Anyone else have any problems like this? I open Rey and i start moving around his articulation, one of the leg joints feels REALLY soft and the first time i move it all the way upwards it snaps! Really pist off.

Nope.. That really sucks though. I hope you can take him back. I don't see how you couldn't.

That completely blows dude. Go grab another one, open it carefully, and put the broken one in the new packaging and return it...

Haha yea i was expecting that. Ironically though i hate anything Jakks and find Mattel to be far surperior. This is my first issue with them.

Happened to me with a TNA Alex Shelley from them. For a huge company, they are ing up alot. Missing elbow pads, paint chips, loose feet and leg snaps/etc. The figures are detailed, but its basically a risk buying them.

yea they all for the most part feel easy to break, i suggest as soon as u open the package, submerge the figure in hot water for a few seconds to loosen up all the joints

So what if you destroyed the package. If you still have the receipt take it back. They'll see you had it for a day.

Contact Mattel, they should send you a coupon for the amount of the figure to get a new one. I havent had to contact them but others have.

But I agree with the latter part of the post - buying these figures does feel like a risk to me everytime now because the error frequency is so high amongst the ones I've gotten. I'm hoping this week to pick up quite a few of basic and elite series 2 and maybe the entrance greats, but I'm worried that I'll end up spending all that money and half the figures will have some problem that bugs me. Of the 26 figures I've got so far, I'd say about half have something wrong with them, and about 5 or 6 have something really wrong with them. Never to the point of a broken leg like the one in this thread, though. That'd be a definite return.

Either I have great luck or you have really cr@ppy luck because I have 86 Mattel WWE figures right now and other than one Elite Taker having a loose ankle and a Heritage Orton missing wrist tape one wrist they are all perfect.
