz escape ringside with their titles intact as Edge and Christian look on in disappointment. Their return tag team match results in a loss. The Miz mocks them, pretending to wipe away his tears. Big Show laughs as Edge looks over the ropes, threatening ShowMiz. We then fade to a promo package.
We see a promo package for the next PPV, WWE Extreme Rules, airing on April 25th, 2010. We then go backstage.
THE NXT ROOKIES ARE HERE; We are taken backstage with Matt Striker who is alongside all seven of the NXT Rookies. He reminds us that Michael Tarver was sent home this past Tuesday, leaving us with seven Rookies instead of eight. He turns around and asks them how it feels to be at WrestleMania. Heath Slater says it is an honour to be in the same building as these superstars tonight. David Otunga tells us that he has enjoyed every second so far, and doesn't want it to end. Daniel Bryan says he has enver experienced anything like it. Suddenly, the Unified Tag Team Champions, ShowMiz walk onto the screen. The Miz gets in the face of Daniel Bryan with a smile across his own face. He says "I hope you saw that Bryan, it's exactly why myself and the Big Show are the greatest tag team to ever walk the planet". Bryan responds, saying "Miz... you cheated...". The NXT Rookies chuckle, leaving Miz embarrassed. He shouts, saying that all seven of them are worthless, and it is a shame he could only have one vote this past Tuesday, because he would have got rid of them all. He says that all of them are nothing, especially Daniel Bryan. He and Big Show walk off as Daniel Bryan looks on in anger. We then return to WrestleMania.
THE WWE HALL OF FAME, CLASS OF 2010; We return to see 'Mean' Gene Okerlund standing on the stage to a big pop. He says "Ladies and gentlemen, tonight has been spectacular so far, and is far from the end, but right now, I want to take the time to introduce to you this years Hall of Fame class!". The music plays as the inductees walk out individually. We see Paul Bearer, Animal repsenting the Legion of Doom, Donal Trump, Helen Hart representing Stu Hart & Owen Hart, 'The Million Dollar Man' Ted DiBiase and finally... The Rock! The Rock getsa separate entrance, much like Stone Cold Steve Austin last year. He comes out to an outrageous pop and enters the ring, taunting on the turnbuckle. He grabs a microphoe and begins to speak.
THE ROCK HAS SOMETHING TO SAY; He speaks to the WWE Universe, letting them know how proud he is to be in the WWE Hall of Fame. He says he never thought that last year, after inducting his father and uncle, he would be in their position a year later. He says some things to the crowd about how great it feels to be back at WrestleMania. He says he's been waiting to do something for a long time, and that's "Finally - The Rock has come back - to Phoenix!". The crowd go nuts as he smiles. He says that there have been times when he has wanted to return to the WWE, because he misses it so much. He says that in the future, there could be a time and place for him to come back, and he says that he is definitely going to Guest Host Raw some time this year. He says he has enjoyed been back and can't wait to see everyone again. His theme plays and we fade to a backstage segment.
BRET HART SPEAKS; Todd Grisham is backstage with Bret 'The Hitman' Hart who gets a fantastic pop. Grisham asks him how it feels to be back at WrestleMania. Hart says it is undescribable how happy he is to be back and competing at WrestleMania, and he can't wait to get his hands around the scrawny neck of McMahon. Grisham says that tonight, it won't just be a regular match, it will be a Street Fight, how does he feel about that? Hart says that for years, Vince has said "Bret screwed Bret", but tonight, after he beats the holy hell out of him, it will be Vince that screwed Vince, for agreeing to the Street Fight stipulation. Bret then walks off as we return to the arena. We hear that the next match will be Triple H versus Shawn Michaels.
TRIPLE H vs. SHAWN MICHAELS; [Match Graphic] These two had spectacular entrances, and both got huge pops, regardless of HBKs actions as of late. Michaels looks relitively awake tonight, only looking slightly zombie-like. Triple H offers his hand to Shawn before the match takes place, but Shawn simply stares down at it without moving. Triple H shakes his head and then backs up, ready to start the match. The two lock-up and Triple H backs Shawn into the corner, focring the referee to split them. It's as if Shawn isn't even trying to fight back. Triple H mouths "I'm sorry..." to Shawn before slapping him acros the face to the shock of the crowd. Shawn gets angry and suddenly lunges at Triple H, tackling him to the canvas and delivering lefts and rights to the head. Triple H throws him off, gets to his feet and delivers some right hands of his own. This match is now officially underway. Triple H whips Michaels against the ropes and on rebound, drills him into the canvas with a huge spinebuster. He goes for a cover, but Michaels kicks out. He lifts him up and whips him against the ropes again, going for a clothesline this time, but Michaels ducks and as he bounces off, hits Triple H with his signature flying forearm, followed by a kip-up. Michaels climbs to the top turnbuckle and goes for his signature elbow drop, but Triple H moves. Both men get to their feet, but Triple H kicks HBK in the gut and delivers a huge Pedigree! The crowd thinks it's over, but Michaels somehow manages to kick out, showing us his fight is still there. Triple H can't believe it. He lifts Michaels up and goes for a secon Pedigree, but Michaels spins out and drills HHH with a huge Sweet Chin Music. The crowd go nuts as Michaels falls on top of The Game, however, Triple H has fight too, and kicks out at the two count. Michaels sits up and stares into his empty hands, much like in the past few months. However, he gets up and lifts Triple H with him. He goes to whipe him into the corner, but HHH reverses and sends HBK flying into the corner, causing himm to flip upside down and roll back into the ring. Triple H kicks him in the gut and delivers a huge Pedigree for the second time. The crowd go nuts. But Triple H doesn't go for the cover. We see him once again mouth "I'm sorry..." as he lifts HBK to his feet and drills him with yet another Pedigree, the third one in the match. He then covers HBK and puts him away for the three count. TRIPLE H def. SHAWN MICHAELS.
Triple H doesn't really celebrate his victory so much, he just checks on Shawn as his theme plays. He helps Shawn up to his feet, HBK holding his head from the Pedigrees. He once again offers his hand, just like at the beginning of the match, but this time, Michaels takes it. The crowd cheer as the two best friends hug in the center of the ring after a hard fought battle and leave ringside together. We then cut to the commentary desk.
