Jim Ross: You are making it seem like you have a stake in this. Do you?
Bobby Heenan: I just want what's best for this company and that's Ric Flair as champion.
Jim Ross: Well, we'll see tonight if he can live up to your hype. Let's send it up to Gary Michael Cappetta for our first match.

Nash finally just grabbed McMahon threw him to the ropes and hit him with a big boot. Once on the ground, Nash picked up McMahon, put him between his legs and lifted him up and delivered a powerbomb for the victory.
GMC: The next match is a one fall match. From Badstreet USA, weighing in at 255 pounds, Michael "PS" Hayes. And his opponent from San Antonio, Texas weighing in at 225 pounds, Tully Blanchard.

He gets to the ropes and holds onto them. Hayes gets off and pulls on the left leg, bringing Blanchards whole body swinging out from the ropes and crashing to the mat. He applies the half crab again wrenching on the left leg. Blanchard again gets to the ropes. Hayes picks up Blanchard who is favoring his left leg. Blanchard goes to kick Hayes, but he grabs and holds his right leg. Blanchard jumps with his left leg connecting with an inziguri, but once on the ground Blanchard grabs his left leg. He pulls himself up and is limping. He picks up Hayes and tries to pick him up for a suplex but he can't hold him with a bum leg. Hayes reverses Blanchard and hits the slingshot suplex, stealing the finishing move of Blanchard. He grabs the left leg and turns him around for another half crab. This time in the middle of the ring. Blanchard is out of it and the ref calls for the bell.
GMC: This next match is a one fall match and it is for the United States Heavyweight Championship. Weighing in at 265 pounds from Chicago, Illinois, Lex Luger. And his opponent weighing 253 pounds from Tampa, Florida, Paul Orndorff.

He is trying to make sure Luger cannot apply the torture rack. After Luger gets up he hits Orndorff a few times, runs to the ropes and hits a flying forearm. Orndorff quickly gets up and Luger goes off the ropes once more and hits another flying forearm. He picks up Orndorff and gives him a hip toss. Orndorff gets up and charges Luger and hits a Lou Thesz Press battering Luger with rights and lefts. Orndorff tries for a piledriver but Luger reverses and then poses with the fans cheering him on. The ref starts the 5 count and Dean breaks at 3. He drags Anderson to the middle of the ring and tries applying the Cloverleaf again, but Anderson keeps kicking and finally pushes Dean away with his legs. Arn goes off the ropes to deliver a knee drop, but Malenko rolls out of the way and Arn's knee crashes into the mat. When Anderson gets up Malenko hits a drop kick sending him into the ropes, he bounces off and Malenko grabs him and hits a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker on Anderson. He again applies the cloverleaf.
