how long did it take to go down, i mean i received 25% last august, ask for it to be decreased/removed a few times and nothing happened  |

I got the 99% in like July I think, then after a month and a half later I requested it to be removed and it was taken down.

You have two warnings in less than a month. In 45 days, if you have no more warnings, we can lower it. If you get another warning, you will be banned.

Do i need to keep them tags in my user notes
because i deleted the one i got from august and i think thats why it wont get removed

If my knowledge of proboards is accurate, admins can still see user notes they, or other admins have put in your user notes regardless of if you erase them or not. It's like a time stamp of sorts.

I'm pretty sure you don't have to keep them in the user notes. I had my warning bar for months and just one day it as gone. Didn't even ask for it to be removed.