Jim Ross tells us that after that display of friendship, he understands why he came back to call WrestleMania. He then says we are about to get a very special treat, and it is a performance from the legendary AC/DC!
AC/DC PERFORM THUNDERSTRUCK!; VIDEO HERE!
WOMENS & DIVAS CHAMPIONSHIPS; [Match Graphic] Two diva feuds have stood out in recent months, and combined, they form this tag team match. Both the Divas and Womens Championships are on the line tonight with the winning team walking away with both. The Womens Champion, Mickie James and the Divas Champion, Gail Kim are teaming up to defend against Michelle McCool and Maryse. The two teams stood in the ring, deciding who would go first. We kick things off with Mickie James and Michelle McCool. McCool gets an early advantage mocking Mickie James and slapping her around, She tags in Maryse who also dominates. She keeps control of MIckie, keeping her away from Gail Kim. She grabs her face and goes up to it, telling her something in French. Mickie fights back, slapping Maryse across the face. She goes to tag Gail Kim, but Maryse boots her in the side of the head, stopping her from doing so. She drags her back and covers her, but she kicks out. Maryse tags McCool back in who is ready to finish this. She lifts MIckie up and puts her head between her legs, obviously ready for the Faithbreaker. But Mickie drops to her knees and quickly crawls underneath McCool's legs and jumps to tag in Kim. She does and Kim leaps into the ring, taking McCool down with a dropkick. Maryse enters the ring, but is simply tossed aside by Kim with a roundhouse kick. Gail Kim grabs the arm of Michelle McCool and is obviously ready for Eat Defeat, however, McCool trips Gail Kim up and has her in a jacknife pin position. The referee doesn't se that Maryse grabs McCool's legs, preventing Gail Kim from kicking out and shockingly, they get the victory. MICHELLE MCCOOL & MARYSE def. MICKIE JAMES [C] & GAIL KIM [C].
Maryse and Michelle McCool are handed their newly won titles. Maryse is handed the Divas Title and McCool is handed the Womens Title. They hold their titles high as Mickie checks on Gail Kim. McCool and Maryse don't stop the attack there though, stomping down on both divas, adding insult to injury. But they are stopped by a force known as Beth Phoenix. The crowd go wild as the Glamazon rushes to the ring and hits both Maryse and McCool with clotheslines. Maryse manages to escape with her Divas Championship, but Michelle McCool is unable to get away. Phoenix grabs her in a chickenwing position and lifts her up before driving her into the canvas with a GlamSlam. Beth Phoenix helps Mickie James and Gail Kim to their feet as we fade backstage.
CHRIS JERICHO IS READY; We see Chris Jericho backstage in his locker room. He is preparing for his match when he is interrupted by none other than Edge, who gets a huge pop. Jericho tells him to get out, but Edge doesn't move. He says that he knows Jericho won't defeat The Undertaker tonight, because the Streak is unbreakable. Jericho thinks otherwise and says that Edge couldn't break it at WrestleMania 24, but he will break it tonight, proving that he is better than him. Edge laughs and says that Jericho's time will come, and they will face off eventually, whether he likes it or not. Edge leaves and we fade elsewhere backstage.
THE ANIMAL IS HERE; Josh Mathews is backstage with Batista. He asks Batista if he is confident going into his match with John Cena tonight. Batista looks at Mathews as if it was a stupid question. He says "Confident? Confident? Last time I checked, John Cena has NEVER defeated me, and that isn't going to change anytime soon. At Elimination Chamber, I made the impact I had been longing to make for months, and to be honest, I never expected it to go this far, but once I heard that my impact could be made bigger by taking Cena on at WrestleMania, I jumped at the chance. Tonight, I will make sure that not only Cena loses, but I will make sure that John Cena never appears in the WWE... again!" Batista walks off as we fade back to WrestleMania.
JOHN CENA vs. BATISTA; [Match Graphic] This all started at WWE Elimination Chamber when Batista mysteriously left the SmackDown Chamber, missing out on a chance at the World Heavyweight Championship. However, it became clear that Batista's only intention was to completely destroy John Cena, preventing him from entering the Raw Chamber. It was revealed that Mr. McMahon offered Batista the chance to make an impact if he was to take out John Cena for meddling with his business with Bret Hart. Tonight, John Cena gets his ultimate chance at revenge against The Animal. The two stare off, both looking extremely angry. They go face to face in the center of the ring as the referee attempts to split them up. He rings the bell and the match gets underway. John Cena wastes no time and delivers multiple right hands to Batista. He bounes him off the ropes and goes for a clothesline, but Batista hits a Spear instead. He lifts Cena up and throws him into the corner before driving his right shoulder into his gut several times. Batista laughs to himself, garnering lots of heat from the crowd. He whips Cena hard into the opposite corner, causing Cena to drop to the canvas in pain. He drags him into the center of the ring, drops down and begins pummeling Cena with right hands. Suddenly, Cena gets a rush of adrenaline and fights back against Batista, blocking his shots and hitting his own. Cena bounces Batista off the ropes and on rebound, hits him with a huge flying shoulder block. He hits two more of those before preparing for the Five Knuckle Shuffle. He nails it and then prepares to get Batista with an Attitude Adjustment. Batista gets to his feet and Cena lifts him onto his shoulders, but Batista manages to slip off and kick Cena in the gut. He attempts a Batista Bomb, but Cena escapes and trips Batista up before locking in the STF to a huge pop from the crowd. Batista screams in pain as Cena pulls back. Batista manages to crawl to the bottom rope and break the hold. Both men get to their feet and Cena lifts Batista onto his shoulders again but once again, Batista slips off and drills Cena with a huge Spinebuster. He signals for the end and lifts Cena to his feet. He lifts him up for the Batista Bomb, but Cena punches Batista in the head forcing him to drop him. Cena bounces off the ropes, but as he reaches Batista, he is lifted onto Batista's shoulders and slammed down with a huge amount of force with a vicious Batista Bomb. He covers John Cena and picks up the victory. BATISTA def. JOHN CENA.
Batista celebrates his victory to a lot of heat from the crowd. He looks down at John Cena who is motionless on the mat and chuckles to himself. He shouts "This is my time! This is my world!" Batista then leaves ringside as John Cena comes around. Cena looks on in disappointment as we fade backstage.
