Big Bossman's the greatest puncher in Wrestling history in my book! He delivered such awesome punches and uppercuts! Although I was a fan of the Bossman prior to him heading to WCW, I can not consider the R Truth of punching to be amongst the greatest punchers of all time. Seriously who runs the ropes just to drop down and deliver an uppercut? I think a cartoonish windup would be a more effective way to pickup momentum prior to the punch.

Vader or Curt Hennig.

Vader's shots weren't worked either, though. You had to cover up and roll with them in order to not get hurt.
Flair throws a good punch, but only when he holds his opponent by the face and just straight shots him.
HBK used to throw great jabs, as did Randy Savage.

The Funker FTW. nice ha! recently i watched Verne Gagne wrestle and he threw a mean one for an old man. also Piper made punching a big part of his matches. Cheers man, but just the fact that Funk would hit guys as hard as he could, whilst still doing it in a worked fashion is a reason to me why he's one of the best of all time. Dory would throw a hell of a forearm, he made that look like an artform, but that's not strictly punching.

I liked the Rock's too
Him, Angle and Hall all kind of had similar punches that I really like. Where they would kind of swing from the side and follow through.
Austin's punches after he would land a Lou Thesz press were terrible.

He might not have had the "best" punches, but I sure do like Jake Roberts jabbing. That and Savage's little jabs I enjoy. (Mostly because of his special on WCW vs. NWO Revenge for N64)

Barry Windham and Steve Williams were two of my favorites. They just looked so crisp and made good noise.
an interesting note... Lance Storm said the best worked punches were Steve Williams. apparently the speed he went with and how closely he stopped was amazing. It's an interesting blog if you guys want to go back and look for it.
