Well he is getting older and wrestlers as that point tend to lose a bit of definition. That is a bit of an unfair pic though cause when he flexes he does have definition. Plus the fig is based of triple h from quite a few months ago so he can get a bit less defined in that time which he has. However yes despite those circumstances it is a bit generous like it was for tista.

This is the only torso choice I have questioned so far. I think it works beautifully for Batista and Cena, but I don't know about Triple H.
I don't think they currently have a torso that would suit him too well either. Perhaps a new mold would be best. Maybe Kane's...

The HHH Elite torso is better! Less definition.The Basic fig has the body of the old He-Man figures I used to collect. It's funny but they actually managed to give it my build. Lol.

Kanes torso isnt good enough. Trips has a V shaped torso whereas kanes is more straighter and evened out.

He is looking like his 05-06 form again!!!! He looked so much better when he returned in 07.

When you cycle off steroids, you get puffy because your body retains fluid. This is what happened to Triple H back in 2003-2005 after he came back from injury in 2001 absolutely ripped.
He came back from his injury in 2007 absolutely ripped as well.
Apparently he just does a LOT of steroids while out injured.

Triple H has not been as ripped as any of his action figures since 2002. Cody has better definition than Hunter lately. For me this was another oddity in torso choices from Mattel but I understand it. When people think of muscles they think Cena, Batista and Triple H so why not give them the same body type.

Most of the attires we have got seem to be from early last year in first couple of series so do believe it was based of off around no way out/wrestlemania 25 time, where he was in a bit better shape then he is now.
Still wasn't that ripped, but dont think there has ever been a torso from jakks and now mattel that actully suited trips.

The fig has to be based from his title run in 08. Everything is spot on with the pics shown

I actually said about a week ago on the Mattel forums that they should use Koslov/Kane torso. I also think he should have Koslov's thighs. The ripped ones work for Batista but not Hunter. Problem was nobody agreed.  I love Triple H and Mattel, but I think his figure could be much better. |