JERICHO SPEAKS; Matt Striker is backstage with the 2010 Royal Rumble winner, Chris Jericho. He asks him if he truly believes that he can end the Streak tonight. Jericho laughs and says that he can and will end the Streak. He says that not only will he end the Streak, but become the World Champion in the process. He says that everybody doubts him and favours The Undertaker, but there is no way that he is losing tonight. The lights begin to flicker and the crowd cheer. Jericho looks around before fleeing, leaving Matt Striker confused. We then go to another backstage interview.
STONE COLD IS HERE!; Todd Grisham is standing by with the Special Guest Referee for the upcoming Street Fight, Stone Cold Steve Austin, who gets a massive pop. Grisham asks Austin if he is honestly ready to call this down the middle after what he has been through with both Bret Hart and Mr. McMahon. Austin says he may dislike Vince McMahon, and he may have had some brutal encounters with Bret Hart, but in the end, he just wants to make sure that this whole problem is sorted out, and after 13 years, it really needs to be put to rest. He says that at the end of the day, they are both human beings, and this all needs to be resolved. He is the one to do it. He then walks off as we fade to ringside.
Jim Ross, Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler tell us that now is the time for the match that everyone has been waiting for, the Street Fight between Mr. McMahon and Bret Hart. We see a shot of Bret Hart's family in the front row who seem happy to be here. Mr. McMahon makes his entrance to tons of heat, but seems to throw it all aside with a smirk on his face. And then, we get the entrance of Bret Hart to possibly the biggest pop of the night. He comes out in black and pink pants with his new t-shirt on and his fists taped up, obviously ready to destroy McMahon. Finally, we hear the theme of WWE Hall of Famer, Stone Cold Steve Austin who will be the Special Guest Referee for this match. He enters and separates the two until he rings the bell.
13 YEARS IN THE MAKING; [Match Graphic] Mr. McMahon and Bret Hart want to unleash on each other. Austin tells them both that he wants this finished, so no funny business. Mr. McMahon takes advantage and beats down on Hart. He hits him with right hands before throwing him out of the ring. McMahon beats Hart up, right in front of his family who are on the front row. McMahon taunts his family, saying that "Bret screwed Bret!" and "He deserved to be screwed!". McMahon throws him around to the announce desk and smashes his head off of it. Austin arrives at the scene and tells McMahon to watch what he's doing. McMahon tells Austin to back off before grabbing a stel chair. He smacks Hart across the back with it, causing him to drop to the floor in pain. Austin can't do anything about it as this is a Street Fight. McMahon throws the chair aside and lifts Hart to his feet. He rolls him back in the ring before going underneath and pulling out a trash can. McMahon throws the trash can in the ring, obviously wanting to hurt Hart. He rolls in but is met with flying fists as Hart fights back. He unloads on McMahon, hitting him with precise right hands to the skull. He then lifts up the trash can and smashes it down onto McMahon. He sets the trash can up in the corner, wedging it between the top and middle ropes. He lifts McMahon up and whips him into the trash can, dropping him to the canvas. Hart covers him, but only gets a two count. He throws McMahon out of the ring, back to where Hart's family is. He grabs McMahon's arms and leaves him open to shots. Hart's family all take a shot at McMahon as the crowd go wild. Austin can be seen in the background chuckling at each shot, finding this beating towards McMahon funny. Hart then rolls McMahon into the ring and pulls out a singapore cane from underneath the ring, followed by a table. The crowd go nuts at the sight of the table. Hart sets the table up, leaning it against the corner. He then grabs the singapore cane and swings for McMahon, but he misses and McMahon delivers a low blow. He grabs the singapore cane and smacks Hart across the spine with it. He then signals that he's going to put Hart through the table. He takes the table out of the corner and sets it up in the center of the ring. He gets Hart in a powerbomb position, ready to lift. Just as he is about to do it, Hart reverses and back drops McMahon right through the table to a huge pop from the crowd. He then signals for the Sharpshoot which everyone is raring to see. Hart grabs the legs of McMahon and locks it in to yet another pop from the crowd. Austin gets down and checks to see if McMahon is tapping. Both McMahon and Hart scream, both for different reasons. Suddenly, out of nowhere, Batista rushes to the ring and tris to break the submission but- BAM! Stone Cold Stunner to Batista! Austin Stuns Batista out of the ring and then continues to check for the submission. Finally, Mr. McMahon taps out and Bret Hart is declared the winner of this match, avenging 13 years of his life made bad by Mr. McMahon. BRET HART def. MR. MCMAHON.
Bret Hart gets to his feet with the help of Austin and celebrates his victory. Mr. McMahon holds his spine in agony as he tries to leave the ring. However, Austin grabs him and pulls him back into the center of the ring. McMahon begs Austin not to do anything, and it looks like Austin listens and leaves mcMahon alone. But he goes straight back and hits him with a huge Stone Cold Stunner! He then throws McMahon out of the ring into Batista. Batista assists the Chairman to the back as Austin and Hart celebrate. They share a few beers to the excitement of the crowd. They smash their beer cans together and take a big drink. Everyone thinks Austin as about to Stun Hart, but he looks at Hart and laughs, as does Hart. They share a hug in the ring as we fade to a promo package.
We see a promo package, showing the majority of the Road to WrestleMania. It shows the Royal Rumble 2010 and Chris Jericho winning, eventually leading to him challenging The Undertaker and therefore leading to the match up next. The Main Event, the World Heavyweight Championship match.
WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP; [Match Graphic] Chris Jericho managed to win the 2010 Royal Rumble from #16 despite the return of Edge at #30. He managed to find his way to tonight at WrestleMania XXVI and claimed that he will be the one to end the WrestleMania Streak of The Undertaker, as well as win the World Heavyweight Championship, doing two of the biggest WrestleMania things in one night. Chris Jericho makes his entrance to a lot of heat and then we have the incredible entrance of The Undertaker. He comes to the ring, accompanied by his fiery pyro and dark, purple lighting. He reaches the ring and we have an epic staredown on our hands. An 'Undertaker' chant breaks out from the Phoenix crowd and the match gets underway. Undertaker delivers some hard shots to Jericho, backing him into a corner. He then hits him with some rapid punches to the gut. The referee tells him to back off and he does, but he intimidates the referee in classic Undertaker style, chasing him out of the ring. As Undertaker turns back around, Jericho delivers a low blow, which the referee didn't see as he was climbing back into the ring. Jericho grabs Undertaker and suplexes him to the canvas. He then covers him, but only gets a one count, it's obviously going to take more than that to finish of The Undertaker. Jericho takes the turnbuckle cover off of one of the corners. The referee notices just as he rips it off. He shouts at Jericho telling to to get away from the corner. He makes an attempt to pick up the cover and tie it back on, but it's too late after Chris Jericho is whipped by The Undertaker, crushing the referee against the exposed steel. Referee Scott Armstrong drops to the canvas in agony, eventually rolling out of the ring. Without a referee, Jericho sees an opportunity. He runs away from Undertaker, leading him to the announce desk where he smashes him over the skull with a steel chair. Undertaker stumbles and falls onto the announce desk, laid out. Jericho pummels at Undertaker, but 'Taker wakes up and grabs Jericho around the throat. He gets off of the announce desk and lifts Jericho up and is about to Chokeslam him through the table, but Jericho escapes. He smashes Undertaker's head on the desk and then rolls him back into the ring. Jericho remains outside for a while, taking a breather. However, he does not realise that The Undertaker got up and was about to dive into him. Undertaker bounces off the ropes and launches himself over the ropes and catches Jericho, but unfortunately goes through the announce desk. The crowd go wild, perhaps the biggest pop of the night after Bret Hart's entrance. Both men lay out on the floor, with no referee to count them out. We eventually get a referee coming down who starts the ten count, but Chris Jericho makes it in the ring and rolls back out to break it. He lifts Undertaker up and rolls him back into the ring. He then measures him for the Codebreaker, waiting for him to get to his feet. Undertaker gets up and Jericho goes for it, but Undertaker shoves him off into the exposed turnbuckle as the crowd cheer. As Jericho bounces back, Undertaker turns him upside down and plants him with a Tombstone Piledriver before picking up the victory, taking his Streak to 18-0! THE UNDERTAKER [C] def. CHRIS JERICHO.
The Undertaker celebrates his victory after being given the World Title by the referee. The lights go out and the thunder booms as he does his signature taunt in the center of the ring. The WrestleMania stage synchronises to show '18-0', signifying The Undertaker's Streak is very much still alive. Pyrotechnics explode from the stage as Undertaker looks on up the ramp. WrestleMania fades out on a shot of The Undertaker with the World Heavyweight Championship in his hands.
We see a quick recap of everything we have seen tonight such as Kofi Kingston winning the Money in the Bank Ladder match, Shelton Benjamin becoming the Intercontinental Champion, John Morrison defeating CM Punk and then being saved by a returning Jeff Hardy from the Straight Edge Society, Randy Orton retaining his WWE Championship after Cody Rhodes turns on his friend, Ted DiBiase, ShowMiz retaining their Unified Tag Team Championships, Triple H defeating Shawn Michaels, Maryse and Michelle McCool becoming the new Divas and Womens Champions, Batista defeating John Cena, Bret Hart defeating Mr. McMahon and finally, The Undertaker retaining his World Heavyweight Championship against Chris Jericho. - Jackson winning the pre-show Battle Royal is fine by me. - Glad to see Good Ol' Jim Ross back. - Good way to start off Mania with MITB, Kofi winning is sweet. - Benjamin beating McIntyre is fine I suppose - either way is good. - I am actually surprised Morrison went over here - but really glad. - The WWE Championship match going on 4th is fine, with all the other big matches, glad Orton retained. - ShowMiz retaining is fine. I smell a solo feud with them and E&C, which is great. - Hunter over Michaels is good - could of seen either over here. Good match and good post-match stuff. - Not really caring about the Women's and Diva's titles swapping; could of done with or without. - I am actually really surprised to see Batista go over here - but boy, I am so glad he did. - Good match up between Vince and Bret, and loved the Stunner on Batista. Bret winning is for the best. - And lastly - Undertaker vs Chris Jericho. Oh man, great match between the two and Taker winning is the right call.
You put in a lot of effort into this show and you can see it. Some great stuff you put in here and congratulations on making it to Mania, Elliot. This along with Kev is my favorite diary on the board... oh by the way, WrestleMania kicked ass.

WrestleMania time! You've built this show up perfectly man and because of that I'm going to do something I don't usually do. I'm going to type my reply while I'm reading instead of doing it at the end when I already know the result for each match. So here we go:
- Jim Ross making his grand return at WrestleMania is epic. I can only hope that the same thing happens tonight since an event such as this deserves to be announced by Ross. - Money in the Bank match is the clear choice to open the show. Nice to see the ladder coming into play early on. Some of the spots sound pretty awesome, especially R-Truth's dive and Kingston's trouble in paradise to the ladder. Nice to see Kingston getting the victory, he's been set up to get this kind of push for ages and its about time it was capitalised on. - The Intercontinental championship match was excellent, and it's good to see you using some of the midcard workers who aren't in Money in the Bank properly. You made both men look strong, but I'm glad Benjamin is finally getting some recognition and the title. - Punk/ Morrison is a feud I've always wanted to see, so this match is one of my faves out of the card. If I'm honest I would have preferred the SES to be sent back early in the match, but it's just a small gripe. Awesome to see Morrison getting the win, hopefully this means he'll be getting a world title feud soon. Jeff Hardy making a return is freaking epic and the perfect place to do it as well. I'm seeing a good SES/ Hardy & Morrison feud on the horizon. - Having the WWE Championship early makes sense, what with the calibre of the rest of the card. Rhodes reluctance is pretty interesting, I can see a turn on the cards... and there it is. Good to see Orton retaining, doesn't make sense to give DiBiase the title just yet. Rhodes turning on DiBiase was expected, I see the same happening tonight. It's a good way of pushing DiBiase as the face in their feud. - I'm pulling for E&C in the four way tag match. Not a fan of the Hart Dynasty going out so early, would have liked them to do a bit more. It's good to see it coming down to Showmiz and E&C, they were always the two important teams in this feud. While I'm a big fan of Showmiz I'm dissapointed that E&C didn't win, although if it's building up to a one on one tag match at Extreme Rules I can live with it. - Triple H vs. Shawn Michaels is an epic match and you've captured that feel, especially having both men kick out of their opponents finishers. Good to see Triple H get the win and the way he did was a nice touch. Loving the post match handshake, it'll be interesting to see where you take both men from here. - This is actually a Women's match that I'm looking forward to, and it's nice to see it getting a good write up and a decent position on the card. Awesome to see Maryse and McCool getting the belts. I feel you didn't really need the post match segment, just didn't fit with the WrestleMania feel. - Cena vs. Batista is a massive match, it's essentially this generations version of Stone Cold vs. Rock, just not as good. Sounded like a solid match, although I'm surprised to see Batista getting the win. You've given him a huge amount of momentum here and I'm hoping you'll actually do something with it. - Hart vs. McMahon is truly one of the most epic matches in years just for the nostalgia factor and the history between the two. Nice to see you kept this as a pure brawl since neither man can really wrestle any more. Austin stopping the Batista run in was nice, and Hart making Vince tap out after 13 years is truly a WrestleMania moment. - Taker/ Jericho is truly a great WrestleMania main event, but you really need to sell Jericho as someone who can break the streak to give this that extra edge it needs. A solid match and well written, although there should have been a few more 'will he break the streak moments'. Undertaker winning was expected but still a solid match overall.
