i have 3 figures with problems: CM Punk: EXTREMELY loose foot Batista: arm is verry loose Triple H: Foot is loose Need to know what will happen wheni report them. what will they do?

They wont do anything but say return them and get them replaced, Jakks dont do it an neither does Mattel.

I have the same question. Not the fact that any figs have loose joints though. does Mattel have an email for customer service?

Nothing , my Rey leg fell off and my batman from the clayface/batman pack had his arm fall off right out of the package

They would send you a manufacturers coupon for a replacement if it was broken. But loose joints aren't broken or damaged so they'll probably do nothing. Seriously if companies were going to "replace" figures with loose joints Jakks would owe me a new figure for every RA styled figure that I bought with the tall boots (Hogan boot mold)
