Anderson Silva will KILL Demian Maia. Seriously, if Anderson comes out like he did against Forrest, this one will be over in the first round.
I mean, if Marquardt can beat Maia in what 21 seconds, then I don't even want to know how quick Anderson Silva can do it. I know he can though. There's no doubt about that.

Anybody can get caught in 21 seconds. I wouldn't use that defeat by Marquardt as a measure of Maia's ability.

I mean, Anderson Silva has never been caught that early, while Maia has and by a lesser opponent than Silva. Silva will destroy Maia and I wouldn't be surpried one bit if it's quicker than when Marquardt beat him. Would you be surpised?? |

I highly doubt it'll be less than 21 seconds....
Then again, you were the same dude that said Griffin was going to KO Silva easily, so it's tough to take any thing you say seriously.

I don't know if I said he would KO him EASILY, or not. I definitely said he would KO him and I ended up being dead-wrong. Sue me. I like to make wild predictions, big friggin' deal. I bet you didn't think Marquardt could beat Maia in 21 seconds in the first place. I'm sure you had your doubts about that too and look how that panned out. Let's just put it this way. If there is ANYONE that could beat Maia in less than 21 seconds, I think we can all agree that it would be Anderson Silva if he really wanted to. Anderson Silva is unstoppable at this point and I'm sorry, but it's going to take a HELL of a lot more than a guy that lost to Nate Marquardt in 21 seconds to beat him. End of story. |