A great WrestleMania man, and probably the best write up you've ever done. You managed to get in some WrestleMania moments and really made this your own.

WWE WrestleMania XXVI: Sunday 28th March 2010...Alright, I've sort of drifted away from this diary in the past few weeks, but now I'm ready to get back on track. So, let's get ready. Nice to see the return of the WrestleMania pre-show battle royal, very good idea for Ezekiel Jackson to pick up the win, but you could have mentioned who he eliminated last. Anyways, Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler and Michael Cole on commentary is a nostalgic note. Hopefully Matt Striker is somehow fitted into segments on the show in addition. Awesome idea for the Money in the Bank match to start off, but I think you definitely should have mentioned who was in the match beforehand as opposed to feeding us the gimmick match and then graphic. Hmm, Kofi Kingston winning Money in the Bank is alright but I wished for a heel to take the briefcase, personally. Kingston, Mysterio or Sheamus seemed most credible for the briefcase. As I mentioned previously, I dislike the idea to have the WWE Intercontinental Championship defended on the card, as this contributed nothing to the show and if anything, barely grasps interest. It downgrades the meaning of the title as well, since it's been used as a filler match after seven years in the past two 'Manias. Shelton Benjamin getting the belt from Drew McIntyre is a good way to go, however, as McIntyre still needs ways to get over. CM Punk and John Morrison surely would have an awesome match, but it seemed slotted onto the show it seems. I'd have loved for this to open up. Morrison beating Punk is fine, but Jeff Hardy returning is pretty unbelievable for me to take seriously, to be honest. Nice for him to be re-involved by attacking the Straight-Edge Society though, makes for a good WrestleMania moment. Randy Orton beating Ted Dibiase and Cody Rhodes was predicted, a good win for Orton at WrestleMania XXVI to retain the WWE Championship. I couldn't believe Rhodes or Dibiase as champion anyway. Dibiase and Rhodes falling out afterwards was nice, Rhodes turning on Dibiase was a good twist. The WWE Unified Tag Team Championship match was a complete waste of time, well, the MVP and Mark Henry & The Hart Dynasty part was, anyway. It should have simply been down to Edge and Christian & Big Show and The Miz from the start. In addition, Edge and Christian definitely should have won; Edge has been mistreated since he returned at the Royal Rumble and I dislike that. Wise idea for the stars of WWE NXT to appear at WrestleMania, even if a minor role. But I hate that Daniel is the only one who really got featured in this. It shows easily that he's going to win. Poor Wade Barrett, Justin Gabriel...Ha, The Rock having a promo is great. Triple H beating Shawn Michaels is great and all, but I would have liked HBK to pick up the win; it would have made better sense as since Shawn has lost his mind, he could easily transform back into his old self with a win over Hunter here. Was wise for HHH and HBK to reunite after the match, though. The WWE Womens and Divas Championship tag team match being placed here is great as it serves as a perfect filler between big matches. Michelle McCool and Maryse winning is fine, but I feel Mickie James and Gail Kim should have picked up the win. Heated match between Batista and John Cena, very great encounter here which should have been for the WWE Championship. Hmm, Cena should have won since this wasn't for the title; Batista winning makes little sense. Bret Hart and Vince McMahon wouldn't have been too grand a match, but it did serve great purpose and brought a close to the massive conflict these two have had. Hopefully this isn't the last of Bret in WWE. Great idea for this to go on last before the main event, too. A fantastic yet predictable main event with The Undertaker retaining the World Heavyweight Championship. Chris Jericho in my opinion wasn't convincing on the build to end the streak, and it proved here. I definitely feel both could have contributed with different matches. Overall, this is your best booked pay-per-view, and well done for that, but I feel there was some wrong things. However, with your enthusiasm and passion to book and write, that was the deciding factor; and this has certainly paid off. But your next task is to keep things spicy following WrestleMania; now you need to keep things going in the Aftermath of WrestleMania.

