Everything here moves briskly. I have seen multiple re-stocks at my local TRU and Wal-Mart. Plus I cover a good amount of NJ for work, and it looks as if these are selling just fine.

Found out from a worker tonight (thanks to the kind soul who posted UPC codes) that Basic 2 and Elite 2 are on order at my WalMart.
They finally stocked the Series 2 two packs, but I'm waiting on an updated Miz and a better Morrison - I don't care about Finlay and Swoggle either. The only Basic 1 figure still out is HHH, the rings are all gone, and the only Elite's left are MVP and one Edge and 'Taker.

People pay $10 - $15 for a various array of toys! This guy was talking out of his ass big time like most of the people who work there.

Damn. Cuz my stores cant keep the basic line in stock. Yes, my Walmart has 3 or 4 Heritage figures. Yes, my TRU's are all stockpiled in the repaint series. But Basic 1 sold and sold and sold. And now its gone. My Walmart never even put that out on the shelves. 2 Packs, Elite, EG, Flex Force.....those are shelf warmers. They seriously have them all here and they aren't moving. I suppose it just depends on the location. This is just one of those areas where a lot of parents aren't going to shell out that much money for a single figure. I fully expect them to pull back a bit here once this shipment moves. They've had them here for 3 or 4 weeks and they still have a bigger portion of the entire shipment. What is your location? Here in Lexington, Elite and Basics move like hot cakes.. Shawn Michaels vs. Chris Jericho, Bourne, Cena, Edge, Orton, Kingston, is no where to be found.. Legacy warms the shelves.. MVP Elite, A couple Basics.. Entrance Greats.. Everyone besides Michaels.. And of course the infamous Flexforce.. I'm more worried about Elite and Basics.. I dont really care about any of the others. But CM makes a great point about Wal-Mart.. The ones I go to still have a ton of Star Trek product.. X-Men Origins: Wolverine.. Including a few Terminator Salvations, and Transformers 2. Even a Brother Love Classic.. Mattel will learn what to do about their WWE product eventually, as time goes on.. It has only been like 1 month since the begining anyways.. I wanna see where they are in a year.. And Wal-Mart.. Well.. They may never learn; this overstock of old product has been going on as long as I can remember.. But HEY! They did have Carlito & Primo out in Hamburg..

I think the price has to do with a it because I have seen a few times where I will see a parent say no because the figure is to expensive.

I think the price has to do with a it because I have seen a few times where I will see a parent say no because the figure is to expensive. Buying a large number at once could get pricey, but $15 isn't a lot of money. Hot Toys at $150-$200 are expensive figures, lmao. Totally different products, but in comparison Mattel is WAAAAAY cheaper.

That sucks. I have not checked in a while but last time I was there my wal mart only had the first two pack series and entrance greats. No basics or any 2nd series.

Dear Wal Mart,
Think something is too expensive in your store? You set your own prices.
Roll that sh*t back.
Sincerely, The Collecting Public

I wouldn't be surprised to see this happen here as well. These things just are not selling at the given price. same here and i think the same will happen with the TNA and NWA lines not because of the prices but because the kids dont know NWA and WWE is bigger than TNA.

I think that the main buyer of these is the collector. A collector don't care to shell out 10-15 dollars for a figure. But the parent of a child is a lot less likely to pay that much. It would be crazy to see what would happen with these things with a simple 1.50-2.00 price drop. I think just that much would make a huge difference in the figures moving along.

My Walmart just put a whole bunch of new stuff out. I was able to get Basic 2. But the flex force isn't selling real well, but it is only one month past Christmas so a lot of parents might not be buying new toys just yet.
But in this are the Basic 1 sets sold real well, except the red Batista. My Kmart's huge selection was moving pretty quickly also. Some of elite's are warming shelves, like Edge, Taker, Punk. But MVP & especially Rey are flying out the door

The Wal-Mart I work at (yes, as a toy associate) has been doing pretty well on the basic series of WWE stuff, as well as Elite and 2 Packs. Flex Force is nearly full which doesnt surprise me. I know we had 83 basic series on hand last week, and down to 61 day before yesterday. Still 4 nearly full cases of s2 in the back as well..

The Wal-Mart's around me all have various levels of Mattel product.
There's one not far from my house, which is where I found Basic Series 2, including 2 1/1000 Kane figures. They also have the basic rings, and had a few scattered Flex Force guys. This same Wal-Mart has also never had any Basic 1, 2 packs, or Elites.
A Wal-Mart close to my work has not stocked ANYTHING other than some Flex Force and Series 1 2 packs. The weird thing about this Wal-Mart is that every night they're putting palettes out to be unloaded, but they always seem to have the same stuff on them (Barbies, Hot Wheels, Transformers). I swear the people who work there stick the palettes out at night, never unload anything, and then go put them in the back room. My belief is furthered by the fact that I discovered the box of Series 1 2 packs almost 3 weeks ago, and the employee opened it for me. I didn't wind up buying anything out of it, and placed the Beth/Santino on the shelf. Up until this week, they hadn't even stocked the rest of that case, as the only thing on the shelf were the Beth/Santino pack I placed there and a RA 24.5 Paul Heyman.
There's another Wal-Mart that is a bit tucked away that I finally checked out, and they had the entire Heritage Series including Cena and Undertaker, as well as Elites and Basic 1, plus the Wal-Mart exclusive ring and the Basic Rings.
Every store around here seems to vary greatly. I found many UFC guys at the first one mentioned, while the one in the middle never had even one in stock.

I went to my WalMart and they only had a CM Punk wristbands set, and an Evan Bourne Flex Force. Everything else was empty.
