After looking at it, I can see it was design like that but they very loose. I just open my elite series 1 and 2 yesterday and the only one that I don't have a problem with is Rey. The rest HHH, Orton, Batista and Punk the ankle are very loose and I can even pose them without falling. I don't play with my figures. I just display them. I can't pose them like how PJ has them. It's nice to have the extra pivot but they don't have to be that very loose. For $15, I should be able to pose them without falling down

Sorry to hear that you are having such poor luck, but like I said mine are all fine with the exception of Taker. Here's a quick pic I just took (MVP & the extra HHH & Orton are in my Basics setup. But they can all stand on one leg  That picture made me chuckle. "Sorry, we're cancelling ECW. In its place will be WWE EXTREME AEROBICS!" |

The elite Orton is sex. It's easily my favorite figure of the elites that I own. That figure totally captures him, it's basically a poseable statue. I can't think of anyone really who could also use that torso and limb setup, it's that close to Orton's real physique.