Time for Wrestlemania! Should be awesome! Ezekiel winning a Battle Royal, thats a great Dark Match and gets everyone thier bonus. Jim Ross back at the desk, I hope that really does happen tonight. Lillian singing ATB is awesome! A great opening passage there, good way to get us hyped for the show. Money in the Bank to open. Ziggler better win! Truth covers for Shelton with the big dive x) Wow! Kofi wins the Money in the Bank! Amazing! Great decision there, I wonder how it will play out. Good John Cena interview, gets us hyped for his match. Filler IC title match, not too bothered here, hope Shelton wins. Glad Shelton won, hope this is the start of a good push for him. Punk v Morrison will be good, I look forward to it. As with all of these two's contests, its excellent. Morrison wins out in the end. I'm not a fan of all these face victories so far tbh, I feel like its setting up for big heel wins later tonight. JEFF HARDAY! WOOP! What an awesome return that is! Poor Teddy. x) Orton has a great chance of winning tonight, but I would love a Cody victory. WWE Championship 4th on the card? Not sure about that. Thats a dissapointing end tbh. After all this I would've thought Cody might've grown a set, and took the title. Ah well, can't have it all ways. Good interview with Triple H. I hope Edge and Christian win, and then 5 Second Pose. I feel like they won't though, as thats too obvious. As I expected, the weaker two teams out first, with ShowMiz collecting a cheap victory. Don't like the NXT rookies at Wrestlemania backstage. Maybe them as fans would have been better, since they aren't WWE Superstars yet. Love The Rock promising to host! Bret in a great promo there. Triple H vs Shawn Michaels, I see a HBK victory here. This match telling a great story here, I like it. Triple H beats Michaels. Really didn't see that coming. And the aftermath, the picture we've been wanting to see for a long time now. Good stuff :') Sad to see both Diva belts change hands, as I dislike the champions. Like both promos there. I see Batista beating Cena again tonight, should be a good match. A great match between those two. Not at all surprised to see Batista go over though. Time for the big street fight. Really hope Bret wins, as a Vince victory would be pretty meh to me. Batista involved match in ruin! No STUNNER! HART WINS!! YAY! Undertaker wins, and the streak is intact following an amazing match. I like that Jericho got the main event spot. Excellent Wrestlemania man, just hope WWE's is just as good

-Ezekiel winning the opening battle royale was a very good call -Lillian coming back to sing America The Beautiful was nice -Choosing Money in the Bank to open was a good move, enjoyed the spots and although I'm not a big fan of his, Kofi winning was good -Benjamin as Intercontinental Champion seems like a step back for his career to be honest. I think McIntyre could've gotten more out of his Title run -Morrison/Punk was excellent, really wish Punk won but I enjoyed Jeff Hardy's return. Nice 'Mania moment -Triple Threat match was decent, figured Orton would retain as neither Dibiase or Rhodes is ready for the WWE Title. Rhodes siding with Orton is interesting though -Not a fan of ShowMiz retaining at all, Miz doesn't really need the three belts and E&C returning & winning the belts would have been fitting -I like Daniel Bryan finding a place on WrestleMania -Triple H beating HBK is fine, glad Michaels shook his hand after the match -Love Maryse & McCool winning the belts, but I'm glad Beth Phoenix stood tall after the match as it was good for the crowd -Surprised you went with Batista winning as I thought for sure Cena had it. Glad you did though as Batista needed this to help solidify him on Cena's level -Bret Hart winning was obvious, liked Austin's involvement -The table spot in the World Title match was amazing and the match was great. Love that 'Taker kept the streak in a classic match
Incredible show, you put a lot of effort into this and I really enjoyed it. This is HOF bound for sure dude, your best diary ever.

March 29th, 2010 - Phoenix, ARIZONA
The Hart Dynasty def. MVP & Mark Henry
"Yes, sir, we promised you a great Main Event..."
CUE OPENING PACKAGE
The pyrotechnics explode from the stage as we are hot off the heels of WrestleMania XXVI, and what a night it was! A night of surprises, a night of rivalries, a night of pure excitement, it couldn't have been any better! Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler emphasise this, telling us that they enjoyed last night so much, and now we are on our way towards WrestleMania XXVII in Atlanta! They reveal that tonight, the Main Event will be a WrestleMania Rebound contest which will put the team of Batista and WWE Champion, Randy Orton against the unlikely duo of John Cena and Ted DiBiase. They also tell us that tonight, if he is capable, Mr. McMahon will be making an aannouncement regarding the Guest Hosts to come in the next few months. However, we are interrupted by the theme of WWE Hall of Famer, Bret Hart who comes out to a mssive pop.
THE HITMAN IS PROUD; Hart enters the ring to a "Thank you Bret!" chant, coming out of a victory over Mr. McMahon last night in a Street Fight. He speaks to the WWE Universe, saying "I would like to thank all of you for your support last night at WrestleMania, McMahon got what he deserved!". The crowd cheer, but he continues. He goes on to say that McMahon isn't here tonight due to the beating he suffered last night, and therefore, his 'announcement' has been postponed till a later date, when he is physically able to do so. Bret Hart says that tonight, he has an announcement of his own, and that is that he plans to stick around on Raw for a while longer as he wants to witness the WWE in action, now that his mind is off of McMahon and WrestleMania. He is about to continue, but he is interrupted by WWE Champion, Randy Orton, who gets a lot of heat. It should also be noted hat he is accompanied to the ring by Cody Rhodes. Orton speaks to Bret, saying "Bret, last night, you may have defeated the Chairman of the WWE, but now that you have accomplished that, you need to leave. All you're doing by staying is taking up space and time, that could be used for myself and Cody Rhodes." The crowd boo, and Hart retaliates. He says that he saw what Orton and Cody did last night, and he found it rather amusing that if it wasn't for Cody, DiBiase would have been the WWE Champion tonight. Orton doesn't like this, and tells Hart to keep his nose out of his business, ironically. Hart says that he isn't looking to start any new rivalries during this run in the WWE, and simply wants to observe from a distance. Orton says "Well, that can be arranged... how about I Punt you in the skull, then you can observe from a hospital bed...". Hart shakes his head and tells Orton that he shouldn't jump ahead of the game, just because he is the WWE Champion. Orton says that if Bret keeps showing up to Raw, he will just have to finish the job that McMahon failed to finish, and that is take out Bret Hart. Orton's theme hits and both he and Cody leave ringside, leaving Hart in the ring alone. We then go to a commercial break.
C O M M E R C I A L B R E A K
KOFI KINGSTON def. JACK SWAGGER; Last night, Kofi Kingston was victorious in the Money in the Bank ladder match, and is now guaranteed a shot at the World Title within the next 12 months, whenever, wherever he pleases. Jack Swagger was also in the match, but came up short. However, he looks to regain some momentum in this contest, but unlucky for him, Kingston is still on a roll and defeats him following a huge S.O.S for the pinfall victory. After the match, Kingston celebrates, only to be burtally attacked from behind by Sheamus. Sheamus rips Kingston from the turnbuckle and lifts him onto his shoulders before driving him into the canvas with a huge Crucifix Bomb. Jack Swagger got to his feet and had a little stare down with Sheamus before Sheamus left the ring. Swagger left shortly after and Raw faded backstage.
SHOWMIZ ARE GLOATING... AGAIN; Backstage, we see Josh Mathews alongside The Miz and the Big Show who are still the Unified Tag Team Champions. Mathews asks The Miz if he is proud of his victory over three teams. Miz says he knew it all along, and was guaranteeing victory whatever the case. He says that he and Big Show aren't some paper champions, and that they are the real deal. He says that whoever they defend against, they will retain, and they plan to become the longest reigning Unified Tag Team Champions in history. The Big SHow says that he and The Miz are definitely the most dominant, and that isn't going to change. However, as they begin to leave, they meet Evan Bourne who gets a huge pop. Bourne says that even after his loss in the Money in the Bank match, he feels like he still has momentum. He then shocks everyone and challenges The Miz to a United States Championship match... tonight! The Miz looks at the Big Show before both men burts out laughing. The Miz pats Bourne on the head in a very patronising manner and in a patronising voice says "Alright, Evan. Don't forget to tie your laces, will you?". ShowMiz walk past him chuckling as Bourne looks on in anger. We then fade to a promo package.
We see a package advertising WWE Extreme Rules, airing on the 25th of April, 2010. It hypes that every single match will be contested under Extreme Rules in some form. We then cut to a commercial break.
C O M M E R C I A L B R E A K
GAIL KIM, MICKIE JAMES & BETH PHOENIX def. MARYSE, MICHELLE MCCOOL & LAYLA; A rather quick match here, but it got the job done, featuring four divas from last nights Double Title match, with the addition of Beth Phoenix and Layla from SmackDown. Beth Phoenix made a huge impact after the match, taking out both Maryse and McCool, and tonight was no different. Phoenix physically dominated and finished up the match by covering Layla after a huge GlamSlam. Atfer the match, Phoenix made it clear to Michelle McCool that she was coming for the Women's Championship, and even Mickie was agreeing, saying McCool should watch her back. Gail Kim also showed interest in a rematch with Maryse. We then fade backstage.
TED DIBIASE & JOHN CENA MEET; Ted DiBiase is shown backstage to a decent pop from the crowd. John Cena walks onto the scene to an outstanding pop, putting DiBiase's to shame. DiBiase looks up, but then looks back down and continues to lace up his boots. Cena says "Look, Ted, I have no reason to be liking you too much either, but I'm a nice guy, and I respect what you're fighting for. I know first hand what Randy Orton is like, he is a no good scheming viper, that will do anything to keep the WWE Championship." DiBiase stands up and gets face to face with Cena. He says that right now, he isn't too fond of being teamed with Cena, but if it gets him a match with Orton, then he is fine with it all. He also says that he doesn't really care for the WWE Championship, he simply wants to get his hands on both Orton and Rhodes for stabbing him in the back last night at WrestleMania. Cena nods his head and then pats him on the back, telling him he looks forward to tonight. DiBiase gives a bit of a nod to Cena as he leaves, showing that their is some relationship brewing. We then return to ringside.
EZEKIEL JACKSON & WILLIAM REGAL def. PRIMO & SANTINO MARELLA; A quick match here, kicking things off with William Regal and Primo. Regal worked over Primo with ease, keeping him away from his corner. However, Primo managed to tag in Santino, but Regal managed to bring in Jackson. Jackson ploughed through Primo and Santino, eventually finishing the match by hitting Santino with the Book of Ezekiel. The commentators mention Jackson's win in the pre-show Battle Royal last night at WrestleMania. We then fade to a commercial break.
C O M M E R C I A L B R E A K
We return to see a promo package for the next 3-hour episoe of Raw, which will be on the 26th of April, 2010, the night after WWE Extreme Rules. We then return to Raw.
UNITED STATES CHAMPIONSHIP - THE MIZ [C] def. EVAN BOURNE; Judging from Miz's earlier reaction, he was prepared for a walk in the pakr here, not expecting much from Evan Bourne at all, but boy, was he wrong... Bourne gave this one his all, showing that his loss last night did nothing but fire him up more, ready to have some success on Raw. The Miz was mocking Bourne when he got the advantage, but Bourne fought back with hard kicks and high flying moves. Nearing the end of the match, he had The Miz set up for the Shooting Star Press, however, as Bourne leaped, Big Show dragged Miz from the ring, causing Bourne to crash to the mat. The referee had a few words with Big Show, but it wouldn't do anything as The Miz slid back into the ring and hit Bourne with the Skull Crushing Finale for the victory. The Miz grabbed all three of his title belts and stood tall alongside Big Show. He looks very angry that he had been shown up by Bourne in this match, and began screaming "I'm Awesome! I'm Awesome!". We then fade backstage.
BATISTA ISN'T THROUGH; Josh Mathews is once again backstage, this time, with Batista, who gets a ton of heat. Mathews asks him if his victory over John Cena finished the feud. Batista chuckles and tells him that this is only the beginning. He says "Josh, at first, I was just looking to destroy Cena at Elimination Chamber. Then, I was offered a WrestleMania opportunity by Mr. McMahon, so I took it, and once again destroyed Cena. Now, I realise that I have some sort of addiction to brutalising John Cena, and I am loving every second. John Cena hasn't, and never will beat me, so I have nothing to worry about. John Cena has become my personal tackling dummy, and I like it that way. If Cena wants to try and fight back, then good for him, but I think he'd be put through less pain if he didn't." Batista walks off leaving Josh Mathews and the WWE Universe slightly disturbed. What has become of Batista?
THE HEARTBREAK KID IS HERE; The WWE Universe cheer as Shawn Michaels makes his way to the ring, looking a bit more healthier than usual. He enters the ring and begins to speak. He says "Last night, I realised what I have done over the past few months. Hunter opened my eyes to the person I had become over this ridiculous Undertaker saga. Last year, I came the closest ever to beating The Undertaker, and now I realise, that that is an accomplishment in itself. Now, I have seen doctors and my good friends and helped me through this stage, but I need some time off to clear my head. So, I would like to take this time to say a quick goodbye to the WWE Universe, and thankyou to all who stuck with me through this tough time. But this isn't goodbye forever, as the Heartbreak Kid will be back!" Shawn turns to leave, but is stopped by the theme of Triple H to a huge pop. Triple H comes out, enters the ring and suddenly gives Shawn a hug. He then says "Shawn, I was honoured to have faced you last night, and I am extremely glad that I could help you through this tough time in your life. So, before you leave, I just wanted to say thankyou, and that me and you will ALWAYS be the best of friends, no matter what." Shawn smiles and returns the hug before saying "Thankyou" and dropping the microphone. Shawn leaves, waving goodbye to the fans as Triple H claps him. We then fade to a commercial break.
C O M M E R C I A L B R E A K
RANDY ORTON & BATISTA def JOHN CENA & TED DIBIASE; John Cena and Ted DiBiase were clearly ready to get their hands on their rivals. Batista came out with a sadistic smile on his face, obviously due to being able to 'destroy' John Cena, as we learned earlier. WWE Champion, Randy Orton came out alongside Cody Rhodes. The match began with John Cena going face to face with Randy Orton. It then broke down eventually, allowing John Cena to make the tag to Ted DiBiase, leaving him as the legal man with Randy Orton. DiBiase stalled a bit, building himself up to attack the stunned Orton. Orton was just getting of a from a Five Knuckle Shuffle received at the hand of John Cena. On the outside, we see Batista and John Cena brawling, and they eventually take it into the crowd and out of view. The referee is distracted, trying to call Batista and Cena back to the ring, this allows Cody Rhodes to run into the ring and grab DiBiase before hitting him with the Cross-Rhodes as the crowd boo. Orton gets to his feet and sees Rhodes leaving the ring with DiBiase down. Orton smirks at Rhodes, who smirks back. Orton then hooks the leg of DiBiase as the referee turns around and picks up the victory for himself and Batista.
ORTON & RHODES STAND TALL; Cody Rhodes hands Randy Orton the WWE Championship, much like last night at WrestleMania, and both men stand tall over Ted DiBiase. Orton squats and puts the WWE Championship in Ted's face before shouting "Your legacy is over, Ted!". Orton then stands and hols the WWE Championship high above his head and Cody Rhodes claps him. Raw then fades to a close.

WRESTLING OBSERVER 30th March, 2010 - We saw this past Monday on Raw, Shawn Michaels will indeed be taking his leave from the WWE for his annual break following WrestleMania. Many suspected that Shawn Michaels would be retiring, however, that seems unlikely now. However, it is almost guaranteed that next year will be the final year for Shawn Michaels, so expect his retirement to come around WrestleMania XXVII.
- Apparently, creative are pushing for Evan Bourne to be feature more promenantly on Raw, hence his sudden United States Championship match on Raw this past Monday. Expect Bourne to be on Raw much more frequently in coming months.
- Speaking of pushes, Kofi Kingston and Jack Swagger are set to be next in line for a huge push. Kofi Kingston's push began back in October when he began his program with Randy Orton. The push died down a bit and is now apparently set to be brought back with his recent Money in the Bank victory. Jack Swagger is also set for a decent push as he continues to impress WWE officials. Expect him to be given some sort of angle soon on Raw.
- It was officially confirmed this Monday that this years WWE Draft will be taking place the night after Extreme Rules. According to various sources, some huge moves are being planned to spice the WWE up a bit, following WrestleMania. Expect the majority of feuds to culminate at Extreme Rules, with a chosen few set to continue into the year.

-The show graphic looks great, can't wait to see these every week -Interesting opening promo, I like the interaction between Orton & Bret, but felt like the promo ended flatly -Kofi over Swagger makes sense since he holds the briefcase. Sheamus/Kofi at Extreme Rules can be pretty good, interested at Swagger staring down Sheamus as well -Miz/Bourne will be good later, I'm sure -Beth pinning Layla was the best choice, and Beth/McCool & Kim/Maryse will be great when they happen -Dibiase teaming with Cena will surely get him a bigger pop soon, though I don't like Ted saying he doesn't really care about the WWE Title right now. I get what you meant by it, but it doesn't sound too good -Jackson & Regal winning was obvious, continues Ezekiel's push -Miz retaining was the best choice, but glad it wasn't a squash -Batista's promo was excellent -The HBK/HHH segment was a touching moment -The main event was good and the ending was great. Love Orton telling Dibiase that his Legacy is over
Great Raw, this diary continues to be the strongest around. Can't wait for Extreme Rules and the Draft.

HD beating MVP and Henry is a cool Superstars match. Hart and Orton feuding? Very interesting indeed. Swagger jobbing to Kofi is fine, as Kofi needs momentum. Sheamus attack afterwards, builds him as a threat. I love The Miz, and can see him saying something like the Shoelace line, so that was very cool. I somehow see Bourne winning off an E&C distraction. To be completely honest, I was disspointed the heels won last night. I hope that the faces get the belts back soon. I like how Ted admits he doesn't care for being teamed with Cena. Ezekiel push continues, its going nicely so far. Keep it up. I'm glad Regal stuck with him. Bourne losing makes me sad, but the circumstances make me think that he will be getting another chance. Addiction? PUNK! I like how Batista described it. Hopefully you wrap the feud up soon though, maybe with a stretcher match perhaps. Shawn taking a break makes sense, both storywise, and irl. Like Triple H's reassurance in there as well, hopefully Shawn comes back better than ever! A good main event to close the show with, I just hope Ted isn't completely buried in this feud.
A great show as always man. Keep it up!

- Orton and Hart tension was pretty interesting to see. - Kingston over Swagger makes sense because he's MITB. Post-match stuff is interesting. - Good backstage promo from ShowMiz. Digging the team a bit more now. - The faces winning the divas tag match makes sense. - The Ezekiel push is continuing, I hope he gets US gold eventually. - The Miz retaining over Bourne is fine - I hope Miz loses it though if you keep ShowMiz. - Good stuff between HBK and HHH. Michaels taking a break makes sense to do. - And a real good main event for Raw, liked the touch after the match too.
Great Raw as I would expect.
